TG stans and this fantasy that they themselves created that the house hightower has relevance in the asoiaf universe, let's be honest, the dance was the only moment they had their 10 minutes of fame lol yes! they are a good house (loyal to house targaryen currently) but they are not relevant afterwards... they are not on the level of targaryens, tyrells, baratheon, starks etc hightowers have no impact on the books currently, even the Greyjoys are more relevant lol
TG stans must hate the ASOIAF timeline so much lmao. House Hightower's only actions have been through Ser Gerold, who was the lord commander of Aerys' Kingsguard. The head of the house, Lord Leyton has locked himself in a tower and is suspected of experimenting with magic, in direct conflict with the Faith and the Citadel.
After the Dance, the Hightowers are only ever seen either keeping to themselves or supporting the Targaryens. In the Blackfyre rebellion, they officially supported neither camp, that's the only somewhat exception.
I've seen some of them wave around Rhaena's marriage to Gormund Hightower as if that's some kind of victory, when really it just cements House Hightower's renewed allegiance to the Targaryens.
The Hightowers have very little significance after the Dance. Their power in terms of the realm is equal to houses like the Freys and the Boltons, but they do so much less than both of them. Their ties to the Fatih and the Citadel are their claims to power, and Leyton is possibly damaging those.
Honestly I think they will come into play in TWOW, what with the ironborn invasion and Leyton's interest in magic. However, they will not take center stage nor be as significant as they were in the Dance. That was their moment of greatest political power, and they won't return to that.

I feel like the l reason why I can’t ship Belly and Jer is the same reason why I can’t ship Brooke and Lucas from oth. Cause it feels like the whole show & writing is set up for the other couple.
The same way episode 1 of oth basically told u that Lucas and Peyton would be endgame is the same way I’ve watched tsitp and felt that they’ve set up Belly and Conrad. Even if the other couples have better moments at times, I just can’t root for them cause the writing and show is set up for the latter

How homophobia claimed the life and career of Justin Fashanu, the world’s first openly gay footballer
30 years after Justin Fashanu came out publicly to the world, former friend Peter Tatchell reflects on the late sportsman's complicated legacy.
Tumblr media
Thirty years ago, on 22 October 1990, Justin Fashanu became the world’s first professional footballer to come out as gay. To this day, he’s the UK’s only top-tier male football star to declare his homosexuality while playing in this country. At the time, he said he knew 12 other Premier League footballers who were gay or bisexual. None followed his example of openness, then or since.
Justin was also the first black player to be bought by a club for £1 million and the first prominent black person in Britain to come out as LGBT+. Other black personalities, including the singer Labi Siffre, artist and film-maker Isaac Julien and Lambeth Council leader Linda Bellos, had already come out, but they didn’t have Justin’s high profile and national recognition.
Tumblr media
Justin came out in The Sun newspaper, under the headline “£1m soccer star: I am GAY”. He said he wanted to stop “living a lie”. His otherwise dignified and courageous article was marred by titillating tales of sex with a married MP, romps in the House of Commons, and affairs with pop singers, TV stars and other footballers.
It was also tainted by the fact that he sold his story for a huge pile of money, reputedly £70,000 or more. He subsequently admitted that elements of his story were embellished because, in his words, he was “under pressure” from the paper to give them sensational gossip.
A week later, his brother, fellow footballer John Fashanu, disowned Justin in the black newspaper, The Voice. “John Fashanu: My gay brother is an outcast” screamed the headline. John later admitted to offering Justin £75,000 to stay quiet and keep his sexuality secret.
He told the Daily Mirror: “I begged him, I threatened him, I did everything I could possibly do to try and stop him coming out… I gave him the money because I didn’t want the embarrassment for me or my family.”
John later expressed regret about his behaviour. However, he continued to disrespect his brother’s memory when he claimed in a 2012 interview with talkSPORT radio that his brother was not gay but merely a fame-obsessed attention-seeker.
Justin told me he was heartbroken by the “terrible” things John said about him. He never got over what he saw as betrayal by a brother he loved.
The reaction of the wider black community was just as bad. His coming out was condemned by The Voice as “an affront to the black community… damaging… pathetic and unforgivable”.
“We heteros”, wrote Voice columnist Tony Sewell, “are sick and tired of tortured queens playing hide-and-seek around their closets. Homosexuals are the greatest queer-bashers around. No other group of people are so preoccupied with making their own sexuality look dirty.” Sewell only very recently apologised for those comments.
