I'm so glad you're pursuing the Machete Vasco romance arc. They're so cute together, their chemistry is *chefs kiss* and it definitely adds to the tragedy of Machete's fate.
I'm delighted to hear you think so!
Their relationship has been in the backburner for at least 6 years and probably more than that so this isn't a new development, I've been just too timid to really explore it in drawn form (and then there's the fact that at some point I managed to convince myself that my oc stuff is bad and embarrassing and people don't want to hear about it but I'm trying to get over that).

Hello!
Hope that you are doing well and not giving up during these difficult times. I am from Lithuania, so Ukraina is really close to the heart for us.
So I was reading trough your blog posts and one of them inspired an AU scenario.
From what you've mentioned, you are planning it so that at the end of S2 Ciel will order Sebastian to kill him if he wants to end the contract.
But what if Ciel decided to give in to Sebastians demands on the principle of "if you love something, let it go". I'm really fascinated by the idea, because now that Sebastian is nolonger offcially bound, to what lengths will he go to come up with excuses to stay close to his former master. Or perhaps he would actually try to stay away while deluding himself that this is what he wanted all along and for how long that would last. How Ciel would cope with all this.
Hello! Thank you so much for your warm words <3 After 'Hannibal,' I always had fascination with Lithuania, but I never got to visit it.
I love your scenario! If Ciel were to overcome his innate possessiveness and tell Sebastian that he is free to go, I think it would create an equally interesting dilemma as the one they'll face when Ciel tells Sebastian to kill him, only it'd cover a wider period.
At first, I think Sebastian would feel an automatic protest. He'd warn that if he leaves, Ciel won't last long because he'd be in danger from the other demons. Ciel will shrug it off and say that he'll manage to handle everything on his own. Despite his termination of the contract, though, the seal won't disappear. Ciel will be curious about this, and Sebastian will hasten to leave. He'll try to go far away, but he'll be inevitably drawn back, getting increasingly furious with himself. The fact that the seal stays despite Ciel's termination means that Sebastian is the one who cannot let go of the contract. He has to terminate it from his own end, too, but he can't, no matter how much he tries.
Some period of turmoil will follow. Sebastian will stay nearby for its duration, convincing himself that it's his responsibility to keep watch as long as they are still bound by a contract. By that point, Ciel's ability to sense his presence will evolve even further, so he'll quickly figure out that Sebastian is still around. He won't react, secretly relishing this fact.
Inevitably, Ciel will face some danger, and Sebastian will be there to take care of it before Ciel even has time to process it. Ciel will act all cool and unsurprised, asking Sebastian about the seal. Sebastian won't have an answer. He'll probably snap something back and dissapear in a huff.
As Sebastian is brooding on the roof of his house, having run into a mental block regarding what he wants to do and why, Ciel will settle in. Some days/weeks later, he will invite Sebastian for tea without even seeing him, just calling out his invitation because he knows Sebastian is close. After a brief hesitation, Sebastian will come, intrigued by the possibility of Ciel making anything, even simple tea, and telling himself that he needs to see this. However, he'll just see empty cups and Ciel who's staring at him expectantly, waiting for him to prepare everything.
Sebastian will be annoyed and endeared both. He'll stay, and this will denote the start of a new form of their relationship. They won't talk about the seal, they'll just keep spending more and more time together, with Sebastian demonstratively leaving (aka relocating to the roof of Ciel's house) for the night and coming back in the morning. Then he'll stop leaving altogether. He'll still take care of Ciel in every way, but they'll become friends in a way they have never been before. Obviously, romantic pull and attraction will make some of their moments very charged, but it'll take a few more years before their relationship progresses there.
And who knows, maybe at some point they'll actually talk about things like two semi-functional beings :D

Super curious, if you're willing to share, about what your favorite Dr. Who relationships (platonic, romantic, whatever) are. DW is such a huge canon that there's so many options for what people love! (I am admittedly a sucker for mixing eras and placing companions with Doctors other than their own incarnation. Particularly Modern/Classic pair ups, but I also definitely have my favorite canon dynamics.)
Donna and the Doctor are definitely my favorite platonic ship and favorite DW ship overall. I may not have had the language for describing a QPR when I first encountered them, but that's the vibe their ship has to me. I just want Donna to keep showing up to randomly traveling with the Doctor once a season going forward from here on out. Don't care who is playing the Doctor, I have faith that Catherine Tate can forge an instant connection with any actor. (So obviously I've been super pleased by this year's specials.)
I have really enjoyed the one-sided Jack/Doctor ship too. Jack and the Doctor's relationship has been messy, but the Doctor does care about Jack (as a friend) and Jack's accepted that as enough. Him being devoted to someone without feeling entitled to having romantic attraction return is a sort of love story that doesn't get told a lot so... I think maybe that's precisely why it means so much to me.
Ace and any version of the Doctor. That is her father figure and even when she's pissed off at the Doctor for being a cagey jerk, she loves them very much. And the Doctor, no matter which version, always loves Ace as their daughter.
