R O Y A L T Y
This one's been a long time coming. Two years I spent working on these character renders and these pieces and that's two years between other commission work and life's curveballs. And to say I'm beyond happy I finished is an understatement.
These five characters are the Royals, a set of characters from the Main Triverse iteration of my massive Disney fan project, "Stitch Triverse". Within Main Triverse, the Royals are considered (obviously by the name) royalty and the concept hails from the Auros system, a sister system to that of Turo. The princes, princesses and even just royalty who are seen as this have been aligned with the Federation via treaty and therefore serve as higher figures of authority within the canon (in a similar order to, say, the Grand Councilwoman).
Also in a way, the Royals also represent a big slice of my fandom journey within the "Lilo & Stitch" franchise. Yaiko Galaxia (the flaxen hair) is one of my main OCs, even prevalent as my main blog's avatar (as per a Skeb commission by @/ningukt) and if it wasn't for creating my moody flaxen haired kid, I think I wouldn't have Triverse as massively sprawled out and as intricately developed as I would have.
So this is a tribute to five of the characters I consider closest to me. Five pieces of me given to the L&S masses alongside an even bigger project intended for many to create within its realms:
To Yaiko Galaxia, the intrepid "Innoventor". ✨
To Mako Eikochino, the shy heart alive in the sea. 🌊
To Mimi Hiromi, the powerhouse of flowers. 🌸
To Elle Vulcania, the tomboy heart ablaze. 🔥
To Keiko Hubrect, imaginative idol and creative soul. 🐉
This one's for you. Included is a merged poster and then five individual character posters~

Hey Danny! :D
Since I saw you reopen up doodle requests, if you wanted, mayhaps you could take a shot at doodling any of my Royals from my "Stitch Triverse" project (it's technically Stitch-related, haha)? This includes the lovely FloraAqua ship of Mako/Mimi and of course, Keiko. That's if you wanna, of course! Hope you're doing well, all the best~! <3

"A goodbye after the adventure"
Late birthday and christmas gift for @aurorabarenzu about his Royals from his Stitch Triverse project
It's so far, my best piece that I made since it shows how far my art skills went.

Art trade time! Whoop whoop!
This is for my homeslice @aurorabarenzu, depicting Yuna and Ami, two major characters in his Triverse saga. For those out of the loop, Triverse is a Lilo & Stitch multiverse project that sees familiar characters from the franchise in fantastic new adventures, alongside fan-made characters.
If you like Stitch, alternate universes, badass superhero kids, and wonderful sparkly artwork, check out this guy's work! Even if you're not a fan of all that, you should still support him because he's a cool dude. :D

My sweet summer children. they’re back. ;w;
My friend @dbarenzudomaindelta commissioned me twice to draw a couple characters from his Triverse series. the two in question being part of a team with my own character, Hideki! i haven’t drawn Yuna and Ami in literal years since my Stitch phase passed, so this was quite the nostalgia trip. ^  ^

Yaiko!
She’s a main character on the Stitch! Triverse, a super cool AU from Lilo & Stitch that includes different universes. I think she’s super cute!
I was only going to draw her with her usual ponytails, but couldn’t resist the FLOOF.

Did I mention I love this child too much? I swear I might have already, haha!
More “Stitch Triverse” art here and specifically, more Yuna Kamihara with her AO-Band done this year! Normal and beachy variants. Wanted something done in a very floral idea, akin to what you’d find in the Ryukyus~

I love this child way too much. Seriously, y’all don’t even know and if you know, you do in fact, know.
More old art from last year, “S P L A S H”, featuring one of my faves from the “Stitch Triverse” fan project I work with, Yuna Kamihara. Wanted to make a piece with the AO-Band, an invention that is able to create and manipulate water from the particles in air. She uses this in conjunction with her blackbelt in karate to create powerful strikes and defensive measures. Water can be a good shield and a powerful hit. Also, is it just me or is the AO-Band’s water forming a tail? Naaaaaah, couldn’t be!

Why are lesbian ships just so dang heartwarming to me? Like, seriously, you make one of your own and then all you wanna do is just draw them together and make them happy. A lot.
Mako Eikochino and Mimi Hiromi are one such pairing for me from the expansive “Stitch Triverse” fan series, two Royals (in Main Triverse, what are a form of a galactic royalty from the Auros system, a sister star system nearby Turo’s own) who start their journey as good friends on their own, but over time, develop feelings for one another as strong as the Jadesunian’s strength. Mako is a shy, but impulsive princess who hails from water planet Neptus, harbouring a love for the deep briny blue unlike anyone. Her ability in and with water’s unlike most youngsters, but this is widely due to her upbringing as a Neptusian. Meanwhile, Mimi is an uppity and peppy soul from Jadesun, a rainforest planet. Mimi is a soul who always loves adventure and is most akin to Pleakley with how much Earth media she’s consumed. Jadesunians are known for their strength, while they may look incredibly pudgy and big boned (yes, it is a throwback to Chris Sanders’ original art style in a way), don’t be alarmed when they can level skyscrapers and mountains with their hands. It’s always been a mission statement of mine within Triverse to expand out the alien life in the L&S realms and some of the humanoid races the Royals take on have been helping me do that 100%. And yes, your honor, this does include Mako and Mimi here.
Here’s three pieces of these two together from this and last year: one’s a nice date scene, one a beach scene and the last an 80s-themed piece~

I love my character Yaiko Galaxia to pieces. She’s a staple of the “Stitch Triverse” project and one character who is always in my heart due to how very similar we are in personality.
But you know what else I love... even despite the fact I’ve never been? EPCOT. Yes, the Disney Park has served a massive inspiration to the characters of the Royals on Main Triverse side of things, with every one of said characters carrying the inspiration of one of the exceptional pavilions that made the Experimental Prototype. For instance, Mako is inspired by The Living Seas. Keiko? Journey into Imagination. Or another, Elle is inspired by Universe of Energy.
Yaiko here takes a bit more in hand. At its core, she’s inspired by Horizons, the first pavilion to close back in the 1990s, but she also takes Communicore and Innoventions too, as per two other things to her character.
With my love of EPCOT and with my fan series in hand, I often like to mix the two together into a pot and make prints that showcase these inspirations. This is just one of them I did for New Year’s, a take on the iconic teaser poster from when the park first launched in 1982, but mixing in Yai into the mix. Tomorrow’s Child...

A commission for @awesomeblossomextraawesome! This is renders for two of their new "Lilo & Stitch" OCs, Paolo Merriaza and their Leroy partner, Marko. These two characters are part of a building story concept called "AnyWhere", something they've been working on for a while now!
They view my work with Triverse and with my characters as a massive inspiration to taking up "AnyWhere", so to be able to design these characters and put a piece of myself into this? I'm blessed to have done so~ <3

Finished an art trade with a good friend today!!
This is for the wonderful @badlibbing, featuring their gremlin of a persona! A child who draws the weird and the grotesque with a mouse no less, I wanted to try and channel that same weird energy with the background and the screen splattering effect I pulled off here. This was of course, in exchange for the wonderful piece of "Stitch Triverse" fanart they gave me with drawing the Uehara sisters, Yuna and Ami. 'Cuz of course, this is contemporary to how art trades work, common sense dictates!
If you haven't, go follow Bad if you like rambling about "Lilo & Stitch", other fandoms and talk about invertebrates of many varieties!
Thank you soooooo, so much again for the trade, Bad, was incredibly fun! <3
