omg i love so many things its not even funny. a few important ones are waluigi (special interest), sonic the hedgehog (special interest AND hyperfixation (omg please kill me)), art (like, as a general thing, but particularly visual) and you WILL find me randomly posting oh-so-passionately about something ive never even mentioned before.

i do animation and illustration but that's over on my art blog. also all my animations are WIPs. you probably won't find anything other than a few weird lip syncs from when i was like 11 (i got into animation because of gacha life and animation memes). most of my art is sonic atm lol.

i have other socials too but i dont really use them that much. got bored of twitter and i forget about all my other accounts. only ones i use now are whatsapp (lmao), tumblr and i guess ao3 and wattpad. theres no real point in linking something i havent used in months

MILES 'TAILS' PROWER!!!! he's been my favourite sonic character since i was little!!!! except for that brief period where it was amy because i found out tails was a boy and i, as a 7-year-old girl who had just learned about misoginy, decided amy was better because she was a girl. and that briefer period where it was cream because she had confetti in sonic dash.

my favourite iterations of him are scu tails, classic tails and sonic boom tails!!! i h/c him as autistic, having anxiety, low self-esteem but also being really cheerful and nonchalant about a lot of stuff. i enjoy trans tails of all kinds, but i believe in cis gnc tails.

NON-BINARY ICON!!!! TOP SURGERY GUY!!!! WALUIGI!!!! call me thomas jefferson cause i have an entire binder on this guy. waluigi is THE blorbo from my spin-off-party-shows. i got into him because 'hahahaha! it is the funny garlic man's funny rose partner!' and that became 'they could marry me and i'd say yes on the basis that we'd get to see each other everyday, even if i only love him as a friend.

puss in boots/the last wish spoilers ahead

if you have not watched the movie, you should, its so cool. however please just skip this post and blacklist the spoiler tag if you can.

ok so this movie somehow is so actiony anf fun while still having good use of themes in a literary sense i guess. the backgrounds and general art direction was so beautiful. like it was sooo cool.

puss learning not to fear commitment or death was an amazing arc for him to go through

but it isn't only puss who has an arc either. mostly everyone who wants the wish has some sort of development over time too.

might as well start off with the exception of the wish wanters, Jack Horner. Definitely an interesting source to pull from for a Villain. The fact that he is from a nusery rhyme instead of a full fairytale is also brought up. He is a spoilt boy alright and the 2nd most threatening villain I guess. Funny how theres a villain in both movies called Jack lol.

the dog (forgot his new name, i am not the best with those sorry). subjected to the horrors but is clueless. a very good therapy dog. I like him.

Uh i guess next kitty softpaws. not much to say. she does some cool stuff. probably wrong to say this, but i just find it funny how her conflict with puss is because he ran away from their wedding, idk why sorry.

To finish off the wish wanters, Goldi(locks) <3 <3 <3 >//w//<. Her story as an orphan is so sad and her goal of getting her original family is just very sad and quite impactful. I love how she realises her family was the one who adopted her and helping her. The found family trope is just ydheiebeusj yeah i like it very much. I'm not giving the bears their own paragraph, but I like how they all have their own traits and personality and all have their dynamics with each other (including goldi). I also adore how they accept that Goldi wants to reunite with her most likely deceased parents. However she still gives that up to save her family and realises the thing i said sentences ago (sorry this post is just rambles not very organised). Her voice is so uhh idk how to describe it, but i love it. Everything about her is so pretty, her hair, her face, her dress, her most likely stolen jewelery, it just makes me GRHEKVEJOVSHOVHIWVCJDJGSUCWJNGSUXB. I love her. Kissing her rn....

finishing off, Death. that guy. The physical form of it, nothing metaphorical about it. Definitely very threatening. The fact they don't appear again after the first fight until puss is adventuring again is a neat detail and could most likely be analysed more by higher skilled people in that sort of thing. The resolution for him was pretty good. You can't kill death but you can accept it.

I don't understand number scales so I will give it a "pretty Amazing so cool Has pretty girl" out of Perfect i guess

I got snaaaacks 🍿🥤

Not as expensive as I thought like $10 for a small popcorn and small icee, but that's more than the price of a matinee so yknow 🤷‍♀️

Was very good though sgdgdgd think I'll do the order ahead pick up in theater thing if I get snacks again, but I only ate like half the bag agdgdggd big ass bag for a small and tiiiiiny cup for a small icee

Anyway the movie was really good! I forgot spiderman is marvel though 😬 but I used my movie credit so I didn't pay for it. Still though...

