It’s a real shame that with all the live-action movies no one has touched Another Note when it’s the only story that would benefit from the medium. For instance if there was a manga/anime adaption it’d Be immediately obvious, but with an actor people wouldn’t question any visual discrepancies as long as they keep L’s under wraps. Casual viewers are already prepped for ooc L, it’d be nice to see someone do something with that.

Wammy Boy’s Speculation Hour

SPOILERS:

We don’t actually know B’s age. It’s speculated to be 20 or younger at his time of death. L is 25 when he dies. But, DNAN takes place a few years ago. I’m going to guess 3 years ago. That makes B 20 and L 22 at that time. That also means B is two years younger than L. While L says he doesn’t have a personal connection to B, I speculate that while they didn’t have a relationship per say, they did meet. B imitates L’s look and his behavior. I doubt Wammy’s House would have pictures of L lying around now would they? Im going to say that B knew L back in Wammy’s House, even if it was only a short period of time. L was taken into Wammy’s House at the age of 8, and it’s safe to say B was taken in by then. He was a strange child at a young age, being born congenitally with the eyes of a Shinigami. I don’t believe L moved out of Wammy’s House on the first year he got there either. He probably stayed for a few years before moving to stay safe. This also means A met L as well, as A was the successor to L before he killed himself. My guess is he killed himself a few years after L left Wammy’s House. Mello had been graced with video calling with L privately, something Near wasn’t able to do. Near and Mello had once both video called L, and Matt never got to.
