U know, I went to get my blood drawn today and the doctor had a Kirk/Spock article open on his monitor, so in light of that I've decided cringe is dead. Enjoy the fruits of this revelation.

thought i'd do something different for this today :^) i'm working on a powerpoint (inspired by ezra velocitic thank u for the idea ^-^) to hopefully one day be able to explain the cyberpunk extended blorboverse that red reaperkiller and i have been working on for over a year now! it also includes my own story with vincent and his friends since the two stories eventually come together sometime in 2083 and 2084 (yeah i know the game is called 2077 i don't care leve me aloe). here's some slides to give you an idea of what kind of lore to expect :^)
You know, I always suspected that the tvd fandom wasn't the brightest in terms of media literacy, but seeing some specific shippers claim that Lisa portrayed the relationship between Damon and Elena in a positive light in her continuations is certainly... interesting? To say the least. Because:
He’s saying that right now Elena is up for grabs.
But at the mention of Elena, Damon felt at a flush of pure greed that started in his jaws and spread outward.
If I have to, I’ll Influence you to agree with me. I probably should have done that in the beginning. I seem to remember promising I wouldn’t, but I believe that promise also had a time limit that ran out.
Every time that someone credits Taika Waititi for Wellington paranormal - which he had no involvement in - I lose ten years off of my life.
Jemaine Clement is one of my favourite actors and writers and producers and he deserve the credit is is working HARD to deserve.
Edit: wwdits series, too. So much great work
Edit: OFMD, too. Yeah, he’s executive producer. But there was a BOARD of writers, and a creator, and although the fandom was pretty good at crediting Jenkins et al. when I left it, there are so many more people than just Taika Waititi that made the film, which he certainly didn’t do most of, however much I follow his work.
Lot of sadnesses and indignities in the past year but the Sisyphean rescheduling of the London trip we booked before Scribe got sick because we she can't travel now but I do at least have the ability to keep moving the tickets for a minimal cost is definitely one of the more excruciating ones.
i think im saying that moffat was not the greatest showrunner at the beginning of his turn with doctor who, but like. he did get better at it. i do have to commend that. i still don’t forgive him for his Crimes but i will give him his due credit.
a great number of sphynxes have that sort of 'human face on animal body' build to them bc thule got stuck on how to best make a mockery of drakes for a long while. humanity as a whole in alamannis seen mostly as a companion piece to vennettes- less varied and more delicate, yet inextricably linked with the most widespread species of the planet- so with drake relations to vennettes always just a bit Shit somehow insinuating that even humanity was more close to divine dragonhood than they was a stinger. a bit too petty though they eventually settled on instead an ominous fullcircle warning of the future their constant ambitions would bring with the more corvid leanings that the vascohse would end up with themselves
Ok do blocked tags not show up in the recent section of following tags as much???? Bc here I am thinking plantcest is rare on tumblr in comparison to twitter, but then I happen upon a post in the trending tab of the tag & then go to the blog to block them (as I do). And then I end up finding post after post after post of plantcest, so hey Free Blocklist. I must've blocked like 10 blogs man and some of them were artists whose work I recognized. Literally How did I miss all this shit?
ok catie first of all i am crying at the image in my head of nosferatu live. that is actually the Greatest Thing i've ever heard. i'm so jealous but now i have a new bucketlist item. and also. its a wonderful life was my other oldest too. and now im gonna go cry. ok bye
That was truly the Movie Experience of All Time, seriously, like it was just so random but perfect, and so incredibly funny
Basically, there's this historic theater near me that does old movies. They also happen to have an organ, well okay, that's cool I guess! And then they announce "Nosferatu with live organ accompaniment" I HAVE TO GO! Not to wax poetic but it was very sweet to me because I'm pretty sure they mentioned that this was the first time an event like that was completely sold out? It's just very sweet to imagine all those other people reading about it and being like me and going "Nosferatu live organ?? I gotta see this!" The organ in question:
You reblogged "tell me about your toons" post so here I am, about to spill the beans :3c
Airell doesn't refer to himself as a sylvari nor mordrem. He always corrects people who call him that. "Not a sylvari", "not a mordrem", etc. In my writing I avoid using these terms either until Airell's identity as a dragon scion/dragon is fully established to the characters around him and the reader.
I sure did!! :D And hell yes, please always feel free to spill beans if you want to!
Ooh, interesting interesting!! That's very fair, and I love how you handle it in writing too. I imagine he has to make that correction pretty often as well, which has gotta be a little unpleasant for him. Hope he hasn't run into too many people who are insistent even after he corrects them.