“Even if Fashanu had chosen to come out in The Voice rather than The Sun, I doubt his reception would have been any more sympathetic,” noted media columnist Terry Sanderson, soon afterwards. “Rejection by his own community was profoundly damaging to him.”
Although Justin later said that he “never once regretted” coming out, the hostile reaction from many in the black community hurt him deeply. He told me that since black people knew the pain of racial prejudice and discrimination, he expected they’d be understanding and supportive. Some were, but many denounced him for bringing “shame” on them.
Tumblr media
As far as I recall, not a single black public figure supported his coming out or condemned The Voice and others in the community who had trashed him. Justin later told The Voice: “Those who say that you can’t be black, gay and proud of it are ignorant.”
Nevertheless, there were moments during his coming-out saga when he confessed that he felt “incredibly, almost suicidally, lonely”.
Justin faced a lot of criticism for choosing to come out in the right-wing, homophobic Sun newspaper, which many black people also regarded as racist. Justin responded by saying that his fans read the tabloids, not the Sunday Times. By coming out in The Sun, he hoped its reporters would cease hounding him: “I genuinely thought that if I came out in the worst newspapers and remained strong and positive about being gay, there would be nothing more that they could say.”
Some people say the press knew Justin was gay and were planning to out him. He supposedly struck a deal with The Sun to pre-empt this: “So my sexuality could be revealed on my terms,” he told me.
However, in the book, Stonewall 25, Justin claimed that he came out because he was distressed by the tragedy of a 17-year-old gay friend who had been forced out of his family home by homophobic parents, and who subsequently committed suicide: “I felt angry at the waste of his life and guilty because I had not been able to help him. I wanted to do something positive to stop such deaths happening again, so I decided to set an example and come out in the papers.”
Whatever the true reason for him coming out, one thing is certain: he wasn’t fully prepared for the backlash and the “heavy damage” it would inflict on his football career. He got homophobic abuse from fans, and few clubs were willing to sign him given his diminishing goal-scoring abilities.
This was a far cry from his glittering football debut. In 1980, aged 19, Justin was signed to Nottingham Forest football club for £1 million. The expectations were huge. There was the pressure to deliver goals and to become a black spokesperson. He found his sudden celebrity status both a blessing and a great burden.
Justin was closeted back then and found it immensely difficult to be gay in the macho, straight world of football — not to mention the stress of living a secret gay life while under the glare of the media spotlight.
Like many black footballers in those days, he was subjected to racist taunts by fans from rival teams. They would make monkey noises and gestures, and throw bananas onto the pitch. But it was anti-gay prejudice that ultimately dragged him down.
“A bloody poof!” That’s how his manager at Nottingham Forest, Brian Clough, described his star player. Although Justin laughed them off, Clough’s sneers hurt inside, making it hard for him to concentrate on playing ‘the beautiful game’.
Justin and I met at the London gay nightclub Heaven in 1981, soon after he realised he was gay. I had been selected as the Labour parliamentary candidate for Bermondsey. We became close friends.
Justin confided to me about the problems he was having at Nottingham Forest. “Clough doesn’t respect or support me,” he complained more than once.
In his autobiography, Clough recounts a dressing-down he gave Justin after hearing rumours that he was going to gay bars: “’Where do you go if you want a loaf of bread?’ I asked him. ‘A baker’s, I suppose.’ ‘Where do you go if you want a leg of lamb?’ ‘A butcher’s.’ ‘So why do you keep going to that bloody poofs’ club?’”
Tumblr media
Sadly, the clash with Clough turned from bad to worse. Justin’s performance went into a tail-spin. Desperate for emotional reassurance, he turned to evangelical Christianity, which further screwed up his life. With his church damning homosexuality, he became conflicted and stressed. Desperate attempts at relationships with women failed. While publicly proclaiming Christian celibacy, he ended up resorting to furtive gay sex. This made it impossible for him to have a stable same-sex relationship.
Caught between God and gayness, he suffered intense emotional and psychological turmoil.
Justin became erratic and unpredictable, both on and off the pitch. His sometimes bizarre, indefensible behaviour can only be fully understood in the context of a potentially brilliant football career cut short, largely by homophobia. He became trapped in a downward spiral of declining football prowess, bad debts, unreliability, false claims about sexual affairs with politicians and soap stars and desertion of long-standing friends, including me.
