I had an actual dream where my mom sold me to Dramatic Stars

Okay so for some reason in the dream they were a K-POP group instead and when I met them, my mind converted them into white guys (who spoke English) lol??? And Tsubasa had a nose ring lol

I talked mostly with Tsubasa because he was really sweet

I only remember one interaction with them though

I told Tsubasa “I saw a Christmas advertisement with 3 singing elves that looked like you guys. I thought they were modeled after you”

And then Kaoru said “Why wouldn’t they be modeled after us? We’re so popular.”

And I said “Because the elves were singing a beach boys song”

And Kaoru and I started glaring at each other and Tsubasa said “Hey calm down”

And Teru suddenly burst in and said “LOOK AT THIS CREATURE” and he held up a picture of a tbh

hello! i would just like to ask whether you also plan to watch the revue starlight stageplays? i know the plays are less accessible than the anime but i want to recommend them anyways because the seiyuus are all great singers and the plays have fantastic songs (and if you also enjoy the over-the-top eagerness that comes hand-in-hand with play acting, i am so fond of the actresses and the props) and i think its just a fun experience to have of the show that IS about theater

BUT. okay okay really i wanted to recommend them because i saw your latest reblog with the webweaving tag on starlight being a tragedy told long ago and a tragedy that continues to be told by the narrative. and i thought you Might also be interested in how the stageplays show just how deep the revstar characters are in this narrative cycle of tragedy,,

if you do want to give the plays a try but r having difficulties in getting the subbed versions, just let me know and i can help out :D

(fair warning about the plays tho, as with the entire revstar franchise, they do occur in a universe thats one two steps to the left of the anime so there are things there that are very much not the same as the anime nor the game e.g. almost everyone is more feral, the banana timeloops not quite existing, a couple of new characters, etc etc)

yes, i am absolutely planning to watch the stage plays and am suitably prepared to accept the alternative canon of it! i read the manga adaptations first so at the very least tendou "i am ready and willing to scalp all my classmates at any moment, especially you claudine" maya will not catch me off guard. i am SO looking forward to kagayra "i am equally ready to sling the most out of pocket shit you've ever heard from a stage girl's mouth" hickory also. AND i will readily admit that whenever i watch clips i immediately gravitate to saijou "have you ever seen a flouncier, fruitier, more fabulous woman" claudine. need i even say anything about ikuta teru. i ADORE their stage versions, although the anime will always have position zero in my heart.

i've rustled up links to the first and second stageplays subbed, but the rest of the stageplays i've found are unsubbed, so i would very much appreciate the help. (esp since i wanna get a better feel for the new girls like the edels and my link for edel delight is unfortunately unsubbed.) please feel free to shoot me a message abt em if you've got em! i'm always down to talk about revstar with more people!

"Punten PAKETTT!!!"

"Punten bapak, ibu, PAKETTT!!!"

Masih hening

"PAKETTT!!!"

Drap drap drap...

"Aduuh gantenk... itu kenapa ga diambil paketnya ihh.." Ushijima Silvania berlari menuruni tangga dan bergegas mengambil paketnya sementara Ushijima Wakatoshi, sang suami bergumam, "mana saya tahu."

Tak berapa lama, sang istri masuk dengan wajah berseri-seri sembari memeluk paket di dada nya. Wakatoshi bertanya, "itu apa?," sambil menunjuk paket tersebut.

Silva hanya tersenyum, lalu menaruh paketnya di atas meja makan dan membukanya dengan cepat.

"AKHIRNYA DEVIL MAY CRY 5 BERADA DI TANGANKU KHUKHUKHU!!!" Pekiknya girang.

"Oh." Wakatoshi menjawab singkat. Silva cemberut.

"Kau serius hanya menjawab 'oh'??" rungutnya sambil bersedekap.

"Terus saya harus jawab apa?" kata Wakatoshi sambil menaruh masakannya di piring. Lalu menghidangkannya di atas meja makan. "Ayo sini makan."

Silva, masih dengan mulut menyon nya menarik kursi di depan suaminya. "Kau tidak asik, boo." ujar Silva sembari mengambil makanan bagiannya. Wakatoshi hanya menatap istrinya datar dan mulai makan.

Mereka makan dalam hening.

"Saya sudah selesai." Wakatoshi menaruh piringnya di wastafel lalu menghampiri istrinya.

"Apa?" Sang istri dengan juteknya berkata pada Wakatoshi.

"Saya mau berangkat."

"Yaudah sana berangkat."

"Ciumannya mana?"

"H-huh??" Silva salting.

"Kan biasanya kamu cium saya sebelum saya berangkat. Pagi ini kamu belum cium saya."

"IH IYA IYA GAUSAH DIPERJELAS GITU DONG, BAKATOSHII!!"

Silva bangkit, memberi sebuah morning kiss kepada suaminya yang kelewat polos. Entah apa yang tuhan rencanakan sehingga mereka bisa bersatu meski dengan kepribadian yang bertolak belakang.

"Nama saya Wakatoshi, bukan Bakatoshi." ucap Wakatoshi setelah mereka menyudahi kegiatan pagi.

