Heyyy so out of Valeria, Laswell and Farrah, who do you think is the most to freak out over a bug, just kill it or take it outside? Silly ask but yk, thank ya!
Hey there! That is a pretty silly ask! I hope I was able to do it justice!
Valeria, Farah and Laswell Reacting to a Bug
Valeria: She definitely just kills the bug. She doesn’t have the time for something as stupid as some bug and doesn’t really care much for it either. If it was up to her, then all bugs would be dead whenever she comes near them. They’re small pests, doesn’t matter if they’re good for the environment or not. She’ll kill a wasp as much as she’ll kill a ladybug, she doesn’t see any difference in bugs. They’re all stupid, worthless and annoying and are better off dead.
Farah: She takes the bug outside. Farah can appreciate animals. While she may not be the biggest fan of bugs, she doesn’t hate them either. They’re such small creatures in such a big, hateful world. No, she won’t kill them. Although she won’t feel bad for squashing bugs either if she does so by accident. However, they’re usually deserving of life, as long as they aren’t being nuisances. But even then she’ll show them mercy and be nice to them. Besides, some of them look cool. Laswell: I wouldn’t say she freaks out per se, but she does get uneasy around some bugs. She’s been around the world, she’s likely been stung by some wasps or bees and knows that they can be little shits if they feel threatened. Or if they just feel like it. Laswell will flinch a bit whenever a wasp comes near her, but, as I’ve said, she doesn’t really freak out too much. If she can kill the bug, that’s fine, but if it flies outside she won’t complain either. She’s probably killed a stink bug before and figured out the hard way why they’re called stink bugs.

Will you do mirage, Bee, hot Rod, crosshairs reaction to seeing a teammate do a complete Halloween orange paintjob with scary decals and cool glow in the dark stickers for Halloween 🎃
Mirage:
He's in awe, so impressed with how they look. He thinks they pull off the color very well. He especially loves the small details, like the scary decals and glow in the dark stickers. He thinks they should keep it up and do a holiday special every holiday.
Bumblebee:
He wants to know if they can give him glow in the dark stickers. He'll stick with his yellow paint, but the idea of decals is great.
He loves that they are orange. Now they can be a duet of yellow and orange. Though he knows it's only temporary, he will enjoy looking at them for the duration of Halloween.
Hot Rod:
He actually helped them with the design. He was the one delicately placing the decals and stickers on their frame, while telling them they will look amazing.
He loves the finished look. He's proud of their efforts, and thinks orange really suits them. He was happy to be involved with making them look spooky yet incredible.
Crosshairs:
Why orange? He's not saying he dislikes it. But he thinks there are better colors for a car. They could have kept the decals but gone with purple. He does like the glow in the dark stickers
He starts calling them pumpkin, even when they change their paint color back he still continues to call them pumpkin.