Anyway really liked it, really liked the casting and story. Didn't end the way I thought it would tbh. I'll put my spoilers under the cut. Sat second farthest row back bc getting snacks took so long that the end seats were already taken in the row I picked and I didnt wanna make someone get up especially when the theater was so sparsely filled anyway like it's not REALLY assigned seating (unless you order stuff to your seat)

But! I could see the screen a lot better and I didn't need my ear plugs even with it being a loud action movie so that's a plus! Fun little trip all around :)

Oh! And guess what trailer was playing when I came in. Guess. :)

Like the premise that whatever card you picked is responsible for your death (I think that's it, I'll have to look it up) is really cool (couldnt help but think of stardust crusaders 😅 I'm like 👀 what does the Hierophant do? 👀 like we saw the hermit, the high priestess, the hanged man (kinda??) Like what else... let me see without watching the whole movie and being paranoid for a week like horror always makes me 😭) anyway I think it's the first 12 cards and 13, death, was the last one tying their fate I THINK. Anyway idk if I'll see that 😬 but it's funny bc I remember when Ouija came out I tried to convince my friends to skip school with me and go see it but no ones parents would let them call out sick but mine sgdggdgd my mom was like whatever just let me know if your friends take you to the movies (they did not.) Anyway I picked that bc it looked cool and they liked horror, and I think this is the same "franchise" same director

So it's a prequel to spiderman! I didn't know that! We got to see Uncle Ben becoming Uncle Ben, and he didn't just have like a short cameo like he was apart of the story which was cool, I liked that.

The "hints" that theres gonna be more involving her and the girls looks cool. Maybe I'll see em when marvel stops being shitty fuckers. (So likely online... for free. (; )

I wish Ezekiel didn't die in the end (he's super super dead lol) bc he was a cool villain! I really liked his character and he had a lot of potential! I wonder if that's gonna play a part in the upcoming series, like if he's somehow alive again (probably not). I might look up free scans of the comics later bc I really like Julia, shes so cute agdgdgd I mean I like them all but I like Julia's spider-sona the best

I liked the overall idea and plot, though the Las Arachas (I think that's how you spell it) scared the fucking shit out of me sgdgdgdggdgd I was like oh that's a cool legend, wonder if it's real. Have to look that up later. OH SHIT

Also glad they didn't kill the mom, I thought they did bc they didnt even like move Cassie closer when her mom was reaching for her??? Hello??? Asshole??

Also shout out to customer who called in the girl's sighting, even though it led Ezekiel to them, way to not be a bystander 🤙

Also nitpicky thing but I wish Cassie had given the girls a count when she taught them CPR, I remember we needed to count (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4... or something) over and over when we learned it, or tell them to use the beat of Staying Alive (could've easily gotten the rights... then make a joke ab them not knowing that song bc haha Cassie old)

Mainly just wish they didnt kill him, like that would have been such a good "oh I'll be back. Just you wait" type villian! I mean I get it, he would stop at nothing to kill em but like come ooon

not far cry 5 and its fucked ending. damn.

I hate it but I kind of like it too. it's hard to explain. I dont love the whole "god told me" part of it because I think it just feeds into a cliche rather than the reality that the game hints at through the radio. and if youre gonna let it play out that way why not then give more nuance to the cult instead of being so trope-y. why not really show us why Joseph felt he needed to do the things he did beyond the religious cult cliche. its not like it was bad I just would have loved to see them dig a bit deeper into his mind. American horror story comes to mind. one of my favorite episode in the series is when kai convinces his gym buddy to... do the thing. I'll avoid spoilers. it's a really fucked up intense moment. at the same time this season has my least favorite episode in the series lol. its a weird season, I didnt love the direction his cult went (again, trope-y) but I love how much the exposition of kai throughout the season, what he felt, why he felt that way, why he did what he did. in far cry 5 its a lot of, I have a plan, its gods word, we're preparing for whats coming *typical cult tactics expose*

ive seen some people comment on the nonsensical stuff, that doesnt bother me too much. I really didnt mind being taken out of the game for story stuff even if it felt a bit silly sometimes in the circumstances since it can happen anywhere. I just liked the way they put the story together that way so yeah I didnt mind.

