16. what food did you try for the first time?

i answered that one here.

20. did you develop a new obsession?

it's me. yes. of course i did. firstly. oodies. i started writing for TGM and I re-watched the movie like 30992840983 times. I started a fragrance journey with @celeritas2997 and we both got sucked in DEEP (spent so much money on perfume this year it's atrocious). because obsessed with a pole move called the 'texas tornado', fell out of love with it, fell in love with it again. MINI APPLE CRUMBLES. too many obsessions to count!

42. what are you proud of accomplishing?

i'm not proud of much this year, but i am proud of posting ALTA even though i hated it at times. i'm proud of writing 3 fics with deadlines (cursed is a state of mind, double, double, acting trouble and fifty first dates) and i'm proud of competing even though i hate people looking at me all at once.

most of all i'm proud of digging myself out of the deep dark hole and rejoining society. it took a lot of time and therapy but i'm hereeeeeee 💜

18. a memorable meal

i answered this one here, but also i'd give a loving shoutout to my partner who made me potato gems/tater tots in bed this morning to make me feel better.

21. what's something new about my place of residence this year?

this is a cool question. um...i finally cleaned out my back room and put the pole back up (it was in my lounge room during covid lockdowns). i got a new bed! aaaand i did a huge clear out of my clothes/make up/skin care so that was very therapeutic.

23. message to myself from the start of the year.

i answered this one here, but i'll add some more words of wisdom:

if your knee hurts, you should probably stop. be careful when you upload tumblr banners, you might accidentally upload a photo of yourself. it's okay to be really unhinged telling people how much you love their fic, maybe they will want to be friends with you. it's probably not a good idea to voice note while trying to park - you might crash into a very expensive looking porsche. invite @celeritas2997 over to your house because you will end up on her couch anyway.