By the late 1990s, Justin had embarked on a new career coaching the US football team, Maryland Mania. Hopes of a fresh start were shattered in April 1998 when he was accused of sexual assault of a 17-year-old youth. Claiming he would not get a fair trial, he fled back to Britain. On 3 May, he was found hanged in a deserted lock-up garage in London.
His suicide note denied the charges, claiming that the sex was consensual and that he was being blackmailed by his accuser. Part of the note read: “I realised that I had already been presumed guilty. I do not want to give any more embarrassment to my friends and family.”
Whatever the truth about these allegations, Justin had — like all of us — his share of failings. Without excusing these mistakes, they were the culmination of a lifetime of rejection that began when, as a young boy, he was given up by his mother and put in a Barnardo’s children’s home.
Despite all the rejection he endured, Justin had a remarkable, praiseworthy capacity for forgiveness. Talking of the hurt inflicted on him by others, and acknowledging his own errors of judgement, Fashanu wrote in 1994: “I don’t think you ever forget those mistakes, or the mistakes that other people make that wound you, but it is important to forgive.”
Justin Fashanu was a trailblazing star – he was not flawless, but a star nonetheless.

I’m now on s4 of OTH…yall….
Chad Michael Murray I will forever be in your walls 😭. The S2 and S3 development of brucas was amazing and to have it taken away in one ep was horrid 😭. I read that brucas was supposed to be endgame and I believe it. I was team leyton in S1 but to see both Lucas and peyton have beautiful relationships with other people (I miss Jake so bad oh my god), S4 is just not convincing me they’re endgame. I hate what they’ve done with Brooke’s character this season and Peyton’s. Peyton does not need a savior let alone Lucas saving her every five min 😭. Where is the balance 😭. Best part of her arc this season was her brother helping her heal. The highlight has been naley (the loan shark arc I canttttt). See I do think leyton deserves a chance or they would always wonder what could’ve been, but I really don’t believe they love each other more than Lucas loved Brooke and Peyton loved Jake. I don’t believe it 😭. Maybe chad and Hilarie knew it too idk😭. Just my thoughts!

so, i'm going through your anti team black tag and living my best life, but one post in particular that you made got me thinking.
“george made damn sure rhaenyra’s bloodline sat on the throne at the end bc, if the hightowers won, house targaryen would have been reformed, and he couldn’t kill them all off at the end of the main series”
i'm pretty sure this might've just been a joke, but it makes me curious. do you think something like a targaryen reformation would be possible, hypothetically speaking? i certainly wouldn't mind it in a "greens win" AU scenario, but that's just me. i wanna know if anyone else sees potential in this. 💚💚💚
Hello, yes, this was mostly a joke, as it happens. 😅 (anon is referring to this post) To introduce another lengthy parenthesis, I remember at the time that some of the reactions to that post were in the range for "why doesn't anyone understand that the Hightowers are also feudal lords vying for their own interests and not some great reformists out to save Westeros", which... Listen. 😄 To put equitably, this fandom has a considerable issue with knowing when to level criticism and when to just treat banter as lighthearted horsing around and not take it too seriously. Something which even I'm not exempt from, I don't think. 🤷‍♀️
So, in the interest of making a meme, that post was kind of half-true in that it simplified a more nuanced concept (that was never an avenue that the author decided to explore anyway) for the sake of humour. I have, in the past, detailed my thoughts on House Hightower and what I think is their role in the wider narrative. This is based on the information we have on them presently. If I'm wrong, then I'm wrong. Who knows, maybe Lord Leyton and Melara plan on blowing Oldtown up for shits and giggles. We don't have to guess everything correctly - another aspect this community struggles with in their fandom wars and obsession with having the most correct, morally pure take.
Regardless, yes, the Hightowers obviously are a privileged family at the top of the social food chain, benefitting from the exploitation awarded by feudalism - a political-economic system based on vast inequality. Therefore, any type of reform they might be willing to undertake will be limited and not really something that significantly changes the status-quo. Just like the beloved, fan-favourite, and mostly confirmed "winners" - the Starks. A third element that our fandom has trouble accepting is the concept of incremental change. I feel like it would basically be a truism to point out that incremental change has been the most reliable vector of socio-economic evolution throughout human history. So, bad news for them, I suppose, but any superficial study of history will reveal that feudalism hardly collapsed overnight. Which leads us back to the idea that any small change, no matter how limited, does matter in the long run, because, as time passes, it will be compounded with another small change and so on.