the whole "what was it all for" feeling im sort of on the fence about. thats a whole lengthy philosophical debate. but that ending really felt like we're in this together it was really cool. and then just: oh.............. FUCK

some of the gameplay and mission design. the game is fun but at certain points the mechanics felt they were working against each other. particularly john's bunker and the fight with Joseph. overlapping inputs made things difficult for John's bunker, trying to open the silo while fighting off enemies you can barely see because there are fires and explosions everywhere and picking up weapons by accident because its the same button. and once the silo opens youre supposed to grapple up except you couldnt see that there were enemies right above you shooting as you climb up lol.

with Joseph... it wasnt bad and I actually really loved the idea but just. I died as soon as it started lmao. theres not any optimal cover and trying to use a medkit before youre insta killed can get a little frustrating. there might have been an upgrade for using medkits faster, if so, I dont think I had it. but I did have max or close to max health. but you have a group of people right up your ass so you need to heal but you need to kill them quickly and then you need to revive them too but youre dead as soon as you revive them... it was just messy. but I have to stress how cool the overall idea was. johns bunker was really the only point where I was actually frustrated. at the same time it felt realistic because why wouldnt something like that be that difficult lol.

I think nothing will ever beat far cry 2 for me. I mean far cry 3 is obviously a fucking classic. incredible in a million ways. I love it. but far cry 2 just seems to remain the most immersive and interesting. I think they can out do it but it would take bringing together the best parts of each game. I still have to go back and finish 4. and I wanna play 1, primal, and new dawn. starting up 6 as we speak although I have a bunch of games I wanna get to soon so I might just dip in and out when I want. we'll see.

overall I do think far cry 5 was awesome. I remember there was a lot of controversy when it came out but I was so eager to play it because I loved the idea of it being set in America. I liked the whole cult schtick. the idea of companions like the pupper and all. I wish I played it when it came out but my expectations back then were probably quite high so im actually glad I sorta forgot about it and didnt get to it until this year.

to start - im really glad that im able to be santa for you!! i love how in-depth you are with every answer and i love reading it all and getting to know you - its a highlight to my mornings now!!

also, theres no such thing as carried away for me! as a fellow (but more recently medicated) person with adhd, i completely understand it all <3

i cant say that we line up on many tv shows, but i dont watch many to begin with... as for movies tho, i love your picks! fun fact ive just recently watched forest gump for the first time this year😳 its embarrassing as a movie lover. AND i dressed up with a friends as pedro (they were napoleon) for halloween in the fourth grade... i got to wear a wig, their brother clothes, and a eyeliner-pencil mustache and silently hold my “vote for pedro” sign. it was truly my peak as a person. midsommar SHOCKED me to my core but i loved it so so much. horror/thriller movies like that really are the cats pajamas

for other hyperfixations... i LOVE!!! i really love the attempt at reading twilight that young 😂 even with an older sibling i had no clue what that was until sixth grade. i 100% relate to the discovery of fanfic really fueling the fire... i wasnt a quizzilla person but i was totally in love with quotev (another quiz/fanfic site if you arent familiar). percy jackson was HUGE for me all throughout middle school and honestly still is - rick riordans world building is truly phenomenal. (gotta say it tho: leo stans rise UP😤)

Good morning santa!! It’s so nice to know you enjoy reading what I wrote in the mornings, I’m glad I can help start your day! It’s funny you mention your feed yesterday because I actually wasn’t on tumblr for most of yesterday- my mom is in town and I spent all day yesterday (and will continue to do so today) helping her and her two work friends navigate Manhattan. It’s super fun, of course, but my mom can be a lot and also I checked my health app when I got home yesterday and I had walked nine miles.

Anyway

I absolutely am familiar with quotev!! That’s where I used to get all my good Teen Wolf fics back in the day (I forgot to mention that in my hyperfixations list- that was a big one too). Also I’m absolutely obsessed with the idea of a fourth grader dressed up as Pedro for Halloween.

