TFP Cons Headcanons with reader trying to feed them earth minerals (diamond, quartz, emerald, jade, pink salt, jasper, gold)
Okay this is gonna be a weird one. I'm honestly of the firm belief that cybertronians only really need to eat metal for auto-repairs. Like if they get hurt and there are chunks missing that need to heal, the stockpiled metal gets incorporated into the frame to replace what was lost, and whatever they eat beyond a pretty small threshold of what's necessary is basically snacks/junk food. Sometimes it results in either a slightly bulkier frame or little add-ons that weren't there before as everything reconfigures and works itself out, though that's uncommon.
-Megatron honestly couldn't care less most of the time. The only mineral he's concerned with is dark energon. He gets all the necessary metal from the same rations everyone else gets, so if you can't supply anything worthwhile, don't bother him with this unnecessary earth nonsense.
-Starscream is thriving. You spoil him so, and in his mind, it's simply what he deserves. Being offered little treats and tributes by his tiny, precious, devoted pet is simply what he's earned by being such a superior being. Some of what you give him is familiar. Comfort food, in a sense. Some is much more exotic, a rarity on Cybertron, but in abundance on this quaint little world. Some is entirely alien, and revels in being the first of his kind of try something so decadent. It's 100% going to his head.
-Knockout is torn. On one hand he feels like the luckiest mech in the galaxy. You supply him with all these little luxuries, the finer things he deeply appreciates, so rare in the ravages of war. It's nice. Every crystal on his tongue is a blessing from his favorite fleshy, a taste he couldn't possibly describe to them. Always making him feel like more than he was before. The diamonds incorporating themselves into his claws, sharper, stronger tips than normal. The gold leaving flecks in his optics, they're brighter than they ever were. Stronger plating, a shinier finish, a clearer processor. But on the other hand... You're little gifts and his lack of self control are adding a good bit to his waistline. Though, perhaps, the payoff is worth it. Just maybe.
-breakdown is honestly just happy for anything you give him, but he is SUCH a sucker for snacks. Especially anything that could potentially make him stronger, heavier, a more destructive force than he already is. He'll try just about anything you give him, and he's always excited to see what kind of sweet upgrades they net him.
-Soundwave will take whatever you give him, but for the longest time you never see him eat it. You honestly have no idea what he's doing with it, but he always seems pretty grateful, so... You guess that's a win? You only get the idea that he is actually enjoying your little treats when you spot some particularly shiny flecks next to his screen, stuck there like cookie crumbs. Neither of you address it.
-shockwave doesn't usually eat what you gift him. He doesn't typically allow himself to get caught up in petty, irrational emotions, but... he doesn't actually have a mouth and he always gets these weird looks whenever he uses his intake port, so he's insecure about it. Not that he'd ever admit that, he'll just tell you it's unnecessary at present and he can't really taste it anyway, so itd be illogical to indulge.
-do not give airachnid anything edible, abort mission, she Will use it to season your blood, run while you can.

*Kneels* My dear luminous lord Starscream, I wouldn’t normally think to bother your sonorous self with such a tiny question, but seeing as other humans are speaking freely.. I wouldn’t dare throw away an opportunity to be in your stunning presence. Might I ask if rust is similar to human gangrene?
As I'm not extremely familiar with humans and their various ailments, I had to look that up. Thank you. It was revolting.
Tumblr media
I suppose an extremely severe rust infection bears some similarities to gangrene, though there are key differences. Rust in general is an inexact match to how contaminants affect organic life, but it it does serve to talk about it as an infection. The result of bad rusting is similar to gangrene, but why it happens and how it affects our bodies overall are different.
Most rust infections are minor irritations caused by abrasion or acid damaging our surfaces and allowing our metals to oxidize (or even react with other chemicals, which isn't technically rust but we do call it rust infection outside of technical medical contexts, for the sake of simplicity). It only causes an infection if it happens faster than our self repair nanites can repair it. Once the injury is cleaned, our nanites are usually capable of restoring the damaged metal on their own. Any well stocked first aid kit has salves containing metals and blank, programable nanites to speed up the process. Your own nanites will assimilate the blank ones and copy repair instructions onto them, then break them down and recycle them once they complete their task. In a proper hospital setting, additional nanites can be programmed with your full specs to carry out more sophisticated repairs.