I really like the Doctor in mentor/mentee relationships, though obviously Ace in the father/daughter dynamic is my favorite. But Bill is definitely a close second. I would have loved for Bill to meet other versions of the Doctor and having to grapple with finding her weird grandpa hot as the two lady Doctor versions we've seen thus far would have been funny. Like, Thirteen and The Fugitive Doctor are still very much her weird grandfather person, but... Twelve would also be annoyed by this but only because Bill is making it weird and definitely not because the Doctor can't ever get along with themself. (Really, he'd be the one making it weird, let's face it.)
Sarah-Jane and Luke are a wonderful mother/son relationship and it's so lovely how quickly she comes to love this kid as her own. And then she also not-quite-adopts (but totally would if they needed it) three more kids and actually adopts one more. She is an excellent mom and mentor and I will forever be a little sad about what could have been with the show if Elizabeth Sladen hadn't passed away.
So clearly my favorite Whoniverse ships are platonic ones, but I do have a soft spot for Any Doctor/Rose as a romantic ship because they really were very cute together. They did not always bring out the best in each other, but Rose was very much someone the Doctor needed in their life, especially after the Time War. While these days I personally see the Doctor as being aromantic (or arospec) and their relationship with Rose as being a sort of romantic-coded QPR, I do enjoy it written as a straight up romantic ship when I read fic.
Ianto/Jack is my overall favorite romantic ship in the Whoniverse though. They're just adorable and I wish we'd gotten more of them instead of a nonsensical death in a third season I prefer to pretend didn't happen. (It's not so much that Ianto died that bothers me about it either. It's that it was such a poorly written death, especially after how Tosh and Owen's deaths were handled in S2.)

gamzee or feferi for ask game?
For the “Send me a character and I’ll tell you…” ask game
Gonna pick Feferi because someone else sent me Gamzee!
Also, this ask has talk about pailing and a bit of kink! In case anyone isn't comfy with that, here's your heads up!
My NOTP for them - I... don't know if I have one? Not super into Feferi and Cronus, which I have seen around  here and there. But it's a ship so off my radar that I don't even think about it that much. That's the closest I got though.
My BROTP for them - Love me some good bro feels between Feferi and Eridan ngl. In a perfect world, there's that whole feeling of two kids who grew up together, had an emotional catalyst in their relationship, distanced from each other while they figured themselves out, and then were able to renew their friendship, platonic and stronger than ever. Love that. That's the dynamic I like for them. I adore the kind of camaraderie that comes with knowing each other since diapers. There's that level of "even though I kind of can't stand you right now, very few people know you better than me." And I also love the concept that even at their peak distance, where they are getting along the least, they still care about the other an unfathomable amount and they always will.
My OTP for them - I'm going to make the poly question hard on myself, but my otp's for her are either Aradia♥️/♦️Sollux♥️/♦️Feferi (both flushed or a mishmash of pale and flushed) and Eridan♠️Sollux♥️Feferi. Aradia and Feferi are both weirdly morbid in their own ways and I think they'd bond over that. Erisolfef is especially fun to play with for sexual encounters, because how haywire would it make your brain to have your pitch and flushed partner at the same time? Especially if you hc that flushed and pitch interactions activate different hormones/chemicals.
My second choice pairing for them - Solfef in general is just really cute. I LOVE the contrast between the terrible circumstances between the Condesce and Psiionic and then the sweet matespritship of Sollux and Feferi. Defying destiny/changing the patterns of your predecessors is one of my fav fav fav things.
My fluffy pairing for them - Not necessarily ship, but Feferi being close with Rose so they can bond over their appreciation of eldritch beings is A+. I want them to talk to the horrorterrors together. Also Rose being goth with the hc of Feferi being the troll equivalent of goth (because she wears bright colors) is so freaking cute.
I also love Feferi and Jade being super great friends. They're both so sweet and bubbly and adorable and excitable. Feferi putting so much faith in the horrorterrors as Jade did in her clouds, idk I just think they have a lot in common and it would have been neat to see them be friends. JadeFef would be super cute tbh??? An AU with Jade on an island and Feferi is the merfolk who visits her.
My angsty pairing for them - this is more just a scenario than a fleshed out dynamic, and not even close to being a full on ship, but I've got one with Feferi and Gamzee. Basically Gamzee goes and begs Feferi to have the horrorterrors enact retribution upon him for the terrible things he's done. He can't handle the guilt and seeks her for punishment. (Ngl this was born as an idea for a femdom tentacle kink fic LMAO)
My favorite poly ship for them - Eheheheh, well I think I got the poly thing taken care of. Oh, but I really enjoy Equisolfef with Equius joining for pailing sometimes. Especially with Feferi sweetly ordering Equius to basically destroy Sollux LMAO
My weirdest pairing for them - this stems off the previous answer, but LOVE me from Equifef. This is mostly a ship I visit for sexual dynamics than a quadrant or romantic ones. Equius getting ordered around by THE highest blood? The heiress? Are you MAD? He'd freaking explode and I love that. Equius would lose his absolute goddamn mind and enjoy every moment of it.
