This Spotify playlist consists of popular music labeled as the genre of "deephouse." Deephouse is a range of music that is slower than much of the other EDM music genres. Deephouse ranges from 110-125 BPM (beats per minute). It has different elements such as deep bass, thick snares, and drunks with the piano and main melody coming in a bit later in the track after the main sounds are introduced. This playlist is a range of all different deephouse by different artists. It is very entertaining and enjoyable hearing all these different artists putting their unique sound and ideas into a song, and they all stay under the genre of deephouse yet are so different in their own way. There is a little something for everyone in this playlist.

Welcome back to another week of dreaming of places to go! This week we are going to one of my favorite cities – Washington D.C.! This city is the capital of our great nation, and a really beautiful city to explore. Traveling here during college is a great experience. There are tons of museums that are either free or have discounted prices for college students – flash that ID card of yours and smile big! Full article on COMM Central.
