I have thoughts abt the doctor participating in practices that were previously exclusive to members of a sisterhood more than once.

fluff, 12, tenrose? :3
The Doctor and Rose sat on the riverbed of a distant planet, waiting for TARDIS repairs. The water was cold to the touch, but warmed as it processed the skin's body temperature. For a moment, Rose wondered if the river was water - maybe another alien technology, tiny robots the size of protons swarming blue, dampening the dirt and reflecting the midafternoon sunlight.
There were two suns, the doctor noticed - not fiery red like the ones on Gallifrey, but a soft, twinkling, blinding white.
Silence was unusual between them. They spoke of chips and laughed about creatures, joked around the console, flipping switches that took Rose a long time to memorize.
As for the doctor- there was a silver phone in his pocket. An iphone, he'd realized, after (regretfully) sonicking the ATM machine beside the apple store. He'd still not grasped the statistics of earth currency. It had been a longtime decision - for the amount of time he spent on earth, he needed a phone. What if he couldn't get to the TARDIS and someone was hurt, and there was no phone booth in sight? It was a practical choice. It had nothing to do with the fact that Minecraft could be downloaded on it.
The phone beeped, and he pulled it from his pocket.
Rose laughed, surprised. "Since when did you get a cell phone?"
"Since now."
He clicked it off - it was a notification from UNIT. It could wait.
"Hang on, give it here."
What did she want with it? He panicked, worried that she would somehow delete his Minecraft sculpture of earth that he'd spent way too much time building.
She clicked it open, and the Doctor paled.
He cursed under his breath, and tried to come up with ways to cover the fact that on his lockscreen was a picture of Rose - caught before she could notice she was photographed. Her blonde hair was twirled between manicured fingers, and she was laughing at a strange sculpture of a tree.
"Um- Doctor,"
"Uh, the sisterhood of Karn hacked this phone and placed it in my pocket."
Rose laughed. "Am I your lockscreen?"
"You- you weren't supposed to see that." His face was crimson.
She scooted closer to him, and lay her head on his shoulder, however uncomfortable his bone structure was.
In Rose's pocket was a phone with a picture of the Doctor, grinning at a golden pair of converse sneakers.

I saw you wrote a Clow Sorcery book... I've been looking to write a Gallifreyan Tradition compendium for some time now, how would I go about doing it? What's the basic outline you used for yours?
Yay!  I love questions like these!
Ok, when I wrote the Clow book, the process I went through was pretty simple.
First, I identified the basic magical principles the Clow worked with (Taoist sorcery, onmyoudou’s paper charms married to the concept of tarot cards as magical talismans... also just some basic Shinto and some western occultism like astrology and elementalism thrown in for flavor), then I delineated how that magic would work as a process in real magical practice.
As a direct result of that, I wrote a section on the tools of Clow Sorcery, and from that, I wrote few rituals to wake the cards up and begin working with them.
Finally, I wrote up magical exercises for using the cards, and then oracular meanings of them so people could divine with them.
For your Gallifreyan magic, I can’t speak to how this would go, because I’m not a Whovian (although mad respect to y’all, the show’s great from what I’ve seen), but I imagine it would go something like:The Heart of Time as a magical power source, and the traditional methods the various Gallifreyans used it (and maybe include the Sisterhood of Karn?  for fun?).  Then, tools like the sonic (insert object) stuff and how to make your own variant of a TARDIS (altar structure with portable annex?).  Then, workings and operations done with those tools and the wibbly wobbly stuff.  I’d probably use Gallifreyan circle-language as a sigil method for creating “time bubble” magic circles, myself.
Did I mention I have several friends who do exactly this?  They’re freaking awesome, honestly.  They came up with a divination system, and all sorts of stuff!  If you like, I can pass your info to them and see if they wanna chat with you!
