Floral Love

Roses mean love starts, passion-filled,

Tulips show trust, love is willed.

Daisies are pure, love grows,

Sunflowers bring joy, love shows.

Lilies are pure, love's sweet,

Orchids are pretty, love's neat.

White Jasmine is nice, love's clear,

Black Iris brings hope, love's near.

Purple Lavender is peaceful, love's grand,

Brown Chrysanthemums are plenty, love's band.

Silver Dusty Miller is smart, love shines,

Golden Marigolds are warm, love binds.

Every flower, a bit of love,

Sent from the gardens above.

In every bloom, love's art,

Coloring life, straight from the heart.

Generational Shift

Once upon a time, in a world not yet consumed by screens,

Youth was defined by simplicity, and life's humble routines.

Their hair bore natural hues, their words echoed respect,

"Po" and "Opo," they'd say, their elders they'd never neglect.

In the golden light of the setting sun, their laughter would ring,

Games of tag and hide-and-seek, oh, the joy they'd bring.

Their hands offered help, their hearts knew no bounds,

In the wisdom of the old, profound lessons were found.

But as the wheel of time turned, a new era took flight,

Gadgets and screens, in their lives, shone bright.

Colored hair became the norm, respect started to wane,

The innocence of youth, seemed to go down the drain.

Smoking and drinking, became a child's play,

Depression, stress, and bullying found their way.

The rich and the poor, in their worlds, they got lost,

Forgetting that every action comes with a cost.

Yet, amidst this chaos, a glimmer of hope remains,

A call to return to respect, to break these digital chains.

Let's teach the young to honor, to listen, and to be kind,

To the virtues of old, let's not be blind.

For in the heart of every child, lies a seed of change,

With love and guidance, their future, we can rearrange.

Let's remind them of God, of humility, of grace,

And together, we'll create a better place.

All Month To Love

Every month in the calendar,

Is a chance to love and to care,

To spread kindness and joy,

And to let others know you're always there.

January may be cold and bleak,

But love can warm the coldest of weeks,

February brings Valentine's Day,

A time to show love in every way.

March brings the start of spring,

A time of renewal and new beginnings,

April showers bring May flowers,

And love blooms like the sweetest of powers.

June brings summer's warm embrace,

And love shines like the sun on your face,

July brings fireworks and fun,

And love explodes like a bright, shining sun.

August may be hot and humid,

But love is always cool and lucid,

September brings the start of fall,

And love is there to comfort us all.

October brings Halloween's thrills,

And love is there to calm our chills,

November brings Thanksgiving's feast,

And love is there to make it complete.

December brings the holiday season,

A time of love, joy, and reason,

All year long, love is the key,

To make the world a better place to be.

May the sick find strength and cheer,

In Your love, we hold dear.

We pray for children small,

May they rise when they fall.

Guide them in their youthful days,

In Your love, we sing Your praise.

We pray for all Your creatures,

And nature's many features.

Bless the farmers in their fields,

In Your love, the earth yields.

We pray for those in need,

May their thirst and hunger recede.

Bless the honest, kind, and true,

In Your love, we turn to You.

Every day can be like Christmas,

Filled with love, joy, and bliss.

Protect our loved ones, near and far,

Deep sleep.

Soft sigh,

Peep escapes.

Fingers tease,

Jolt divine.

Awake now,

Eyes meet.

Morning greeting,

Smile exchanged.

Our world,

Love remains.

Touch sends shivers,

Stirs deep feelings.

Yet, I remain,

In dream's realm.

Body responds to you,

Mind still slumbers.

Perhaps a kiss,

Might wake me.

You lift me,

Into your arms.

I giggle, tickled,

By your lips.

Arms wrap around,

Carried to bathroom,

Seeing you shower,

I blush, shyly.

Far away.

On path, we believe.

Respect for oneself and others,

Choosing love in the face of trials and troubles,