Sometimes a rust infection can get out of control, and that is similar to gangrene. It is possible to lose parts of your frame entirely, and it can be life threatening if it spreads to your Spark chamber, fuel pump, processor, or certain structures in between. However, nearly all of our parts are replaceable, unlike humans, and rust is extremely slow spreading (this doesn't apply to Cosmic Rust, which is not a true rust but a virus, and can disintegrate a bot in a matter of hours). It usually begins on the outside of our frames and takes so long to get to any vital components that it's rarely considered an emergency. We would certainly never chop off a limb to keep rust from spreading, and our Energon lines can't carry the infection to other parts of our bodies the way human blood can.
Gangrene is caused by either loss of blood or a severe bacterial infection, and there are analogous factors in rust infections, though they are not the root cause.
Lack of Energon flow to an area does mean repair nanites can't get there, thus making the area more susceptible to abrasion and chemical reactions, though in itself it can't cause a part of our frames to die. Energon is our lifeblood, but as long as we have a supply to our Spark chamber and processor, the rest of our bodies will still function using wiring, motors, and hydraulics. It must be said though, it feels off when you don't have Energon directly interacting with power systems and sensors throughout your frame. I'd compare it to the feeling when you get a limb replaced and it hasn't been fully calibrated.
Outside contamination is also a cause of rust infections, though there is nothing that infests our bodies like bacteria, causing our metal to die and rust (apart from viruses, again). It is possible to get a rust infection from being in rusty areas such as ruins or the Sea of Rust, especially in damp weather, but that is only because of the abrasive nature of that much powdered rust, which creates sites for oxidization and other reactions to start. Damp weather makes it worse because our precipitation is caustic if it touches you, and it also frees up oxygen that is normally bound into the metals that comprise our world. Cybertron normally has very little oxygen in the air since it has no oceans and was never infested with cyanobacteria and algae. It is ideal for robotic life.
Even with the comparable factors of Energon loss and contamination at play, it takes a very long time to have a surface rust patch develop into anything approaching gangrene, unless your repair systems are entirely comprised. Before the war, only miners in deep caverns and workers who processed raw metals in unsafe factories saw many bad rust infections. The Council and caste overseers never addressed the problem because those mecha were considered replaceable. Once the war started, many more Cybertronians got a taste of such conditions, once our civilization crumbled and armies lived and fought amongst the ruins in all kinds of weather. There were worse things than rust out there, to be sure, but it was a constant battle to keep our units well maintained.
One factor that can cause rust infections to worsen quickly but doesn't play a direct role in gangrene is malnutrition. Our nanites need a supply of dissolved metals and mineral in our Energon in order to repair our frames, and without it, we can rust even if Energon is making its way to all our extremities. Not consuming enough Energon, or consuming Energon that has been overly refined or else left raw, can all contribute to poor nanite production and utilization. Raw Energon also typically has a high acid content if it's liquid, which can wreck your filters and use up all your nanites just trying to repair that initial damage, exacerbating other rust patches that you would likely have if you were out in the wild drinking Energon out of the ground, presumably not in the best shape to begin with...