Now this is gonna sound funny, but this is one of the first things I thought of when I read your first question and the more I kept thinking about it the more it sounded like super ideal. Okay so if I could live in any fictional universe, I’d wanna live in Pixie Hollow from the Tinker Bell movies. They always look like they’re having a great time just whizzing around doing and making stuff and everything’s so simple and there’s no capitalism I feel like it would just be a really happy life. I feel like I would probably be either a Water fairy or a Winter fairy. After writing this out I feel like this isn’t the direction you were anticipating me taking but oh well santa I live to keep you on your toes. I hope you’re familiar with this fictional universe and I don’t sound crazy lol

Oh wow I did not consider the second question when answering the first. Okay. Danny would be aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaauuuuuuummmmmmm tinker fairy. The cute one who I go to for tools and other work instruments(?) that I break on purpose so that I have more excuses to go see him and have him fix them for me. He’s good with his hands so I feel like it’d fit for him. He’d still have his long hair but it’d be pretty constantly braided back while he’s working, maybe it’d be down when we met at night after the day’s work is done. See this seems like such a simple happy life why aren’t I a small nature fairy whose only responsibility is to create dewdrops what the fuck.

So finally, I am devastated to report that I do not have any pets at the moment. When I was in college I swore to myself that as soon as I was able I would adopt a cat, but my apartment is just so small I feel like a cat (and it’s litterbox) would really overwhelm the space. And a cat is a big responsibility (both financially and just in everyday life) that I’m not sure I’m ready for just yet. THAT BEING SAID, my mom has an absolutely lovely tuxedo cat named Hamilton that she adopted last year from a cat cafe in my college town on a visit. I love him dearly even though the love is pretty one-sided, but he puts up with me whenever I’m home visiting and that’s all I can ask for.

Crow’s List of Some IF I’ve played

I’m just listing off stuff here I’ll probably go more in depth in another post I suppose. this got real long so here we go, in no real logical order:

Birdland: technically the first IF work I played I guess, it’s funny and weird and I’ve played it many times. Stuff in Twine is often good to start out with imo because it’s more like CYOA which is more comfortable.

The Dreamhold: i have no memory of how i even got here in the first place but this was often listed as a good one for beginners bc it guides you through it. It’s got such beautiful descriptions and is very cool, though personally I’d recommend Bronze more for beginners to the text-inputting kind of games. I liked it a lot though, I named my ACNH island after it lol. One thing ppl say a lot about it is that it has all this stuff in it but leaves it unexplained, and while I’d like an explanation I also enjoy that it leaves it open-ended. I’ve only gotten one ending myself bc it took me so long to finish that i didn’t feel like going back and trying to get a new ending but it was a cool ending.

Bronze: someone whose url I forget atm told me this was a good game for beginners and I agree. There are also nice maps available and stuff which is helpful bc I’m bad w spatial awareness (i tried to map dreamhold on my own and it was a disaster). It’s got a good premise and I like Beauty & the beast (idk when i was a kid i loved belle bc she also liked to read!!! and i was in a production of the musical and that was fun) and it’s a cool twist on that and i like the different ending it gives. AFTER you play it you really should read Emily Short’s writeup about the inspiration behind the game and how she plotted it. It’s a good beginner game bc it has a tutorial mode, the puzzles aren’t too difficult (they mainly center around one thing) and it teaches you about things like reexamining rooms, examining things, using the different sense commands, solving puzzles by climbing on things and other stuff.

Shade: This is by the same guy who made The Dreamhold and is highly regarded and considered this really great work for its unnerving and surreal horror. I’m gonna be honest: it didn’t do it for me. Admittedly this was like the second (well, third) IF i played and i didn’t quite know the Tropes and stuff so essentially i felt like i was spamming commands until everything turned into sand, instead of trying to do things only to have the world crumble into sand around me. I don’t feel like replaying it now that I have more experience, but my advice is don’t play it until you’ve played more games, it’s not enjoyable as a newbie.

9:05: another short game that would not be enjoyable as a newbie. the joke is a twist on certain IF tropes and it’s probably not as funny if you’re inexperienced. I recently played this so I enjoyed it, it was funny, but the joke might’ve gotten lost on me if i played it a month ago. Sidenote: I’ve only been playing IF for about a month, so technically I am a newbie, but when I say newbie here i mean really new. Also ive hyperfixated and have nothing better to do so i have played a lot of IF in this short amount of time.