The Decepticon House of Frights! (Part 1)
(Hey, long time no posting! In honor of the Halloween season, here's a spooky themed G1 fanfic. As this is in the G1 universe, I tried to write this like a legit episode, so expect nothing to make sense. Hopefully I'll finish this up by Halloween, but if not, oh well. We of Tumblr celebrate Halloween year-round anyway.)
(Warnings: None)
(AO3)
“I still don’t see the point of all this,” Ironhide grumbled.
Glancing his way, Bumblebee couldn’t help laughing as he watched the red Autobot struggle to remove spider webbing from his servos. Spike’s laughter mingled with his own and he felt the boy grip one of his horns so he wouldn’t topple off his shoulder.
“C’mon, Ironhide!” Spike teased, “How many times do I have to explain it?”
With a grunt of frustration, the pickup truck attempted to wipe his hands on the nearby control panel for Teletraan 1. Wheeljack’s not gonna like that, Bumblebee mused quietly. Carefully reaching down, the yellow Autobot grabbed the last handful of fake webbing and handed it to Spike. Ironhide glared at how easily he managed the task.
“I just think this whole Hallo-watchacallit is a waste of fuel,” he griped, “ ‘Specially when there’s Decepticons that need a poundin’.”
“Prime and the others have it covered,” Bumblebee reminded him for the umpteenth time, “We have our own mission to complete here.”
“Decoratin’ for some human holiday we know nothin’ about?”
“Precisely!” Bumblebee replied with a smile. Not waiting to receive the glare he knew Ironhide would throw at him, he turned back to Spike and watched as the boy pinned the last of the webs to the wall.
“That should do it!”
Stepping back, the two friends surveyed their handiwork, nodding to themselves.
“Spooky,” Bumblebee concluded, even though he didn’t understand why strands of thread were considered scary. If Spike wanted scary, they could hang a picture of Megatron.
“Yeah!” Spike enthused as Bumblebee set him down, “A regular haunted house!”
“Haunted what?” Ironhide glanced up from his ongoing struggle with the webs.
“Haunted house,” Spike repeated, “It’s a place where ghosts and scary monsters jump out at you. It’s a load of fun!”
Bumblebee felt a tinge of alarm at Spike’s enthusiasm, “That doesn’t sound fun.”
“I wouldn’t go in there,” Ironhide agreed, “Not without a good blaster.”
Spike shook his head emphatically, “It’s all pretend. They just give you a good scare, is all. No danger. “
This did not relieve Bumblebee’s confusion. Glancing at Ironhide, he could see the same expression reflected back at him. Humans were strange creatures. Why on earth would they want to be scared?
He voiced his thoughts aloud, to which Spike struggled to respond.
“Well, uh…I don’t know. I guess we just like the thrill or something.” Something lit up in his gaze and he gestured to Ironhide, “Like how Ironhide likes fighting Decepticons even though it's dangerous.”
“For them!” Ironhide added with a grin.
Spike ignored him as another thought struck him, “And you get to test yourself- see how long you can last without running scared.”
Bumblebee considered, “So…it tests your bravery?”
“Yeah, more or less.”
“Well, shoot,” Ironhide broke in, “Why didn’tcha say so? Half the Autobots’ll dig that, myself included!”
Bumblebee frowned, “I don’t know…”
A mischievous grin split Ironhide’s face, “What, ya roboto-chicken?”
The accusation rang true, though Bumblebee was loath to admit it, especially in front of a senior Autobot. So, bristling with mock disdain, the yellow car shook his head.
“Of course not! I just…think we have better things to do with our time, is all.”
He realized too late that he’d echoed Ironhide’s sentiment of before. The older Autobot gave a knowing smile but thankfully didn’t call out his bluff.
“Aw, c’mon Bumblebee!” Spike grinned up at his friend, “It’ll be fun! What d’ya say?”
Facing an attack on two fronts, Bumblebee at last let out a sigh.
“Fine, I guess it could be fun.”
His voice stuttered at the end as Ironhide slapped a servo on his back.
“That’s the spirit! ‘Sides, what’s the worst that could happen?”
~
Ironhide’s enthusiastic words echoed in the vast control room of the Decepticon base. With a click, the recording stopped and the small cassette player at Megatron’s feet transformed back into his trusted communications officer, Soundwave.
“Excellent work, Laserbeak,” he praised, though he had no idea whether the minicon could hear him within Soundwave’s chest.
“Excellent? What’s so excellent about some stupid human custom?” Starscream scoffed. As always, the mere sound of his second-in-command’s voice had Megatron clenching his fists.
“As always, Starscream, your shortsighted stupidity knows no bounds.”
Starscream opened his mouth to argue. A fierce glare had him shutting it again. Satisfied, Megatron continued, knowing both Starscream and Soundwave were listening attentively.
“This ‘haunted house’ will prove the perfect trap for those cursed Autobots. All we need do is set it.”
“How do we do that?” As always, Starscream couldn’t go more than five astroseconds without speaking.
“You will be in charge of that, Starscream,” Megatron growled, “Fail me and I will have your spark.”
With Starscream suitably cowed once more, Megatron leaned in to divulge the plan.
Foolish Autobots, he thought to himself, Your connection with those insignificant life forms will prove your undoing!

Witch & Vampire for Spooky Season asks!
original post
witch - what was your favorite costume from past years?
I haven't worn a costume for Halloween in years. Growing up I went as a "black cat" every year because my parents couldn't afford much else; except for the first two years of my life. I was made to wear a ladybug costume one year and a bumblebee costume another year.
vampire - do you like horror movies? if so, what’s your favorite?
Ahem... So, here's the thing. I might come off as intimidating to some, but when it comes to horror movies I have the anxiety levels of a frantic mouse. I require cuddles and a mocha.
Not much of a fan of horror games, movies or shows. I can handle more "lighthearted" scary stuff, but I'm not the type to watch horror often.

