1. Pierre flies fucking commercial and by the time he lands in Nice he’s got a headache - a throbbing one that flares every single time someone passes him that isn’t wearing blockers and it makes him feel like a dick.

2. Charles only agrees to go because George is properly freaking out about it and doesn’t let him sleep in for days.

3. The first time Pierre kills to protect Charles, they’re still children.

4. It smells like paint still and it burns Charles’ eyes.

5. Yuki sends him six pieces from his new collection as a bribe and that’s exactly what Pierre says to him in the text he sends him.

6. The clover in Charles' garden is his favorite.

7. Pierre is secure in his relationship with Charles.

8. Radio is a dying art form.

9. Alex whacks him too hard on the shoulder as he passes, “you meeting up with us tonight?”

10. It has been the same every summer since Pierre was 15.

I'll have this baby with you." “Eddie, I can’t let you do that.” Shannon pulls away from him, forcibly putting space between them. “This isn’t just helping out a best friend, Eds, this is a fucking baby. A lifetime commitment. No. I can’t let you do that for me.” “Shannon.” Eddie moves closer, gets up on his knees and frames her face with his hands, forcing her to look him in the eye. “I’m serious. You want to be a lawyer, you’re meant to be a lawyer. You’ve been talking about it since I’ve met you. It’s all you’ve ever wanted. Me? I don’t fucking know what I want to do with my life. I can be a dad. Maybe that’s my purpose.” He knows he’s making promises he’s not even sure he can keep. He’s fucking scared. But he knows it in his bones. He wants to do this. And maybe he’s being impulsive, and rash, but it feels right, and if his future self ends up hating himself for this, then, fuck it all, Eddie’s doing it anyway. “I love you, Shannon.” Eddie gives her a peck to the corner of her mouth and drags her into his arms.