De Baron: OOOH ok so this game i downloaded a little bit ago, completely forgot all the stuff i read about it (like that there was a twist and stuff) except that it was horror, and then played it. Because of this, and the fact that I’m still no veteran player, I didn’t see the twist coming and it really hit me hard. This is a cool game, upsetting but very intriguing but really not for everyone because it deals with some very disturbing material. I’ve seen people say the twist was obvious which kind of makes me feel stupid :( and like in hindsight when i replayed it i totally saw the hints so basically i think the obviousness of the twist depends on the person!

Spider and Web: This is not the game for you if you really like the five zillion endings options, theres two (or three?) ‘real endings’ and they are both at the very end of the same path. It does have difficult and interesting puzzles, including this one that it’s famous for. It’s a good puzzle, but don’t let your opinion and enjoyment of the game hinge on this puzzle, bc it’s got other great puzzles and other great stuff going on. Save frequently and DO NOT attempt this without some experience, it’s fucking hard.

Blue Chairs: I didn’t like this game. It was one of the earlier games i played but I just didn’t really like it. it was cool in a mindscrew-y way and it’s got a bunch of endings and a lot to explore but i just didn’t find it fun to play. It took me forever to get several endings and this was probably partially due to inexperience but it just made it unenjoyable for me. Don’t let my experience ruin it for you but personally i just did not like it. It’s a very surreal game bc the PC is literally on drugs. There seems to be a bunch of symbolism and allusion stuff that I didn’t really get but could be cool. basically it is probably a very cool game for some ppl but i didn’t like it.

Galatea: lives up to the hype imo. there’s 70 different endings. It’s not a long game and it is centered around talking to a statue but it is a very interesting game and also one that isn’t that hard. I really like this one.

Glass: by the same person who wrote Bronze, it’s another twist on a fairy tale. It’s very short and you can’t do anything but talk. Another good beginner one because it’s not too complex, and it does a good job with using the reader’s familiarity with the tale. Read her writeup about creating it after you get a few endings it’s interesting.

Little Blue Men: I just played this one and it’s weird and sinister and has a great built-in hint system. it’s really fucking weird though and like the author says, it doesn’t have a nice neat satisfying ending.

-I just... love the characters and how they've developed over the series. Quentin is great, Tybalt is great, The Luidaeg is great... October has changed into a more open and less depressed person. It's great! I mean, everything goes to shit over the next 2 books, but we've come so far!

-Quentin getting extremely upset that The High King didn't notice the Queen didn't have a legitimate claim to the throne? Haha. Haha. *takes another shot*

-Quentin: we could just like... TELL the High King that shes not a legitimate ruler. Like we literally could just call him up and say--

Have I mentioned I LOVE the Luidaeg? Shes such a great character.

- "Princesses aren't exciting. I've met Princesses." I am so glad I am not ACTUALLY drinking every time Quentin's identity is foreshadowed, because this book alone would have killed me by now.

Gameplay effects: hair is brown again. blood magic effects and self-healing have been reduced by 75%. Iron resistance increased 75%.

-Theres a line about how Tybalt should have known better than to believe anything could have gone right for very long and. Yikes in context. Yikes with knowing Tybalt's backstory.

- fun lore with the Luidaeg offering to turn Toby into a Selkie to save her from impending death. Being like... technically the Selkie Firstborn. And how much doing that would actually cost. It's certainly something to file away for later because I don't imagine we would introduce a concept like that and then abandon it...

-SUDDEN HEAVY SETUP FOR BOOK 8 STUFF. SUDDEN BOOK 1 BEING RELEVANT. Why did Evening, some random noble, have a fucking ancient powerful artifact just kinda... randomly in her possession? INDEED.

- toby: Why does the name Eira Rosenhwyr sound so familiar?

Mags: Oh she's a Firstborn

Toby: Right, that definitely explains it one hundred percent. Time to not think about it at all ever again.

- TOBY I'm aware you're kind of out of your mind right now but surely you can see the aesthetic similarity between EIRA ROSENHWYR and EVENING WINTERROSE. Ajdjenskkelbsbd

- I fucking googled it and Eira Rosenhwyr translates roughly to "Snow Rose Evening" lmfao

- Mags, continuing exposition: yeah she always had this Snow White thing where like she never stayed dead for long

-OH THATS WHERE THE "ANNIE" PSEUDONYM COMES FROM. God damn it.

