Thought my mental health was doing better but it turns up all it needed was one little thing to go wrong for it to fail me again :')

#i think things arent as bad as they were still #but i feel that familiar pit in my stomach #maybe i can trick myself into thinking im a rich person with oodles of money #losing my bus pass isnt a big deal i have plenty money #and paying for the bus is just what real adults do #its what i will have to do after my next birthday #okay now im not even tricking myself im just talking myself down #i used to pay for the bus. it was quite this often but its fine #soon ill be permanently living in dundee so i wont have to go back and forth #and by term time i'll wither have my pass back or have a new pass #cannot stress enough that i am just writing this for myself #to calm my nerves #i know it probably seems weird #im just reasoning with myself
