Okay after a lot of stress of doing this, I made this drawing!!!

and here's a version w/out the darkness:

And there was supposed to be a version that was just the bg, but...

that leads into why I got stressed

I'll explain, but I'll put it below a cut so people aren't forced to see me ranting

So rant below:

The combination of Kleki + my often-glitches chromebook is a free helltrip.

So, as I've explained probably in June, my tablet is not working, forcing me to use my Chromebook to interact, and Kleki, this random drawing site, to draw

And Kleki is already not preferred by me, since:

It has a limit of 16 layers (sure, it used to only have 8, which was worse, but I'd still prefer more layers)

It doesn't really have a blur tool (sure, it has a blurring edit labelled Tilt Shift, but it doesn't work really like a blur tool would)

You can't select a specific part of a layer (example: Say for the drawing above, I put two heads: One is SunBun's, one is Moonpie's. However, Moonpie's isnt where I want it to be! It would be simple to just... select Moonpie's head, right? Nope!! You can't select one of them, you select the whole layer!! I've at least found a cheat of duplicating the layer, removing Sun's head on one & Moon's on the other, and then moving the layer that only has Moon's head. However, ya cant do that when you already have 16 layers, can ya??)

You can't select & recolor a part of a layer. (this is something I honestly use a lot if I'm drawing Sun and/or Moon lineless. I select the head, and then draw the cresent, with no worry of having to erase the outer lines. However, this one doesn't do that, and that upsets me slightly, but it's not too big of an issue.

No folders for layers (I don't usually use folders w/ layers so this doesn't bother me, but I found out from someone who I won't name that folders can be helpful when drawing, and this site didn't have that, so yeah for any folder users or anyone who needs a lot of layers then good luck using Kleki)

Trying to undo something and hitting the Share button by accident (this annoys me so much. I make a mistake, try to undo it, and have to deal with seeing "Kleki.Com says sharing not supported" over and over again like I KNOW!!! SHUT UPP!!!!)

And probably many more issues that I just can't think of rn

Of course this is just how I feel about it, and most of my issues towards it are based off of how I used IbisPaintX (what I would draw with on my tablet), but Kleki just makes me wish my tablet gets fixed quicker...

Cus honestly drawing would be easier for me on IbisPaintX than on Kleki...

But that's not it...

Since at the start I said the combination of Kleki & my often-glitches chromebook, right?

I've explained Kleki, what about my Chromebook?

well...

the screen will randomly go black.

when you least expect it.

Like some examples:

Writing something? A story, or an assignment, or something like that? Boom, black screen.

Watching a video? Boom, black screen.

Looking/scrolling through something? Boom, black screen. (or sometimes it just freezes, but that's only happened if I'm scrolling mainly...)

Drawing? Boom, black screen!!

But for that last one, that's not just it!!

so to finish that little equation?

But yeah I was drawing (and I've learned almost every step you gotta save it), and while I was working on the oven & wall of the bg, it glitched & I lost it

And I had it stepped out like this:

I reached the oven, but started working on the wall at the same time, and it did the thing!!! And since I saved after the Table, that meant 1-5 were all now 1 layer, and I couldn't have a separate bg image anymore, since the sugar jar & the table was meant to be a part of the BG!! Yippee!!!

So yeah, though I'm glad it didn't glitch while I was drawing Sunbun & Moonpie (since I would've just given up then), I'm still pissed.

But that's enough ranting, cus I don't like ranting. ...at least, I don't like me ranting.

More tiny things about Drifting Inbetween (the Nights Into Dreams!au):

• Sun and Moon are twins, and like most twins they have a playful rivalry that extended to their fighting skills as much as their duty tormenting Dreamers and beyond. Sun was very good at his paraloop skills and powerful attacks that were not merciful. Moon's skills lied in his quick, stun attacks, hitting a target quickly and getting out of their reach before attacking again.

• Psychologically, they had very different ways of terrorizing the Dreamers. Sun is a master manipulator, he would dig around in your subconscious and find something you are sensitive about and bring it to the forefront. It never had to be something that was big, but even if it's the smallest, most minuscule doubt, he could make it into your entire nightmare, and something you'd dwell about in your waking hours. Moon on the other hand was all about the slow creeping dread, nightmares that are a slow boil that builds up until the Dreamer doesn't realize the true terror before its too late. Dawning horror was really Moon's cup of tea and he prided himself on being the sibling that took the longest time with his schemes but had a successful streak. Eclipse was a nice combination of both tactics (he taught them) and loves to use manipulative, dream gaslighting and drawn-out horror to get his jobs done. Over the last few years however, his tactic has changed, becoming more stilted towards hurtful, malicious emotional attacks with an undercurrent of genuine fear, latching onto feelings of inadequacy and helplessness.