    TFP DECEPTICONS x reader
  『 megatron ,, soundwave ,, starscream ,, shockwave ,, steve ,, gender neutral human reader 』
-> pranks on the decepticons in honor of april fools day
  — fluff ,, sfw ,, crack ,, slight gore mention but its fake
  — the decepticons’ human playing pranks on them all on april fools day ,, cuz ya know ;))
megatron ::
• megatron is also very easy to prank ,, bros on space crack ,, so he doesnt pay attention to any of his surroundings unless its starscream
• so ,, you mixed around his datapads ,, leaving him confused but he wasnt phased by it
• next ,, you had done what you did with shockwave ,, replacing energon with blue gatorade ,, which he had gotten really pissed about
• then ,, and finally then ,, did you lay the final blow
• you made his helmet pink ,, with a lot of paint
• megatron was furious ,, ready to abliterate whoever did such a crime against him
• it was funny ,, watching him interrogate every bot on the ship ,, until he grew suspicious of your snickering
• which is how you were caught
• at least the paint wasn’t permanent
starscream ::
• pranking starscream would be as easy as taking candy from a baby ,, it was almost laughable how easy it was
• with the help of soundwave and knockout here and there ,, you were able to pull a few successful pranks on the seeker
• some of them being basic ,, such as being able to pull off covering him in ice cold water when he walked through an entrance
• which he gave a loud shriek too ,, limbs shivering from the sudden temperature drop
• the next consisting of ignoring the second in command ,, which had irritated him to no extent but with how long it went on for ,, it did make him question everything and himself ,, that if this were a dream
• then the next being that every time he walked in a room ,, "hips dont lie" would play or "barbie girl" would ,, which had also irritated him
• by the end of the day ,, the seeker was cold ,, humiliated ,, and very tired and irritated ,, he thought that this was just a very long dream ,, and hoped it was
soundwave ::
• pranking soundwave would be very hard ,, of course ,, since he was always keeping an eye on everything
• so you had to up your game with pranking the mech ,, having to delve deeper and give him more of a scare than give him a silly little prank
• thankfully you did get lazerbeak's help with pulling off this prank ,, so all you had to do was dress up and test your acting skills
• fake blood splattered onto clothing ,, makeup masking your face in a fake injury as you gave a thumbs up to lazerbeak ,, signaling you were ready
• the minicon was quick to take action ,, dropping you off at the 'crime scene' which was in a very secluded and abandoned town
• where in the middle of the road you would lay ,, fake blood pooling from underneath you as you waited for any sign that the prank on lazerbeak's end had worked
• and it had ,, as you soon saw the portal for the ground bridge open up and the slender mech would step out
• it would take a long time of knowing soundwave to know he was shocked at the sight before him ,, his servos opening and his legs taking him close to where you lay
• fake blood had dripped from your mouth ,, eyes lazily looking up to his visor only to see your reflection ,, and how realistic your injury looked
• " soundwave ?" your voice was barely above a whisper as your hand reached out to his visor ,, a digit coming down to your body limp in the road to poke at you
• " come closer " you had rasped out ,, coughing in the process as you were pleased with his compliance ,, moving closer to your form
• " soundwave " you coughed ,, his digits shaking in worry as he kneeled down next to you ,, lazerbeak in the background amazed at how well the prank was working
• " don't ever rickroll me again you slender man "
• to say the least ,, soundwave was pissed you did this but he didnt rick roll you again at least
shockwave ::
• it was tricky ,, trying to prank shockwave ,, for he was always in his lab and never went anywhere else
• you had thought of something though ,, he never paid any attention to when he drank or received energon
• which left you with a thought ,, a very expensive one at that
• you had convinced soundwave to get you an empty energon cube ,, and proceeded to fill it with blue gatorade
• you had asked a vehicon to bring the 'energon' to shockwave since he hadn't refueled for the day
• the vehicon did deliver the 'energon' ,, and you had waited outside shockwave's lab
• a while later ,, after playing some minecraft and panicking because you forgot where you left your dog at ,, you heard what seemed to be a bunch of coughing
• and a bunch of mumbled cybertronian from the purple mech ,, who had gone to knockout the day after since he hadn't felt well from drinking the blue gatorade
• shockwave still doesn't know how he consumed the human drink ,, but he knew it did not taste too well
steve ::
• it was easy to prank the vehicon ,, he may be very busy but that didnt mean there wasnt time to pull a quick prank
• you did receive a bunch of stickers not that long ago ,, and deciding to put them to good use ,, you would stick one of the stickers on steve's pede whenever you were around him
• he wouldn't notice ,, to busy caught up in his work for the day to really pay attention
• it wasn't until someone else had pointed it out ,, that steve's pede was covered in many different stickers ,, many different colors
• the vehicon was confused ,, as to why he had so many stickers on him and how they were there
• he didnt recall having stickers ,, so for the rest of the day ,, he was left peeling the stickers off from his pede

Investigations On Pax-03
This city on Pax-03 - Oxovi, the locals and the city entrance sign said - didn’t have as many light-up billboards as Serim on Pax-08, but there were thin strings and tubes of neon lights aplenty, forming arrows that pointed every which way amongst the city, which as a whole was very low to the ground. Pax-03′s harmful clouds meant lower structures, with heavily shielded roofs, and they all cast a shadow over the rest of the city, only brightening the neon lights.
