STATE OF PALESTINE CALLS ON INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY TO STOP GENOCIDE IN RAFAH

The State of Palestine today issued a statement Monday, February 12th 2024 calling on all responsible actors to stop Israel's imminent "genocide and destruction of the Palestinian people and prevent mass slaughter" in the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

"States must urgently and immediately intervene to stop Israel's blood shed, uphold their obligations under the Geneva Convention and in line with the International Court of Justice's Preventative Measures Order, including by immediately imposing sanctions and an arms embargo."

The State of Palestine calls Gaza a " slaughterhouse" and slams Israel's deliberate mass murder, forced starvation and the displacement of 1.3 million Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip, which the Palestinian State points out are composed mostly of children, with Israel's actions in the city of Rafah being described as "the most barbaric and savage of all."

"Israel, the occupying power, and those who provide it with the diplomatic, military and political cover are complicit in this genocide and are defying their obligations under International Law, as well as the ruling of the International Court of Justice."

The administration of the State of Palestine calls on global leaders, who it says have a "historic responsibility" to prevent Israel from launching its immenent genocidal ground invasion of Rafah and the "foreseeable apocalyptic consequences".

The administration added that "expressing concern without taking determined effective" action against the Israeli occupation is tantamount to a "moral and political failure".

Spain to recognise Palestinian state “before the summer” – Prime Minister

On Monday, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez told journalists accompanying him on an official trip to the Middle East that Spain planned to formally recognise the State of Palestine “before the summer.”

The leaders of Spain, Ireland, Slovenia and Malta recently issued a joint statement announcing that they would recognise a Palestinian state.

According to the statement, the leaders agreed that “the only way to achieve lasting peace and stability in the region is through the implementation of a two-state solution, with Israeli and Palestinian States living side-by-side in peace and security.”

On 9 March, Sánchez announced that he would propose to the Spanish parliament to recognise Palestine as a state.

Palestine has always been there and they have always fought for their land, they were the ones who fought the crusade wars against the christian kings and survived.

I recommend you to learn more about Palestine and its history before you jump to say there was no one there when the Israelis started arriving. It's like saying the Americas were uninhabited before the Europeans arrived.

In the video, an Israeli occupation army vehicle runs over a Palestinian child on a bicycle, then stops the vehicle so the soldiers can open fire, shooting the child in the neck with small caliber weapons-fire as the Israeli Occupation Forces raided the village of Azoun, just east of Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank of Palestine.

This. I have not seen ANY videos/pictures/media showing destroyed buildings in israel like I have seen in Palestine. We have seen Palestine being totally leveled: bombed hospitals, houses, schools, everything. But you know what I have not seen? The same in israel. And do not even try to say "oh khamas controls israels media!!!". How? Because thats makes you sound like an antivaxxer flatearther 💀 so your opinion is automatically worthless and waste of space.

Like people make it sound like what happened on oct 7 was like The Rumbling yet I havent seen anything of that level. Yet you could think that it happened in Palestine because of all the evidence.

Bisan's recent post. I think it's important for you to read it. Tonight 03.12.23, journalists in gaza share their last messages. There are no words to describe the horrors unfolding in gaza right now.

I no longer have any hope of survival like I had at the beginning of this genocide, and I am certain that I will die in the next few weeks or maybe days. I have been sick with severe viral infection for days and cannot move from the mattress!

I suffer from nightmares that are so closely resemble reality that I no longer differentiate between reality and dream.

I live in a world other than the one I claimed to be building! I am a community activist who lived on the fantasy that the world was free and just, and I sought to bring rights not only to my people, but to many men and women in third world countries!

I was shocked that I was not from the third world! Indeed, we are the most humane and moral! Yes, because the world approves, supports, and finances the genocide we are being subjected to, legislates it, and gives reasons for for 58 days! While we are a people who have been living on occupied land for 75 years and are still searching for our rights and communicating our voice to the world!

My message to the world: You are not innocent of what is happening to us, you as governments or peoples that support Israel’s annihilation of my people. We will not forgive you, we will not forgive you, humanity will not forgive you, we will not forget, even if we die, the history will never forget .

A Message to friends: Thank you and the supporters around the world. You have been compassionate and very strong. We ask you not to lose hope, even if the world seems completely unfair and your efforts have not yet resulted in a ceasefire.