Anyway, coming back to the question. Would Targaryen reformation be possible? Certainly! GRRM could have made up any story he wanted. Anything is possible if you plan for it and it makes sense within your worldbuilding. As it stands, the Targaryens are foreigners with a questionable culture, hailing from a land that used to engage in practices that even the feudal Westerosi found backwards, distasteful, barbaric or immoral: slavery, human sacrifice, incest, great feats of violence such as pillaging and conquering neighbouring lands for the sake of feeding their population to their volcano gods etc. The Targaryens also have fire-breathing monsters that, while not exactly enough all the time to prevent any rebellions from happening, are weapons that no one else has access to and that can cause a great deal of damage that no one else can replicate.
So, in order to "reform" and integrate, they would need to renounce all that. They would need to do it the traditional way. They do some of the work, but never go all the way. They accept the main religion of the land, but they don't let go of inter-marrying, because they don't want to lose their access to dragons. There are attempts to integrate, but, by the time of the events of the main series, they have returned to incest. Funnily enough, Aegon V plays a role in both - he marries outside of the family and has no dragons left, but his succeeding son and daughter marry each other and, eventually, Aegon decides that bringing back dragons is not such a bad idea after all. I do think that the symbolic weight of Daenerys having both her parents and her grandparents as brother-sister sets is laying the "dragon blood" metaphor thick - and that it holds more magical weight than any mathematical calculation of her actual watered-down Targaryen DNA.
In any such scenario where GRRM decided to go down a Targaryen reformation path, IMO it would have been thematically-relevant to ease into it via a marriage alliance with one of the oldest families in Westeros - a well-respected, rich house that also has close links to both the only centre of higher education and the main religious organization in the land. Hence the meme. :) But it doesn't last and the Targaryens go back to their dastardly ways eventually, that's the point of them in the story, because the author chose it to be the point.

Christmas list/ letter - Day 12
Tumblr media
TW : Fluff, you have children
Names : Reign & Leyton - your sons
Summary : You and Joe had grown up with the exciting act of creating a letter for santa, and it was one thing you wanted your two boys to experience.
Tumblr media
Traditions. Traditions were one of the many things that were keeping yours and Joe's Christmas alight. Since the start of your relationship, the magic of Christmas has been something so enjoyable and special. You and Joe both grew up with letters to santa, leaving milk and cookies out, and spending the majority of the days in December opening up Advent calendars. It was very traditional and that was exactly how you liked it in your house. Since having two young boys, you decided that there Christmas could follow in your own.
"Hello, you two!" You shouted as you came into the living room as soon as you came through the front door. Joe had picked them both up from school as you spent the majority of the day in work.
"Mummy!" They both cheered in unison as their eyes lit up at the familiar sight of you. They both sat on the couch in their small school uniforms, eating out of a bowl of sliced apples and lazily watching the TV.
"How was your day?" You asked as you kissed their cheeks and sat down next to them. As each day passed, they were looking more and more like Joe, and you were not complaining.
"Good mummy! But Daddy said that we could write our letters to santa tonight."Reign said as he messed with the dog sitting next to him.
"Oh, did he now?" You asked with raised eyebrows and a laugh as joe came strolling in without a clue.
"What did I do?" Joe quickly asked with a laugh at the thought of what he may or may not have done.
"You told us we could write letters to santa!" Leyton said with a giggle as the excitement of the small interaction with santa was running through his small body.
"I did," Joe smiled with agreement. As he sat on the other couch admiring you all as you were squashed up on the other. You looked over at joe with a wide smile as you saw how happy he had made his two sons. No matter what, he always knew how to turn there, frown upside down, and be so excited for anything.
As the night went on and the excitement of what was to come filled the two young boys, you started to feel the Christmas buzz more and more. You were all sitting on the floor of the living room in Christmas pyjamas. It took a while to convince Joe that it was a good look, but you managed it in the end.
"How do I start it?" Reign asked with a smile as he looked up from his letter on the floor. The four year old twins weren't particularly great with their vocabulary, but you could definitely tell they were trying their best.
"To santa," you said with a smile as you watched the way his small hands grasped the delicate pen and started to write his letter. You could have watched the way his hands took him across the page forever.
"I think I should write one for santa," Joe suggested with a laugh as he lay on the floor and rested his head on your crossed legs. Your hand ran aimlessly through his dark hair as you both enjoyed the given affection.
"No daddy your too old!" Leyton admitted with a laugh. You let out a loud laugh as Joe sent you a very pointed look as he looked up at you from his place on your legs.