-God I love Danny and his godawful expletives "Oberon's scrotum". God

- I haven't mentioned it too much but there are soooooo many good tybalt and toby moments. They have such a good and loving relationship. Boy I die

-there's a bit where Toby consumes some of the Luidaeg's blood for Reasons and gets a brief Luidaeg-POV flashback.. which shows the Luidaeg protesting Amandine abusing Toby as a kid. So even though they don't really meet until book 1, it puts her first unofficial appearance in a new context. Just some all powerful ancient sea witch checkin up on her niece at Safeway, y'know

- god the first Cu Sidhe shows up in this one and he just looks like a glam rocker who's also sort of a dog. Jesus christ

- they just act like dogs too and it is so funny. Fucking zero attention span, super excited and happy at being told they did a good job.

- arden: there's no way you're amandine's kid. She would never sleep with a human. Her husband would be pissed

Toby: ??? My mom isn't married?

(Oh boy that's gonna be a fun one)

AND, AFTER SIX AND A HALF BOOKS OF SOLID FORESHADOWING:

We get the Quentin reveal. The alcohol poisoning ceases.

-There's some real good irony in like. THE Crown Prince getting apprenticed to Toby, who is a member of Faerie's biggest underclass. And they become fucking BFFs over the course of the series. That's some good shit

-God just going back there are SO many hints. I noted a lot of them on this series reread but some of my favorites are the real subtle ones. Like Quentin in book 2 being inexplicably amused when Toby orders him to do something.

- Like?? She makes the kid do chores. She's almost gotten him killed like half a dozen times. That's just some... premium good shit.

Well the book sums up that revelation pretty well lmao

- Did... did Arden just imply Toby's mom caused the 1906 San Francisco earthquake...? That is certainly something I either missed or forgot. How is that like even a thing

- The night haunts are cool as shit and I'm glad they're showing up as bigger players. And now we have setup for Toby owing them a favor. Delightful.

ME SIPPING THAT LUIDAEG LORE JUICE

- October Daye patch 7.1.8 notes: oh god we fucked up we fucked up changes reverted

-Blood magic CPR? Canon. Then again I'm pretty sure Toby was established using blood magic to resurrect someone in book 2. So. Book 2 is still relevant

God I'm such a sucker for this angsty shit. And of course this would be Tybalt's solution, considering his backstory. God. Fuck

-I like how they went from enemies to like ridiculously sweet and affectionate lovers.. but it's not 100% perfect, they still have arguments and disagreements. But it all comes down to them caring about each other. That's some good shit right there

- Dianda being a huge badass and just singlehandedly taking out six guards while iron poisoned. a good development.

- new toby power of literally stealing someone's powers by drinking their blood. We're going like full vampire here huh

- and The Queen... who we establish actually traded her name away... manages to escape. Wonder when she shows up again 🤔🤔🤔

- ok god the fucking short story epilogue is SO GOOD. Luidaeg POV!!! Luidaeg lore is always good but this is one of the only parts we have seen Amandine. It reveals that The Luidaeg literally has just been October's guardian angel for years, which explains why some all powerful sea witch just stumbles into Toby's life???. Amandine is a fucking brat. It foreshadows fucking... SOMETHING with the goddamn month names. And it sets up Eira. God next book is going to be so good.

- There are interesting parallels between Toby and her mom. Amandine was trying to turn Toby into a human for fucking years?? As some kind of shitty experiment? Almost succeeded until The Luidaeg intervened. There's all these lines about how Amandine had stolen centuries of Toby's life, how Toby would be defenseless and Faerie would still know who she was even if Amandine succeeded. What does this say about Gillian? Toby turned her completely human in book 4 to save her life. There's no way that's not going to come back in a big way.