do you have (horror and such) movie recs where the monster isn't the "bad guy"? or has a more ambivalent role? not necessarily to the extent of the shape of water but you know
NOT AS MANY AS I'D LIKE SADLY but here is a quick list off the top of my head (if you wanna dm me in case I think of some more later hmu). Very few of these are horror, much to my own annoyance. I am deeply, deeply in love with horror movies.
Pan's Labyrinth. Spooky dark-fairy-tale vibes, has Doug Jones in it.
A Monster Calls. You wanna be sad? This movie will make you sad. Also read the book. Best movie on the list imo.
Bumblebee. No, this is not ironic. It's a horsegirl movie where the horse is a giant robot that can turn into a car. it is a Cinematic Masterpiece.
The Dark Crystal. Labyrinth's weirder and less successful cousin. The monsters with the most screentime are the bad guys, but I will watch literally anything that had Jim Henson involved. Practical Effects My Beloved. the TV series is great too, though it got cancelled after one season which is a CRIME.
Venom. I do not need to explain this one.
Godzilla: King of the Monsters. Big Monster Fight Each Other.
In The Flesh. Depends if you count zombies as monsters? But I like it and it makes me cry.
Hellboy. Movie directed by Guillermo Del Toro that has Doug Jones being a fish man. if i had a nickel etc etc.
District 9. The aliens are a metaphor for Racism Bad.
The bits of the 4th Pirates of the Carribean that have the mermaid in them. The rest of the movie fucking sucks, but Young Earnest Priest falls in love with Scary Mermaid Lady? this should have been the entire movie.
whatever the FUCK is going on with this thing. I haven't seen it, but the plot summery is worthy of every self-published amazon kindle dragonfucker book in existence.

Plague be upon thee
*tosses a d-evil dressed as a rat*
Tumblr media
“Screee!!” The devil, not knowing any better, flies in the rat costume as soon as they leave your hands. Hovering about the duo like a chunky bumblebee, they’re trying their best to be a spooky, plague-bringing rat. They’re even holding a piece of cheese!
Tumblr media
“Please don’t use my devils without permission. They don’t really know you, which can be potentially da—”
Tumblr media
“Well it looks like Halloween’s a bit early this year.” Ana chuckles, and they use their free hand to caress the devil’s cheek. “Oh, what a scary rat! I hope I don’t catch the plague!” Ana gives the devil a quick peck on their forehead, and the devil lands on their feet, squealing in giddiness.
Tumblr media
“… I suppose I can let this moment slide…”

Would you do hc's for bay Hound, bee, hotrod, and mtmte tailgate and rung. For what two Halloween movies they would watch with a friend, ranging from not so scary to super scary horror. For example what's a not so scary family friendly yet spooky movie they would watch. And what's a very horror/slasher/bloody movie They would watch. And what's their limit on scary?
Hound:
He doesn't have a limit on scary. He'll watch anything. He doesn't really get scared by anything, especially not human horror films because he knows they are all fake.
He jumps right into the horrors by watching The Exorcist. And he is completely unaffected by it.
His friend however was. So now he'll sit and watch Nightmare before Christmas, so his friend can call down. He doesn't mind though, he thinks it's an entertaining film.
Hot Rod:
Hot Rod and his friend start off watching Paranorman. He thinks it's quite a fun movie. He likes the animation and the story. Afterwards his friend suggests a scarier movie.
He asks if they are sure, he has no problem watching scarier, but he doesn't want his friend to have nightmares. They settle on The Thing.
Hot Rod dislikes it. He dislikes the idea of a horrible creature coming out of the ice. He hates the idea that it takes the form of humans then turns into a disgusting monster.
He wants to cling to his friend. But he also wants space from them, fear that they could actually be a monster in disguise. It takes him a couple days after the film to stop thinking all his friends could be a monster in disguise.
He has now decided he does not like horror films and is quite happy not watching them.
Bumblebee:
They start out watching Hocus Pocus. Bee enjoys it, he thinks it's quite fun. He's watched a few films with Sam and he's never really been scared before.
So he decided to go up and level. He and his friend watch paranormal activity.
He hates it!! He hates the idea of ghosts, invisible entities that can't be seen or touched but they can hurt you? No he's not interested in that. He is not interested in watching any more ghost films.
His friend does suggest Casper. But Bee refuses. No more ghosts, it's a terrifying idea.
Tailgate:
He thought he could handle scary films no problem, so he wanted to start out with the scariest. But his friend suggested they start off small.
They watch Gremlins, and he somewhat enjoyed it. He thought Gizmo was cute. The other gremlins were a bit ugly but he enjoyed the film. So he excitedly states they should watch the scary one, because obviously he is fine with scary films.
They end up watching The Conjuring. And oh he was wrong. He refuses to turn the lights off, and will not let go of his friend. He's terrified if he lets go they are going to get possessed they go around hunting him. He can't deal with the idea of an evil spirit being inside his friend.
This was his lesson, and he'll NEVER watch horror films again.
Rung:
He is intrigued that humans watch scary films for enjoyment. He doesn't quite know why being scared is enjoyable, but he's willing to give it a go for his friend.
They start of with the least scary to test the water. His friend picks out Monster House. Seeing as it's an animated film, Rung knows it's obviously fake. He enjoys it. He thinks it's quite a happy ending, and he says he would watch it again.
Next up was a really scary movie. They decided on Scream.
Rung spent the entire movie, trying to analyze and diagnose the killer. He wondered why humans would want to become murderers and why they wear a mask. He understands why humans would find it scary. Unlike monsters or aliens, murderers actually exist and could happen. So he rates it as a successful scary movie, just because it could be realistic. Although he was not personally scared by it, he will say it is a good enough movie to scare other people.

