Super excited about the implications of that image but haven't seen much discussion about this, so I'll try to get the ball rolling:

With the hints of Ms. Pauling showing up in a potential prequel/sequel to Emesis Blue, I wonder what sort of role she'll play and how similar or different she'll be to the original character? Archibald basically filled the role of the Administrator in the movie, keeping the Gravel Wars going for eternity through any means necessary (even if their motives are different). So does Pauling work for Archibald in this universe, or does she still work for the Administrator and is a sort of liaison between the two? Plus, how aware is she of the Respawn Machine and it's less than pleasant side affects on the mercs?

But also what about the other characters from the Team Fortress universe and the roles they could play in this universe?!

The Administrator would fit in just fine as she is in this universe, I think!

And with his brothers killed towards the end of the movie, it's the perfect time for Gray Mann to come in during a sequel; perhaps he recovers the Respawn Machine from the remains of the Slaughter House and starts the nightmare all over again, intentionally or unintentionally reviving certain characters in the process!

Then there's the Classic Team who could be working with Gray in hopes of gaining eternal life via the Respawn Machine (unaware or uncaring of the side affects).

Imagine Zhanna coming to America searching for her "missing" brother, meeting Jane and falling in love... and then the drama from realising he killed her brother.

And then there's these guys!

Scout- Rizzo

Soldier- sam the eagle (Look me in the eye and tell me he would not be sam the eagle, you can't)

Pyro- swedish chef

Demo- gonzo(His alcohol is just "happy juice" that is exactly like alcohol but with a different name.)

Heavy- Kermit

What I hate about the team fortress 2 comics is that they use Olivia as a plot device for then Gray Mann gets Mann Co.

I hope in the 7th comic (if it ever comes out), Olivia gets more fleshed out, especially now that Gray Mann is dead and Classic heavy and his little team failed their mission.

Other stuff my dad has said about tf2:

- He called the Administrator “The Accountant”

- He calls Miss Pauling “The Pauling”

- He once said that if Heavy had been the main character in Die Hard the movie would have been over in 15 minutes

- Another time he called Sniper “Mr. Paperroute” because a guy he knew who would deliver papers kind of looked like Sniper. Also Mr. Paperroute owned a camper too. He also says Sniper looks like Bowser from the band Sha-Na-Na (no clue who that is)

- He legitimately thought Gray Mann’s name was Mr. Silver and got really confused when I told him otherwise

- “that guy ain’t right” - talking about Spy