-What. Is with. The month names. Seriously we have not had any new ones since 3 but that's still like 5 characters. I know there are several more coming in the next few books and I still don't know why the fuck lol

-This book was mostly the final setup for next book, which is an absolute fucking bombshell. Probably the best book in the series and that is saying something. I'm excited to reread it. But on it's own this one is a good read too... love that we finally got the Quentin reveal!! The horrific Queen is gone for now! Stuff!

i really need to get back to writing in here. i dont think i have for an entire month, or at least 3 weeks! every thing has been going okay. i mostly do art or set up streaming stuff on my computer at daytime, and then i read comics and go to sleep. still doing self care. slacking a little bit on it so i need to bring exfoliation back to my daily skin care routine. got almost all my furniture set up now except for my vanity. i can finally put my clothes in the dresser instead of searching through the box. things have been good. i see asa every week. i love him and he is so kind and patient with me and does so much for me. i did a blue diamond makeup test and it came out BEAUTIFUL , i am so proud of it. i also have been making tik toks sometimes and they’re kind of funny, so i like that about me too recently haha. i have like 0 summer clothes and no a/c so i’ve been sweating my fucking ass off. i ordered a bunch of summer clothes off Romwe and i’m waiting for those to ship, they probably wont be here till first of july. and i’m hoping to have an a/c in a week. its going to be in the 90s this weekend tho so i’m just gonna have to suffer through that.

i havent worked out or eaten healthy in a couple weeks. i’ve been eating wayyyyy too much take out and i need to chill with that. i need to save money. my grandpa ken said he’s sending a $500 check to me in the mail so i’m going to use that for the a/c. so random from him because i havent seen him in a long time. i’m going to go back to writing in this every night and morning because it super helped keep me on track. i’ll post my to do list for tomorrow right after i finish this journal. i have to finish cleaning my room tonight and finish filling my dresser with clothes (the dresser asa built and put up for me). i’ve been drawing some fanart of dotflow, a horror game asa showed me, and for a music video Ashnikko and Grimes did together for their song Cry. I loved the early 2000s CgI graphics of it and the little plot about revenge and grief. i’m drawing a scene from it with her floating in 0G in her gundam space ship while crying, and he tears are floating up., i want to make it a gif of the tears going up and maybe move the body up and down so it looks like it’s floating. i am trying to go to bed earlier these days and i am pretty tired tonight from the heat and not much sleep with asa so i thinkk i’m going to rest well, and i’m going to take some sleeping meds to make sure of it.

UGHHHHH i love asa so much he is so GOOD TO MEEEE, i am so so so damn lucky to know him. i want to be better to him so i got him a bunch of gifts off etsy to make him a nice little present. i am sooooo excited because i ordered a bunch of stuff that has to do with his favorite games and stuff. i think he is really really really gonna like it. hmmm. my grandma blocked me on facebook because i dont support police and i do support BLM.

oh thats something new that happened since last time. the BLM protests after the killing of George Floyd. Protests not just here in America, but all over the world. It’s so beautiful i could cry right now thinking about it. people are shouting to defund the police, and to charge police with their unprovoked killings of black people. i want all of that. i want people to get better and i want black people to feel safe and loved. i’m crying lol. it’s just so fucking sad. it’s soooooo sad. i really hope we can start a revolution. i hope this just doesnt fizzle out when people get tired. its hard work.

on top of that, coronavirus is still a thing here thats still killing people and spreading. apparently even if you heal from it, it leaves your body wrecked for the rest of your life. young healthy people who recovered from it now have asthma and extreme exhaustion among other things. this one young healthy girl had to have a double lung transplant, it ruined her lungs so bad. she could have died. i dont understand why the world is like this. i’m sooooo fucking sad. i dont understand why we cant all work to make a society that takes care of everyone and makes sure everyone lives happy comfortable peaceful lives. why is there so much evil? the point of society is to work together to make each other happy. to take care of each other. why havent we ever been able to do that? hasnt the cruelty gone on long enough? i hope i live to see some sort of change. but who knows with the way global warming is doing too, and politicians not taking it seriously and allowing huge corporations to continue polluting the earth. capitalism ruined everything and the money machine is evil and greedy.

i dont want to leave this on too sad of a note. i lov e my friends and hold them dear to my heart. they are my family and all i think about all of the time. i know i am doing good and i am safe and i thank my lucky stars for all the good in my life. i am such a lucky lucky girl. ive been feeling so happy. oh shit i forgot to reschedule with my psychiatrist lmao, i’ll set an alarm to do that and to call my grandpa tomorrow.

i love you sabrina. you deserve all of the love that you receive. everyone loves you because you are such a caring gentle soul, you are so funny and creative and full of life. you are so full of fun and you are clever and adventurous. theres so much good in you and people see that and are drawn to you. take care of yourself beautiful. love yourself. you can do anything. <3
