Teddy’s sobriety came and went with the breeze. It was always on a balancing beam and the slightest gust would cause it to come plummeting down without a second thought. A feather waiting to drift one way or the other. Losing Freya made it catapult a thousand miles away and crash-land right into a bottle of Honey Jack Daniels. Teddy thought it classy. “Oh - shit, I didn’t know you were still up.” He mumbled, noticing Taer when he entered the kitchen. It was late, nearing 4 AM, and water had become a necessity at that point of the night - morning. “Unless I woke you up? I didn’t mean to scream earlier but - T, I think I broke my toe. I stubbed it so hard… you would’ve screamed, too. It’s human nature and I’m nothing but God’s court jester.”

BlackSeraphimon with a Tamer

BlackSeraphimon is rather quiet and keeps to himself. When it comes to his Tamer, he does become slightly more talkative, but more only with them more than anything. Otherwise, BlackSeraphimon is quiet and calculating, and watching everything around him constantly.

BlackSeraphimon tends to like to test other's strengths, and at times likes to challenge his Tamer's friend's Digimon. It's always out of fun, and it never goes too far, but BlackSeraphimon only wishes to help the ones around him grow stronger even when he seems fairly quiet and dangerous.

BlackSeraphimon is still fairly strict about some things and doesn't have much of a sense of humor. There are times he tries to crack jokes with his Tamer, but they're always so dry and never land... as well as he thinks they would. Or he's unintentionally hilarious, because he messes up sayings constantly, and is so monotone about how he says it.

He is still quite a guardian to his Tamer and is quick to react to anything around them should it go for his Tamer. He is quite powerful, and he does not take kindly to anything that tries to strike at his Tamer in any way, and always quickly flies in to counteract them.

BlackSeraphimon has a tendency to seem like he's not paying attention with how quiet he is, and how it seems like he stares off into the distance quite a lot. But in reality, he's always in the moment, he is just making sure that the area is quite safe for them, and he's listening closely, just in-case...

You know what time it is… We left in a behind the scenes goody ie: the audio clap for all you film buffs (Pro tip: The spike is a good marker for the audio to sync up in your video making program) Also an explanation about the spare parts, if you get a lego set and it contains 1 stud (the little round things that say lego) sized item you will get an extra for each of them (if you get 20 of a particular type, you will get a single one for it, so you get one per type) Fourth ship from Star Wars… May have to create a shipyard for the mini-figs. Lots more mini-figs which are great, one which was a set exclusive fan favourite from HP, only found in the HP series 2 CMF (collectable mini figures) with a colour change which is real nice to have! But never before on their journey had someone acted recklessly faster than her. It caught everyone off guard. Nobody could have stopped Alex, even if they had tried.

He had none of it. And he would never gain any more experience, because this damn reckless half-elf dared to act quicker!

Her footsteps were fueled by anger as she stormed back to camp—from disbelief, to sadness, to sheer fury. In her hand, she clenched the gold coins she had been ready to throw at Withers before she throttled the man.

But Alex was already there, his clothes charred, his face covered in ash, his hair even more disheveled than hers, yet wearing a broad grin.

Instead of hurling the coin purse at Withers, she swung it at Alex's knees, forcing him to kneel with a yelp before crashing her lips against his.

"…next time, let me join, asshole," she whispered against his lips. "Or it won't be your knee that gets gold coins thrown at it." Then, she tilted her head to capture his lips once more.

“There’s no moon,” said Veren after a moment. “I read about Neruk, and I knew there was no moon, but you would never imagine a night this dark and cold unless you’ve lived through one.” It seemed to Taere that his eyes shone with tears, but, suddenly, Veren smiled. “No moon,” he said softly, “but so many stars!”

With effort, Veren wrenched his gaze from the window. Taere couldn’t make out his face in the darkness, but the city light behind him cast a halo on his curls. “The sky,” said Veren in a husky whisper. “It looks so heavy tonight. So heavy. . .” There was a catch in his breathing, and he shivered. 

Taere pulled Veren into a protective embrace. For the first time, she was distressed by the fact that she could only just get her arms around him; she felt overwhelmed and insufficient.

“I couldn’t go outside, not with that sky.” Veren’s words were rushed, and his teeth chattered, making them even harder to understand. “Too dark– no eye– no forgiveness– nothing is forgiven here– there’s nothing there, there’s nothing. . .”

“What do you mean?” she asked in a calm, cold voice that might have belonged to her old master. 

“Aiaso veren isana vera,” said Veren desperately, clutching her arms. “The forgiving eye is always open– but the sky can’t see. There’s no moon!”

She dreamed that her skin was sloughing off her bones and that Veren was leaving her.

He wore his five-colored quilt over his shoulders like a mantle, and his hair was mussed from a night of tossing and turning. The circles around his eyes had deepened into staring hollows; he had no eyes at all. He gazed at her with those pits in his face, and she told him that he was tired, they both were, and, once he was rested, everything would be fine. Veren’s head lowered, and she led him to bed. She watched him sleep, but when he woke– clear-eyed, himself again– he would not stay. “You’re a moonless sky,” he told her, and she woke up shaking.