"I want a puppy," Reign said with a smile as he wrote it down across the festive coloured paper. Your hand fell onto Joe's in a high five at the plans you had for just before Christmas. You knew the boys wanted a puppy, and you also knew that you and Joe did, so it sounded like a perfect idea.
"Oooo, me too!" Leyton said as he agreed with the words his twin brother spoke. "And I want daddy to win the champions league!" He quickly added as he scribbled it down on the piece of paper in front of him.
"And the premier league," Reign added as soon as his hands were taking his pen across the page. You looked down at joe as he watched his two young boys in awe of the idea of their dad's team winning every major trophy. They admired their father and the excitement of his life. You all had the same Christmas wish.
Day 12 of my Christmas advent calendar 📅 Christmas is next week 😱 thank you so so much for the support at the moment. it is so incredible.🤩 Hope you have the best day 🥰 merry Christmas 🎄 masterlist ❤️

If I may I would love to go on the most unhinged Nathan vs Lucas rant i've ever gone on, on this hellsite lol
Every once in a while i'll see someone who is team Lucas over Nathan and this is just my message to them...
Nathan is not perfect... I will accede that. The thing is that Nathan has a shit ton of integrity in the face of his mistakes. For instance, with the whole point shaving scandal I think Lucas and a lot of the fans of OTH make that situation out to be so black and white but I think it's more complicated than that. Nathan was between a rock and a hard place and at the end of the day he got involved with some loan sharks because they were going through some major financial strain and his father refused to help him. But regardless of how it happened and whether or not it should have happened... at the end of the day it did happen so Nathan was making the decisions he felt he needed to make to protect himself, his wife, and his unborn child. And it isn't just as simple as win the game because Whitey deserves to win a championship and Skills deserves to get a scholarship to college. All those things are true but people's lives are at risk. If the game had been lost then Haley would not have been run over by a car and Lucas would not have had a heart attack. Daunte was threatening Nathan's family so Nathan was truly scared for his family. But my point at the end of the day is that Nathan has a shit ton of integrity in the face of the decisions he makes. He always has the best of intentions and Nathan ultimately takes responsibility for his mistakes and apologizes. But on top of that he learns from his mistakes and never makes the same mistakes! Did Nathan ever again get involved with loan sharks? NEVER! Did Nathan ever get mixed up with a crazy psycho nanny after Carrie? NEVER! He left Slamball after it became clear that it was a risk to his health and never went back. After getting in a bar fight and getting thrown through a window he learned to quell his anger and pick his fights very carefully. To the point where by the end of the show he was damn near perfect. He became such a gentle soul, he learned to not let his anger control him but he learned to control his anger instead. He has incredible boundaries with his female friends. Haley never feels like she plays second banana to any of his female friends. He's there for them if they need him but he has incredible boundaries with them.
Lucas on the other hand will cheat on Brooke and then a few months later wax poetic and tell her (paraphrasing) "oh, i'm so sorry, I will never take you for granted again. I kept that to remind myself never to take you for granted again. Peyton is just a friend. You are my life" and then he turn around and cheat on Brooke again!!!! He will then wax poetic to Peyton "you are the girl I want by my side forever. I will never leave you. I love you so much!!!" and then the moment she doesn't want to get married on his timetable then he will break up with her. Start dating another woman and then proceed to start physically and worse yet emotionally cheating on her with Peyton. He will wax poetic with Lindsey and say "you're the only woman for me. I love you and I will always love you. I will never give up on you. I could wait 20 years for you to see that you are the one for me!!!!" Then he will turn around and start making out with Peyton and make the same fucking mistake for third fucking time!!!!!! The Leyton ship highways are strewn with women that Lucas used to shield his heart from his true feelings because he refused to admit his feelings for Peyton and just fucking be with her!!!!!!!
I would much rather have a Nathan Scott any day of the week who is imperfect but takes responsibility and learns from his mistakes!!! Give me that over Lucas fucking Scott any day. Also Nathan's hotter and taller so there's that lmao (that's specifically a message to anyone out there who says that Chad is hotter than James. I will not take that diss against James Lafferty and his hot piece of ass. To be fair I think most of the people who think that Lucas is hotter is people who haven't seen the show but only have seen fancams of the show that almost exclusively include S1 scenes of James. And James was 17 at that. He only became a hot piece of ass from S2 and onwards. Truly sorry to Chad but i'm not gonna say that Aryan dream Chad Michael Murray is hotter than James who if Google is correct may or may not be part Mexican on his mom's side. Just sayin there's a reason that the name Chad has become synonymous with basic averagely hot white dudes. Edit. James also has a bigger butt and more muscles. Don't hate me cause I spit the truth ;) I told you it was unhinged so I don't know what you were expecting lmao)

Hi! Just curious which you prefer: Varchie or Barchie, Stelena or Delena, and Leyton or Brucas! We both prefer Rogan to Literati :)
Hi! Well first of all, congratulations on having great taste!
