It was very stressful. Ended up failing the marking period for English, but not by as much as I was failing before. Could still pull up the overall grade by the end of the semester.

#started writing a fic a few days ago. been a while since ive done that. #so far felix is very out of character but he's only gonna be the focus for the first chapter. plus i might go back and rewrite him. #maybe i should wait until the new chapter comes out tho so it's relevant to updated canon #anyway echos started brainrotting about chris in a /pos way so yeah a lot of my break has been rethinking old analysis #started to notice that he's a lot more fun if i get in the mindset that he's not poorly written he's just literally isaac's antagonist #also my siblings have been hyperfixating on DC so i watched a batman series. i think they're very disappointed in me for choosing batwheels. #snowy best vehicle #. what else #oh ive been doodling a nightmare design #been liking the idea of him and dream not being skeletons but dont wanna draw/write them as their canon human designs #because (if i'm correct) they get those designs at some point later in the story. and i don't want to confuse the timeline like that. #so ive been working on concept sketches for a less human design for them. ive also noticed that them being humans in canon actually #makes a lot of sense because the other guardians don't really have any connection between their species and it can be assumed that #whatever they are exists in the universes/multiverse they're from. so it makes sense for the twins to be humans because the utmv has humans. #. but i also like how they couldn't be given the human forms at first because of the lack of holes. #so the design im working on has gill/stripe-looking vents for the energy to come out of. #also gonna try to add little fire wisps into the design because i love their true forms so much #anyway i dont think there's been more that ive done. other than schoolwork. and watching qsmp. #oh i started working on an animatic. but i do that all the time. it'll be a bigger occasion if i finish one lol. #think im gonna still keep interaction on tumblr to a smaller scale because i wanna keep getting stuff done

I’ll be frank, I don’t like dreammare. I’m not one for incest, fictional or no but I find there is a degree of separation between real life incestuous relationships and two very not real skeletons.

There are quite a few artists in this fandom whos work I adore that draw dreammare and there is a very easy way to prevent me from seeing any of that.

I don’t believe that the majority of the people who ship dreammare condone real life incest.

Harassment towards people who enjoy fictional media with stuff that wouldn’t fly in real life is most often misplaced. There are plenty of awful people in this world who deserve it much more and your time is more valuable than silly Internet slap fights. How much harm is this person actually doing?

The one thing I will say though is that the utmv fandom has a pretty large contingent of kids who enjoy it. I personally got into it around middle school, and I don’t believe they should be seeing that sort of thing. Or that anyone who doesn’t want to has to come across it. This is why it is important to tag your stuff correctly!!

Anyways so long as people tag their posts properly I have no problem just letting them be and moving on with my life.

Ok long post below!! Tho if you want it straight to the point, the creator made fucked up content, including fanart or making a AU called "FreedomTale" which depicted a Nazi Chara (joke or not its still shitty to do??), and also drawing incest (or called Fontcest) content of the skeleton brothers, both of the canon ones, other AUs, or their own AU. Its hard to really create fanart for and enjoy a AU you know have that kind of stuff tied to it. I feel like Underlust should have had the same situation/wake up call as the blogthegreatrogue incident.

For those who dont know, after years and years of Rogue being a staple into the UTMV community, older fans started to realize how bad the content was. From their underaged (daycare AU ) Fresh x Paperjam, a Goth(Geno x reaper kid) x Palette(ink x dream kid) Highschool AU assault comic involving the victim being manipulated into staying with the one who violated them because Goth was going to commit Chara on themselves, along with the same Daycare AU having a part where Geno, who was depicted as a baby/toddler, was also going to do the same thinking his brother, Error, was dying/dead if i remember right This, was specially bad because a large amount of the community, myself included, were all underaged users who didnt know better.

I feel like Underlust needed that same wake up call, however The community basically have adopted Underlust because of the OG creator basically falling off the face of the planet with the AU

So.. With that being said,

The main, honest to god point of Lustale is to try and re-create a starting point with the AU and try and give it a second chance, with a new name, new lore, and a more sturdy view/take on it.

Is it a open AU? No, its my au and im working on it. Is it the same as Underlust/can go by the same name? No, because that will get me confused for the OG creator, however thus far i have had no issues and everyone has been happy to accept Lustale as its own stand alone AU. That makes me happy, that makes me feel proud, and more importantly it motivates me to continue with my AU with pure passion and love for it.

I’ve been at work all day and I’m about to go straight to sleep but real quick: I started reading the fic where the boys go through your other fics looking for date advice for Nightmare and I’m on the chapter where Dust and Killer have a confrontation (haven’t finished it yet, I almost made myself late to work cause I got so caught up lol) and I’m just enjoying it sooooo much. Like all day long I’ve been like I HAVE to draw silly little fanart of this when I finish it and I’m going to as soon as I have time, but I just love the whole scenario and how Dust and Killer interact with each other in particular and I’m just !!!!!!!!!!!!!

So yeah just wanted to say thanks cause I really enjoy your writing and it makes me super happy and inspired ^^

I feel like that chapter alone should be some internet challenge. Can you read it in just one sitting? I think for most the answer is no and that's how it should be. If someone were to that would be both amazing and likely unhealthy. That chapter alone pushed the word count from under 10k to 50k. It was a 44k words, and that was AFTER editing and Paddie and I removing a bunch of stuff. (Me: "Hey Paddie, wanna do a short rp with me that I can post for my soriel week UTMV chapter fic?" Paddie: "Sure!" 103 page doc later...) That chapter IS the fic. XD Sorry... I'm still always amazed how a "short rp" became a monster of a chapter but one I highly enjoy. I sometimes reread it myself, though I tend to take 3 days to do it XD. Sorry it almost made you late, but I am happy you are enjoying it that much! I do wonder how many people just skipped over it to get to the sweet sweet FuzzyNight goodness in the last chapter.

Oh Anon, I am sure you’re plenty whimsical and very delightful! And I might already follow you and you just don’t know it! But even if I don’t, that doesn’t mean you aren’t worth following, or aren’t a whimsical and fun person! I don’t have, like, a scale for choosing who I follow. Sometimes I just vibe with someone’s blog. And sometimes I don’t, but I still like some of their stuff. Our blogs are for us to have a fun time first and foremost. I was posting all my self-indulgent oc x canon art on here, entirely ignoring Deltarune for my fic, etc… and it was great!! (And then I got self-conscious and made a new blog for that, so actually I’m definitely not a role model and am very much a hypocrite. Though part of it was because I was using this blog like a main rather than a themed blog…. Agh I’m getting off-topic.)

Anyway! You should post what makes you happy, not what you think will make me (or anyone else!) follow you. There are people I see in my notes often and I go, “oh it’s them!! 💚” even though I don’t follow them for whatever reason. And there are people I don’t follow, because they have other interests I don’t vibe with (not that I have objections to them, I just don’t personally find them interesting), but I still check out their blogs every now and then! For example, I don’t usually follow UTMV blogs, because I’m not really interested in the variety of Sanses that are so very far from the original. But that doesn’t mean I dislike that blogger as a person or think they should stop having fun!

I am EXTREMELY flattered you want to be mutuals, but please don’t take it personally if it never comes to be! It’s no personal failing on your part! Sometimes people just don’t have all the same interests, and that’s okay!