This time, there was no trying to stop Pharma from hacking into a large Paxian company and robbing them of a couple thousand local currency units, and after that, little hesitation before they went to what locals called ‘the food plaza’.
After a particularly bold human started flirting with Moonkiller and only got the hint that she didn’t know what flirting was after three blatant attempts, Moonkiller decided it’d be better off to take a table further away from the buzz of the main part of the plaza, one a bit further off in the distance. It’s likely Cryogen wouldn’t bother with squeezing himself into these organized yet chaotic human street markets, anyway.
“Could you pass me a pretzel stick?”
Starscream handed a cinnamon-sugar pretzel stick to Moonkiller, then shoved one into his mouth and looked out at the people around him. “If you see a Cybertronian symbol, you know what to do.”
Pharma counted the steps of the plan on tors fingers as tor spoke. “Wave them over under friendly pretense, I replace my Decepticon symbol with an Autobot one if they’re an Autobot, Moonkiller throttles them for information.”
“Moonie, you clear on that?”
“Do not call me Moonie. But yes.”
Starscream nodded, continuing his people-watching. There weren’t any obvious symbols here, but there were plenty of interesting humans to look at, and plenty of foods to try, if the stack of fried goods Moonkiller was guarding served as any indication. Some of them - fried potato wedges and something humans called “popcorn shrimp” looked tempting, and others - deep fried butter, deep fried peanut butter and jelly sandwich - were a result of the group’s collective lack of impulse control. Moonkiller heard something about butter tasting just like Energon, and wanted to give it a go, and so far... she really didn’t seem to be enjoying it.
“Oh, Watcher.” She grimaced. “This tastes like the mammal juice… what’s it called?”
“Uh… I don’t know.” Pharma put tors thumb and index finger to tors chin, thinking over the possibilities. “Sweat?”
“No, the other one.”
“Blood?”
“The- the white one, what is it?”
Starscream attempted to look ‘white mammal juice’ up in the Cybertronian database. “Oh, I don’t like these results.”
Pharma slammed a hand on the table. “Milk! She means milk!”
“Yes, that one! The one that comes from the hull. That’s what this human Energon tastes like.” She set the deep fried stick of butter back down in the red plastic tray it was delivered to her on. “I hate it. You can try it if you’d like, it’s not good.”
Pharma took a bite out of it, and tors expression told all the regret tor couldn’t put into words. “Disgusting.”
“Oh, let me, let me!” Starscream grabbed for the butter, and carefully bit on a crispy edge. And then, not a second later, “I regret even touching that. Can we throw that at Cryogen?”
Moonkiller nodded, taking the tray of popcorn shrimp. “Absolutely.”
Pharma pointed to a strange man in the distance. “Hold on - that might be it. That’s his ponytail.”
Starscream immediately noticed a long, silvery ponytail in the crowd - but no Autobot symbol in sight. And if Cryogen really was an Autobot, that was a false alarm.
“No symbol.” He shrugged in resignation. “Just a human, with a weird, long silver ponytail. But there is one other guy out there with an Autobot symbol... you think Cryogen might’ve switched his holoform?”
Starscream bit into a potato wedge. “He might know he’s being watched... Pharma, change your symbol. We’ve got an Autobot to question.”

