If you want to watch the original Scooby Doo tv shows and some of the movies that aren’t on HBO, Boomerang is a streaming platform for kids cartoons that has almost everything (it’s missing a couple of the new movies).
It is another $5 per month subscription though

🐾 In the “Scooby of the Jungle” episode of “The New Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show”, Shaggy, Daphne, Scooby, and Scrappy investigate the disappearances of the animals on a game preserve in Africa. In doing so, they encounter Randar the Ape Man and his giant gorilla, Mobotu. Surprisingly and coincidentally, the “Safari So Goodi” episode from “What’s New Scooby-Doo?” contains similar plot elements in relation to the risks of obtaining exotic pets. I remember watching the “Scooby of the Jungle” episode on Cartoon Network many, many years back. Last December, after watching this particular episode on the Boomerang app, I did multiple rough sketches based on that episode. On account of Christmas and other commitments well into the spring, I had to put off till further notice. 🌺🌸

Low Down Show Down, the Scooby Doo and scrappy Doo show.
Yabba Doo helps with Dusty’s mobility when he’s too scared to move. (Yabba supports dusty in the way I call The Syncope Waltz.)

Early Scrappy Doo was Rough | Scooby Doo and Scrappy Doo #scoobydoo #scrappydoo #shorts
Scrappy Doo's early appearances are rough. I am beginning to actually understand why so many Scooby Doo fans hate Scrappy Doo.

The Curious Case of the Look-In magazine Shaphne Comics
(image credits to @emmi-kat and WildWindVampire from ScoobySnax.com)
These comics are so interesting, published in a British magazine from 1990-1994, a little bit less than half a decade since the Shaggy, Daphne, Scooby, Scrappy era. These are the only two comics I have been able to find, one notable for seemingly not featuring Scrappy (?). If anyone has access to these magazines, or scans of them, from the 90s, I'd love to see them, cuz honestly it feels like a lot of them might just be lost to the sands of time.