I've only watched maybe two seasons of riverdale, but from that I'm Team Varchie more then Team Barchie. I DEFENITELY prefer Stelena over Delena, even though through gifs I also appreciate Caroline with Stefan. Just absolutely no Delena. Sorry if that offends. And Team Brucas over Team Leyton. I actually shipped them from YouTube Videos before I ever watched OTH and then started watching for them, even already knowing it was kinda gonna be a doomed thing, and yeah, even before watching the show I was absolutely correct.
I'm actually occasionally thinking about re-watching both TVD (mostly to actually get to Steroline) and OTH (mostly because of the podcast) and I wonder if time will have tempered my reaction to either Delena oder Leyton.
Please come back and tell me your answers as well, I'm so curious!

NAME?: Tanya
PRONOUNS?: she/her
MOST ACTIVE MUSE(S)?: Anakin/Vader & Nathan. Sometimes Jax. He's fickle.
RP PET PEEVES?: People who talk to friends less, in favor of newer ones. This goes fo rp partners too. People who think if you message them to take accountability for something you did wrong to them, that you are stalking them. People tend to follow the same people in fandoms. Having too many replies to do / Having not enough replies to do. Yankee fans who bash the best infielder on their team, when he's not perfect. Fandoms still arguing over the same BS, twenty years later. Yes I'm talking Brucas/Leyton. I'm Team Naley and also Brooke/Nathan. People who don't understand explaining why a villain does bad things does not mean I think it was right. People who refuse to admit that Anakin Skywalker is a HUGE part of Star Wars. People who want to make tragedies happy. People who can't accept that some people like canon.
EXPERIENCE / HOW MANY YEARS?: Um well, I started rping a soap opera on invisionfree in 2007, Tumblr in 2011 and indie rping in 2016. I have played Glee characters, The Vampire Diaries, tons of time in the Marauders Era of Harry Potter, Sons of Anarchy, Game of Thrones, Vikings, Versailles, Star Wars, American Horror Story, The Umbrella Academy, One Tree Hill, and I'm sure I'm missing some. I don't write many OC's. I had one in the Marauders Era, but really, that's it. I've also adminned probably 20 tumblr RPs, had 4 last over 2 years. I messed around with indie a tiny bit in 2013, but I hated the idea of switching to icons so I refused until there were no SOA rps and I made an Indie Jax Teller.
FLUFF, ANGST, OR SMUT?: Angst and Smut and angsty smut. Fluff, it has to be the right ship and I do better if I have an angsty thread too. I can do more fluff with a ship like Naley than most of my others.
PLOTS OR MEMES?: Both. I am honestly up for either one, depending on my mood. If your meme sits too long and you want to plot, just message me.
LONG OR SHORT REPLIES?: I can write anywhere from 2-40 paragraphs. I'll do one for the write person. But, I don't do sentence replies. I really have some people and characters, I can write novels on.
TIME TO WRITE?: Um lately, I've been trying to more. School kicks my ass. I'm in my Senior Year for my Bachelor's in Education and even though it's going to last 2 years, I have all the classes I put off. But, I have been trying to do at least five a day. Like right now, I have no replies to do. I have starters but no replies. If I get back on the right sleep pattern, I can crank out 30 replies at 7am. Other than the last two weeks, I can reply a lot on Discord.
ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSE(S)?: God, I hope not. But, the stubbornness and reactiveness of Anakin, Jax, James and Nathan is definitely similar. I'm a Taurus. I don't kill people though. I do threaten to throat punch people who talk shit on my favorite baseball player, though.

Tiger Tuesday: In 1894, Princeton lost a football match against the University of Pennsylvania, who scored 12 against Princeton’s 0. It was, the Princetonian reported, “a game devoid of brilliant plays on either side, and characterized by many tedious delays” in which “Every man on Princeton's team played pluckily.”
After the defeat, Emory Leyton Ford, Class of 1896, posted this cartoon in his scrapbook.