On Transformers: Prime
It's not that Transformers: Prime is unpopular, it's that it's unknown. It was released with no fanfare, and little to no merchandising.  Considering that Hasbro makes shows to sell toys, this tells you what Hasbro thought of Prime. But, like Friendship is Magic, their complete and utter disinterest in the show let the creators make one of the best animated shows in Western history.
First all, the kids. They are all fully fleshed out characters in their own right, who earn their place in the show. Their actions have consequences and reverberations throughout the entire series, they go through incredible character development, to the point the show doesn't feel right without them, (which is the only real problem with the sequel movie).
The kids are fleshed out to the point there is a romantic relationship between the oldest, Jack Darby, and Arcee. That is until the executives got antsy and tried to force the creators to cover it up. Because, interracial relationships are bad? Eh, too bad, actual show with actual romance with actual robot girl.
Oh, and they didn't just stop with miscegenation. They had a hard-gay couple of Decepticons. Spark-mates have always been part of the story, but usually not directly referenced. Nope, they make it pretty clear that Knock Out and Breakdown are a couple.
They also have two of the transformers become crippled, in need of rehab, some are tortured to death or dismembered. The Human liason gets captured and tortured. They make referrence to war crimes, with the Decepticons MORE than willing to commit them. This isn't cartoon moustache-twirling villainy, this is warcrime and desolation villainy.
The show even starts out with the death of Cliffjumper, after making him a likeable and sympathetic character. This also introduces the new Starscream, which does a much better job of showing his treacherousness while showing why Megatron suffers it. In this continuity, Starscream is a sissy villain, This makes you underestimate him, but if you think he's harmless for a second, HE WILL RIP OUT YOUR SPARK.
Prime establishes that Cybertronians are "Autonomous Cybernetic Organisms" (Optimus Prime), and that their bodies are Biology. They even have an organ, the T-Cog, that facilitates their transformation. They literally have energon in their blood, and if wounded, BLEED.
Cybertron, itself, has other, natural cybernetic organisms, making it feel like a whole planet.
Which makes it far worse when you see it dark. It's not just empty cities, but a planet that is dying, and taking all indigenous life with it.
Most ingeniously of all, they actually explain female autobots! Ratchet makes a referece to Arcee being strong for a "two-wheeler," which establishes that female Cybertronians are just those with sleeker frames.
Until the sequel ruined it, of course. I mean, they finally brought a cohesiveness to the story, and, of course, the sequel has to through it out the window in the name of girl-power. Arcee is a strong, indendent woman who is still a woman, and they quite literally replace her with Strongarm.
Yes, that's what the new female Autobot is called. Strongarm.

part 83
>83 Huehuehue hewwo followews, I hope yow awe weady for more qpq!
//is psychically mauled to death for being such meme trash//
She couldn’t escape. There was no way out. No matter how much she screamed, the walls kept closing in around her. With blubbering, ugly sobs she pleaded for help but no one answered her calls.
Voices whispering; calling to her. As she fell forward to protect herself she felt weightless; floating. Cracking her optics open, she looked around. But, how could she get here? This didn’t make sense. She’d just been elsewhere; with decaying burrows and hollow spaces of flooded abyss.
A place that should have brought her comfort only tortured her now. She couldn’t comprehend why the Rising Star was in tatters before her very optics. As she walked down the corridor she looked around with a tense frame. The walls covered with blood, dented and scratched, the lights mostly open and flickering. Almost every door she passed was ajar or forcibly ripped open.
A maniacal laughter seemed to broadcast through the comm system and she shuddered, pausing where she stood to look around.
Just as she turned she knew it was too late. A terrified scream escaped her.
It felt like slamming through glass and she was flying. Rolling to the ground she groaned, looking up slowly. Figures swirled around her, cloaked in darkness. Some were faceless, others ghastly.
She recognized their faces, she knew some of their names. Shambled and broken, the majority dragged themselves like zombies towards her. All she could manage was a strangled cry as they moved in closer and closer. From one to the next, she saw the living pairing with the dead. Megatron’s face moved through the crowd like a mirage; Starscream’s poking up over there, and there was that faceless Soundwave, Neutroboost, Guard’s haunted faceplate-
“I’m sorry,” she bawled, bowing her helm as she covered her face. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I can’t help you; I can’t help any of you please, please let me be!”