"IYA IYA USHIJIMA WAKATOSHI KU YANG GANTENK. UDAH SANA BERANGKAT, NANTI TELAT LATIHANNYA!!!" balas Silva sambil mendorong Wakatoshi menuju pintu depan.

"Saya berangkat. Hati-hati di rumah."

"Iya, hati-hati di jalan."

Ushijima Silva hanya menggeleng sembari tersenyum melihat kepergian suaminya. Profesinya sebagai atlit voli membuatnya harus pergi berlatih dari pagi hingga petang. Malah terkadang hingga malam. Apalagi sebentar lagi Wakatoshi akan menghadapi sebuah pertandingan besar.

Kemudian wanita kelahiran London itu masuk dan mengambil game yang baru saja dibelinya.

"AYO MAIN!!"

Sorenya, Wakatoshi pulang dengan keringat di sekujur tubuhnya.

"Silva, saya pulang." ucapnya sambil membuka sepatu. Namun sampai ia selesai menaruh sepatunya di rak, istrinya tak kunjung datang. Biasanya Silva akan menyambutnya dengan pelukan dan ciuman lalu bertanya tentang kegiatannya hari ini.

"Apa dia masih marah??" Pikir Wakatoshi.

"Silva?? Saya sudah pulang." Panggilnya sekali lagi sambil berjalan ke ruang tamu.

Didapatinya sang istri tengah duduk di sofa. Wajahnya berseri-seri sama seperti tadi pagi saat ia mendapatkan game nya. Di tangannya terdapat sebuah stik PS 4. Matanya fokus ke arah televisi yang sedang menampilkan wajah seorang karakter pria dengan rambut putih.

Mirip Tendou, komen Wakatoshi.

"Ahhh gila... gantenk bangett... emang vergil gantenknya gaada obat. Khukhukhu i lop yu akang vergil." ucap Silva mendayu-dayu. Wakatoshi kesal, dahinya mengkerut. Bagaimana bisa istrinya memuji pria lain di depannya.

Ia langsung mendekati istrinya, berdiri di hadapannya. Memblokir pandangan istrinya dari televisi.

"Wakatoshi, kau sudah pulang? Anyway, bisa minggir? Aku sedang main game disini." ucap Silva sambil menatap wajah suaminya. Bukannya pergi, Wakatoshi mengambil stik ps4 di genggaman Silva dan melemparnya ke sembarang tempat.

"HEY ITU PUNYAKU. APA-APAA-" belum sempat protes, Wakatoshi sudah duduk di pangkuan Silva. Ia juga mendekap kepala istrinya agar tidak melihat ke televisi.

Seperti anak yang sedang merajuk pada mamanya.

"Saya tidak suka Silva memuji pria lain. Silva kan sudah jadi milik saya. Saya tidak suka. Apa Silva sudah bosan dengan saya??" ucap Wakatoshi, masih mendekap istrinya.

Silva memukul punggung Wakatoshi. Atlet itu benar-benar mendekapnya dengan erat. Ia hampir kehabisan napas.

Untungnya tak berselang lama, Wakatoshi melepas dekapannya. Walau masih duduk di pangkuan istrinya.

Tenang saja, Silva tidak akan patah tulang karena memangku beban seberat 90 kg di kaki nya. Ia sering memangku Wakatoshi di kasur ketika ingin ekhem--- berhubungan badan.

"Pehh, keringatmu masuk ke mulutku astaga. Yaampun wakatoshi ku yang tersayang, aku gak bosen sama kamu oke." jawab Silva, ia menangkup pipi suaminya dan menatap matanya.

"Tapi kenapa tadi Silva bilang I love you kepada Ver-Ver siapa itu. Saya tidak ingat. Pokoknya saya tidak suka."

"Itu, kan aku cuma nge fans sayang. Iya, iya, aku ga ngomong gitu lagi deh. Udah ya jangan ngambek lagi, nanti gantengnya ilang."

"Saya tetap tidak suka." Wakatoshi kembali memeluk sang istri. Bedanya kali ini dia menaruh kepalanya di pundak istrinya.

"Iya, aku minta maaf ya wakatoshi ku sayang." balas Silva sambil mengelus punggung suaminya yang basah karena keringat.

Kek anak kecil buset dah, batinnya berujar.

"Mmhh.." gumam Wakatoshi. Ia masih mempertahankan posisinya. "By the way, kamu ga mau mandi?? Kaki ku keram." Silva face palm, kaki nya memang terasa keram sekarang.

"Tidak. Silva belum memberi saya ciuman sore ini. Jadi saya tidak mau mandi sebelum Silva memberinya."

Blush!!!

"I-iya sini sini aku cium." Silva kembali menangkup pipi Wakatoshi dan mencium bibirnya singkat.

Iya, rencananya singkat. Tapi Wakatoshi enggan melepasnya dan malah berubah jadi ciuman panas.

"Wa-wakatoshi??"

"Saya mau mandi tapi setelah melakukan itu sama Silva."

"Lah lah bangcat,"