Because it’s spooky season here is how the different muses of this account feel about Halloween.
Sunstreaker and sideswipe love Halloween but only for the pranks, because everyone knows this the twins have been forbidden from celebrating the holiday.
Bumblebee loves Halloween and wishes he was human so that he could go trick or treating, but since he isn’t human and he can’t enjoy candy he just celebrates by watching movies with the humans.
Rose may not have memories of cybertron but she does have memories of the life she got to live on earth before the bits showed up. She loves Halloween and loves to watch scary movies. However the decepticons have made it where the movies aren’t so scary anymore.
Ironhide thinks that Halloween is a silly holiday and he doesn’t really understand what all the fuss is about, however Rose tends to rope him in to watching scary movies with the others. Ironhide won’t admit it but something about the films unnerves him, he’s not scared, it’s just disturbing.
Will spends Halloween with his family when he can, since sarah and Annabelle do spend a lot of time at the base he gets to see his daughter dress up but trick or treating is a bit difficult depending on which base they are at during the holiday season.

Ooo, I love Bugformers! Can we perhaps have some headcanons about a reader who is absolutely terrified of bugs, let alone giant alien ones. But unfortunately the bugformers (or just one of your choice) think they're just the cutest, softest, most wonderful little thing. They can't help but always want to seek them out and carry them around and pet them and stuff.
(I don't think Reader would be scared of the bugs. They do have to depend and live with them after all but sometimes they do get a bit spooky.
You wouldn't say your afraid of your new friends. Sure sometimes they make you a little nervous since they are giant insects and all but they're kind enough and treat you with respect.
Sure some of them poke you a lot and ask you less than appropriate questions or make some less than wanted advances but that's just part of their culture. Your the guest and visitor if this is how they do things then this is how things are done. You make your boundaries known and most of the bugs seem to understand that. Sometimes you have to remind insects like Bumblebee and Rodimus to please stop touching you. Rumble and Frenzy can be insufferable with their questions and touching but once again you remind yourself their culture and way of life is different than yours.
However when big bots like Whirl or Fortress Max scoop you up with no warning and begin chirping it can be too much and make you scared. It's also an invasion of your space and rude. Whirl does it because he likes your reactions which include screaming, crying, and yelling as you hit him. He always laughs at you teasingly and nuzzles your upset form. Oh come on fleshy he doenst mean it!
Max is HUGE. He is a very gentle bug but a scary one. He picks you up once because your soft and warm and he likes your sweet smell. He is however met with the loudest shriek in his life as he's picked up and learns rather quickly to ask before he acts. He gets very happy when you allow yourself to be held by him.
Meanwhile Ten is just scary. These insectoid people already tower over you now one of them is looming over you shyly and gently picks you up. Ten himself is very gentle and kind but he can be forgetful. Stiffening at his contact he purrs content as you lay in his arms paralyzed by fear. Usually Rung or Minimus walk by and kindly remind him you do NOT like being picked up and held suddenly. He always apolgizes profusely and skitters away. This happens probabaly once a week.
