If anyone fancied playing the Sims Life Stories and Pet Stories hoods, Hood Building Group on MTS recreated them all, and recently updated Bitville so you can choose to play from the two different endings onwards :) Four Corners from Riley's Story has already been updated in this way last year, and I saw they currently working on updating more of their hoods to be played from the end of the story as well, so keep an eye out! I did originally add all the hoods to a megahood and just started making the community lots over, but now I might start again with just the updated Four Corners, Bitville and also Arbor Falls (as there's presumably no update coming, as no story), then add Mesa Flats and Garden Heights once they're updated :)

Arbor Falls Refresh!

WOW a long wip i've finally finished, i've been putting this off for 6 MONTHS!!!! This is a refresh of Arbor Falls from Sims Pet Stories, Based on Hood Building Group's Amazing Recreation, this refresh changes a bunch of stuff to polish it up and make it more playable, full changelog includes: -(almost) everyone has a New Unique Face! no more almost everyone being face 2, these sims now have unique faces made with the Pooklet Method, makeovers with ep clothing also included -I've given the sims relationships, now the Williams sisters have actual love interests, and some others sims are friends with each other. -I've given the sims jobs based off their personalities V2: -I've renoavated a Bunch of the lots -Hood should no longer have the "missing character" error (thank you @sharlasims for notifying me) Download here!!!!!!!!!!!

Alice has my heart!

I just recently got the Eco-Lifestyle expansion (thanks to @lovelysimzs-blog 😊) and I decided to give her a simple, sustainable house with lots of outdoor space for her "kids" (pets) and a lounging rooftop 😍

Alice is the sweetest girl you'll ever meet and her love for nature and animals goes beyond anything!

I could not stop myself and capture this moment with Tobias! This truly embodies what a true friend is!

Been obsessing over the idea of a Whumper who wants to live out a stereotypical family fantasy so they kidnap a few Whumpees to do it.

One Whumpee is their spouse. Whumpee is beautiful and caught Whumper's eye. They had a promising future before, but now they're stuck in this housewife role and have to suck up to their captor. They feel worse because they already have someone they love.

Another Whumpee is the kid. Whumper chose this one because of their small size and/or cute features. They have a cute bedroom, childish clothes, and limited access to information so they don't get too smart. They're also drugged most of the time so enjoy naps.

The last Whumpee is the pet. This one gets treated the worst. They have to act like a dog 24/7 and play fetch with the kid. Bonus points if this Whumpee was super cocky before and are now treated like an animal.

Whumper is the head of the household and makes sure everyone else stays in line. They want their family to be perfect, but they aren't against violence. They'll torture the Whumpees until "they love them again".

The Whumpees all befriend each other and plan to escape. They have to be careful so Whumper doesn't catch them, but they can't stay here.

Banjo: [whimpering]

Julia: Banjo! Where are you? I'm ready for my morning kisses!

Helena: [muttering under breath] Oh my god. What the fuck is wrong with me?

Darling: Yooooo! Helena! Long time no see.

Helena: [awkwardly] Oh, uh, hey, Darling.

Darling: Interesting assortment of items you've got there. What's with all the meat? Aren't you a vegetarian?

Helena: [nervous chuckle] It's for my parents. They've been away on vacation and I wanted to give them a warm welcome home: burgers for Dad and a clean house for Mom.

Darling: Helena, wait up! I can't believe you didn't tell me you were back in town. We've got so much catching up to do!

Helena: Well, I was hoping not to be back for too long, but you know how the job market is these days...

Darling: Yeah, it's been a real rude awakening after relying on my basketball scholarship so long. But I just landed a sweet bartending gig. I can totally score you free drinks!

Helena: Cool. But I'd better get going now.

Darling: What's the rush?

Helena: Sorry. I just can't trust my sister not to burn the place down if I leave her unattended.

Darling: Well, call me if you ever want to hang. I'm assuming you haven't lost my number!

Cordy: [hmmf!] I'll tell you about it when we put Mae to bed.

Raina: … Ok, but then you need to cheer up until then.

Cordy: [smiles in spite of herself] I suppose I can do that.

Raina: I kind of am. If I died tomorrow, I wouldn't want you to live the rest of your days alone.

Cordy: Don't talk that way.

Raina: But do you understand what I mean?

Cordy: [sniffles, says nothing]

Raina: Surely you knew this could happen, right?

Cordy: Why should it!?

Raina: I mean… Sure your Dad is older, but not dead. Didn't your parents only stop having kids because he got a vasectomy?

Cordy: Don't even say it-

Raina: He's got needs Cordy! Clearly!

Cordy: UGH!!

Raina: Just think about it a little.

Cordy: I'd REALLY rather not.

Raina: Oh not that part, just the rest of what I said. And what he told you. Now come to bed at a reasonable time.

Cordy: Fine.

Saffron climbs up more stairs and finds Connor’s room on the very top floor, behind a thick wooden door. She pauses for a few seconds to catch her breath then knocks. Connor says “Come in,” in a muffled voice.

Pushing open the door Saffron is struck first by how large the room is, and then the boy-smell of sweat mixed with cologne and soap. Connor is sitting on a grey leather seat next to the door, his hand in front of his face. The vodka bottle is on the floor next to him. There is a sensation in Saffron’s stomach that feels like someone is scooping out her innards with a cold spoon. Connor is crying.

“Connor, what the fuck?” says Saffron.

“I’m sorry,” he says, rubbing his eyes with his knuckles. “I had too much to drink and started thinking about Arlo.”

“Arlo?” say Saffron.

“My tiel,” he says, with a hiccup. “My dead cockatiel.”

“Oh yeah,” says Saffron. She notices the birdcage and peers inside. There is a very lifeless and stiff looking bird lying on the floor of the cage.

“I’m sorry. I shouldn’t drink. It makes me depressed even at the best of times,” says Connor. He stands up, still with his hand pressed to his face. “But I already miss him so much, you know? He used to sit on my arm and pull on my arm hairs and it used to hurt like hell but it was so…special. I can’t accept the fact that he’s never going to do that ever again.” His shoulders start shaking and Saffron awkwardly tries to rub his back.

“Do you want me to get rid of him for you?” she says.

“What?” says Connor.

“Well, you can’t have him just lying there dead all night, can you?” she says. “I can get rid of him for you. What do you want me to do with him?”

“I don’t want to get rid of him, Saffy,” says Connor. “That just makes him sound like a piece of garbage. But if you want to help me give him a proper burial…I’d be forever grateful. Can you do that for me? Please?"
