do you ever sit and think about how furudate accomplished what every shonen writer wishes they had accomplished

#he actually wrote an amazing story that came full circle at the end #he wrote a story with barely any women in it and still the two male mc arent in a relationship that can be read as anything other than #romantic/soulmatws (im looking at the sns guitar pick necklaces) #and he wrote himself into the story in a v nice way #and most of all furudate wrote a story that accomllished its goal to get more ppl into volleyball #¯\_(ツ)_/¯ i just somtimea think how such a dumb simple trope is my absolute favorite sotry of all timw #its greatness really is in its simplicity and ita animal motifs #haikyuu #my thoughts
