Considering applying for somewhere but stuck in this weird spot of "if i apply for this place before I can move then it's gonna be awkward to get there (it's an hour away)" but also "if i wait until I have somewhere to live then the position might not be available"

Talked to my mum about housing and feel a bit better about it, I think I'm really gonna focus on trying to get a job, I lowkey wanted a little break after uni but if I get a job, even a low paying one, then paying 650 in rent is way less of a big deal, I'd probably even be able to keep building my savings, instead of totally draining them

#like i saw a jobe that would be ~1400 a month after tax #which leaves me 750 a month #and i really dont need that much #and that was a low paying job

If things continue to be so terrible housing wise I may end up having to take one of the expensive 2 beds which is technically manageable for a few months but the problem is even if somewhere cheaper comes up I'll probably end up paying double rent because I have to give 28 days notice but I would also need to apply for wherever i'm moving straight away. And i have to pay a deposit too.

I LOVE it when characters are awful actually! I LOVE it when characters cause conflict! I LOVE it when characters are horrible to everyone INCLUDING THEMSELVES!!! I LOVE it when a character turns themself into a bomb, slowly ticking down before taking everything with them! One of my lecturers uploaded an old recording of a lecture bc there was technical difficulties but it had their dead name on it and I spent soo long thinking "huh i guess this course was taught by someone else last year" but also being really confused bc this person sounded exactly like my lecturer

#i didnt realise what was happening until i saw their email #and it was the same one they have now 😆