Here, wait, wait, wait, I've got something:
Tumblr media
This is the kind of dynamic I like for them. Just the sweetest of doms Feferi and the most willing of subs Equius. I have not been able to stop thinking about them for WEEKS.
I also enjoy situations where Nepeta is there the first few times (platonically) as his moirail to help take care of him in case he gets too overwhelmed or has trouble stating his boundaries to Feferi. Nepeta would cradle his head during, running her fingers through his hair and making sure he's doing okay. I especially like if Feferi is the one who requested she be there because she doesn't want to hurt Equius.
The whole thing has so much of Feferi being extra careful of Equius and making sure he's comfortable and also completely ruining him.

after realising that the triplets survived paul/dylan, which is a lot to think about in itself, it made me wonder, how do you think the rest of the robinson kids would have handled that?
Andrew I think would have gravitated toward Dylan as a mentor figure. They both have the same entrepreneurial drive and often find themselves in trouble because of it. I think Andrew is a bit oblivious when it comes to Paul's life outside of it's direct impacts on him so I can't say he'd be invested in or even notice anything unusual about Paul and Dylan's behaviour. Oh Dad and Dylan are fighting again no big they'll be fine by next week anyway i can't decide if I'm in love with Tash or Summer. At first I wondered if he'd be jealous and I mused on that but ultimately Andrew always had to share Paul and never seemed jealous of it then so I think that would extend to Dylan. Andrew's bad attitude at the beginning would absolutely get on Dylan's nerves though -- But Dylan's a natural big brother type and I think without Stingray and his sisters he'd want to put that energy somewhere and Andrew is as good a choice as anyone. I imagine he'd play a role a lot like Rebecca in the initial Paul/Andrew story. Maybe might even be better than Rebecca because I can actually see him blackmailing someone lol!
Amy...She's always a tough one to talk about! No matter how many episodes with her I watch I feel like I never quite understand her. Overall though, I think she's not exceptionally perceptive when it comes to relationships AND she's usually busy doing borderline incest with the Cannings. But, even so, I think the relationship with Dylan and Paul is quite obvious especially after she gets introduced to him and Dylan is fighting for his life not to say he wants to fuck that old man. This being said, she and Dylan have parenthood in common so maybe they could bond over that? She'd be perterbed by Dylan and Paul and try to have heart to hearts with them about is this relationship good for you? And Paul would just be like. Dylan is like a son to me :) I need him :) and Dylan would be like I need Paul :) he's the only one who believed in me :) Eventually, I think she would just wash her hands of it and focus on Jimmy.
I got stumped on this ask because of David. But I agree with your take, I'll publish it after this ask for the rest of the audience but yeah, he'd be the jealous one. And honestly I don't think he and Dylan would particularly get along either. Dylan does not care about David at all really. Not an issue for him.
Now for the Answer I KNOW you were waiting for -
Dylan and Leo. Leo doesn't get off on the right foot with Dylan when he was able to manipulate Paul so fast. Like Elle, Dylan is scarred for life by Robert and wants to act pre-emptively to prevent him from coming between him and Paul. This presents itself as him not liking Leo and wanting that bitch GONE. Similarly to how he felt about Elle Leo would be competition to him at first. Leo meanwhile does not care at ALL he has much bigger fish to fry. Well until it comes out that Paul is his father. In which case there might be tension between him and Dylan. Who am i kidding. there'd be a lot of tension between him and Dylan. He'd still be able to get close to Paul with Dylan hanging about but Dylan wouldn't be happy about it but as long as he's not trying to get in between him and Paul...He won't cause an issue. Leo is kind of taken aback by the depths of Dylan's feelings about Paul, and how Paul feels about Dylan. He's pretty quick off the mark to realize that there is something going on between them that may or may not be romantic love, and may or may not be something different but still as meaningful. And he would file THAT information away in case he ever needs to blackmail one of them at a later date lol. Also once Dylan finds out that Leo is a snitch he's going to be SO mad about it. Leo would be like. You are also a snitch. And Dylan will be like NOT ON THE PEOPLE WHO ARE MY FRIENDS DUDE. Also he knows the truth the whole time about Mannix because he got all up in Paul's face about it. you KILLED? ONCE WASN'T ENOUGH? LOOK AT THE PERSON HE MAKES YOU!!!! and Paul is like relax Dylan....it's not murder it's fine and this will never come back to haunt us ever. (and you best believe both Paul and Leo are getting big fat I told you so's when it does.) Will they eventually become friends? Yes, eventually they will come to respect each other in terms of business after they both try and fail to sabotage the other's work. And when they inevitably have to work together to save Paul and the Hotel they will finally accept each other as permenant fixtures in each others lives. if Paul/Dylan was ever real it would be because Leo outright asks if Dylan wants to have gay sex with his dad and Dylan pausing suspiciously long before answering so Leo is like...Just do it dude.
Also I can see Dylan being openly hostile to Leo and Paul being like calm down Dylan Leo is my son but I don't see Leo being openly hostile to Dylan. Part of his charming manipulator bit. Leo responds to the hostility very calmly and you know. amiabley, almost. It makes Dylan look irrational which is his schtick haha. It makes Dylan even angrier of course.
