what.... what do you mean by botw doesn't have rights?? (I don't play video games but I've only heard good things about it )

oh boy I’ll preface this by saying overall botw is a good game, but it’s missing a lot of what I love about the Zelda series as a whole. I’ve been playing Zelda games since I was 10 (Twilight Princess was my first Zelda game and is my favorite game of all time) & I love the series so much that I got the Triforce tattood on my ankle a few years back. I know botw was designed not to follow the traditional flow the rest of games have but it left a lot to be desired for me

I miss my temples (and the sense of accomplishment that came from completing the water temple especially) I miss gradually collecting new items that help you reach new parts of the maps that were inaccessible before (claw shot I miss you the most 💔) I miss having unique temple bosses that aren’t reiterations of the same monster (& old boss fights were more fun because you had to use your new items to beat them and couldn’t just spam arrows/bombs) I miss not having to dress link differently every 30 fucking minutes when the weather or time of day changed I miss epona (I have the amiibo to unlock her but it’s gross that you have to use real money to get links traditional horse) I miss having an upbeat overworld theme & most of all I miss when Zelda didn’t talk (I don’t understand why Zelda is the only person in the entire game with a British accent and they made her so whiny sounding it did her character a disservice)