• Eclipse, Sun, and Moon are quite the cuddlebugs. Moon loves holding onto things and people, and he will grab onto his brother's hand, shoulder, or Y/N and proceed to hold them like a pillow or wrap himself around them like ivy up a pole. His favorite cuddle buddy is a Shleep he named Dom <heh> and together they tend to take naps in random sunny spots at the Dream Gate. Sun is a huge hugger, even before he rebelled it wasn't uncommon to find him slinging his arm in a side hug around Jackal, giving excited pre-mission jump hug attacks to Eclipse, or lazily hovering above Moon like he was getting a piggyback ride. He loves to give spinning hugs, paralooping with his target and nuzzling into their face or neck. Eclipse is/was someone who appreciates when others reach out to him for affection, as he doesn't give it easily. He is self conscious about his image and role as one of Wizeman's higher-ranking Nightmaren so he doesn't actually try to be affectionate with others at least not physically. He prefers to give gifts, from extravagant items to small and simple, but each is always tailored to the person that is getting the gift.

• NiGHTS was never on Eclipse's radar before he defected away from Wizeman. As one of Wizeman's generals he knew NiGHTS only as far as work itself. Once NiGHTS began to gradually pull away he would talk to the Twins often, as they were curious about what he would do as a General equal yo their brother and what he'd seen. Eclipse was not worried about it until Moon became introspective and Sun started to speak with Dreamers. Eclipse threatened NiGHTS to leave and when he finally did, Reala going off to chase him down and destroy him, he watched his brothers become more distant. Eclipse fully blames NiGHTS for turning his brothers to favor humans and, on the few chances they do cross paths, Eclipse with attack him with little to no warning.

• Y/N's roommates have personalities of roommates I had in college that I liked! One was very sweet and motherly, got us out of a lot of crazy situations, but still maintained a fun and creative down-to-earth persona. The other is a more chaotic and rebellious character, encouraging thinking outside of the box and much more ridiculous solutions to problems you would have never considered...and they work too! Both of these roommates we're fantastic friends of mine and they really did help me get through those first 2 years of college!

• Y/N and I share a common issue; we can't lucid dream without it getting horrible and the same goes for sleep paralysis. I've had a lucid dream once and it was a horrible experience, 0/10 not recommending. Sleep paralysis also yielded some fairly terrible results and multiple times because I'm not lucky. I won't tell you the dreams because they show up in the story and I don't want to spill the beans.

• Y/N, Sun, and Moon share 2 braincells. I have made this trio the ones that focus more on the situation at hand and very jump first and think about the consequences later. 2 people handle the braincells it's just a crapshoot as to who, but even worse is when one person has both and has to play wrangler. You have to have one of those baby bear backpack leashes and then you're being tugged around in two directions.

WHAT ABOUT YOU AND SUNA❤

Me and Suna are so cute as a couple but also we are simply gremlins together. Like we raise hell. We make so many snarky remarks and poke fun at people its annoying but we love it.

We both think each other is so fun, he never thinks I am annoying no matter how much I ramble off or whatever. He loves that I talk a lot cause he sometimes can never finds the words he wants to say but I already know them- he never feels like he doesn't say enough because I say it.

He also appreciates that despite his deadpan expressions I can always see past them to how he is really feeling. He loves and kinda finds it funny that I'm the opposite and you can see every emotion and thought in my head on my face. He teases me about it, but he also uses that to gauge what I want or need.

Rin understands that I have trauma, he's always kinda known it. Sees when I flinch, notices when I get overwhelmed, jumps in when I start feeling terrible. He holds me when I cry, reassures me that I am enough for him and he won't let anything else bad happen to me. Rintaro is the one who deals with my screaming thrashing form at night begging for mercy, to be saved. No matter how many times it happens he still can't help the sinking feeling of dread as he holds me tight against his chest whispering sweet nothings in my sleeping ear. He hates what others have put me threw to cause such damage- Its so bad it haunts my subconscious and comes threw at night despite its rarity in people over 10.

Rintaro suna is such a good kisser. Like a real good kisser, he was sloppier when we first started but quickly learned just how to make me putty in his hands.

he's the type that likes to kiss in a slow kinda way, like speed wise. When we kiss its so passionate. Theres an air of possessiveness in his kisses, like theres subtext of "I'm the only one who can kiss you this good, you are mine to devour"

That doesn't mean his tongue isn't invading my mouth, cause it is. He's so confident with every move he makes despite his rather cat like laziness. he knows what he's doing, always. It's almost annoying how he can make me butter in hands with one kiss.