“We don’t want your help,” many voices blended together at once.
Sniffling, she curled herself inward towards her chassis, weeping louder.
“We want revenge,” some echoed.
“We want power,” others hissed.
“We want destruction,” moaned more.
“We want your screams,” they whispered. “We want your grief, your torment; we want you to suffer.”
“No, please,” she begged, hiccuping. “Please- P- Please, please- please leave me alone- leave me alone!”
Silhouettes dived for her, and she screamed.
~
Lurching forward, Novastrike gulped for air. Her ventilation system cycled loudly as she clawed her way out of the darkness fogging her thoughts and her vision. With each pulse of her racing spark, the little femme could feel the thunder roaring through her frame. Each chord like a strike against her insides.
Someone said something above her as their shadow moved across the light fixture from above. She winced, paying the outline of the figure no mind while bringing her servo to her side. Flicking her audio receptors forward, she blinked slowly as she felt around the foreign piece of metal around her.
Cloudy memories began to come through the haze of her thoughts. She sniffed, trying to ignore the cold clinical feel of the berth behind her and strong odors. As her spark grew steady she could make out the sound of voices speaking while opening and closing her dry mouth. It certainly didn’t help her feel better; the smells in the air left a bad taste on her glossia pungent and wretched.
She raised her helm towards the light and blinked rapidly as her optics adjusted.
“Novastrike?”
She blinked further. Sound was beginning to become clear again.
Nighthawk’s alarmed faceplate was looking down at her. She grumbled as he reached out, flashing a light in her optics as she swatted tiredly at his digits.
“Stop,” she mumbled.
“I’m sorry dear, just checking pupil response. It sounded like you were having a nasty night terror there, care to tell me about it?”
Grumbling, she pawed at Nighthawk’s servo further as the white armor servo delicately held her face. The light flickered off; although it wasn’t much of a difference with the overhead florescent. Fortunately the seeker medic stood in the way of the majority of its blinding yellowish glow.
He pressed a scanner near her frame to take reference of her vitals while pressing something else against her chassis. Nova blinked a bit slower now as she looked down to the equipment briefly and looked around. Monitors for pulse check read out on a screen, as well as energon level. Her optics moved to her arm and then looked up, realizing she had small tabs pressed into and against her armor.
With a huff the little femme looked up at Nighthawk’s faceplate and down his frame. He was spotless of dust now, just as she was. Without the layers of beige coloring him, she could make out the slight marks and cuts against him. They appeared shallow from what she could tell. Although it brought to her attention that he still had a large welded patch covering his armor.
“How long have I been out?”
“Only about 4 joors and two thousand five hundred and eight nanokliks.”
Novastrike gaped at him. As she recovered, she snorted as she said, “Only about.”
He gave a slightly reserved smile while pulling away his scanner. While looking over the results of his device, she bothered to look around the room once more. From the look of it, most of the other patients had already been given the green-light to leave. She had to bet that some of them probably could have used the rest and down-time, but this wasn’t the Rising Star. Bots were expected to work through injuries; especially the ‘least important’ Decepticons.
The scarlet colored grounder she had seen a few times popping in and out of this room seemed to be unhappily servicing the berths so that they were clean, with Infiltrator putting away equipment. The dragon would bother to spare them a glance as he limped around the room lightly. Judging by the fact he was even allowed to be up at the moment at all must have been a good thing.
“Where’s Blackout and Scorponok?” Nova murmured, looking back to Nighthawk. “And why are you and Infiltrator working when you were among those in the fight?”
“I was fine, nothing a scrub down of dirt and scorch marks couldn’t handle,” he announced. “Infiltrator on the other servo, should be lying down, but he managed to allude me during the rush of bots. After I gave him a temporary patch and moved on to the next, he was wandering around.”
Nova smiled slightly. “Gets his stubbornness from you.”
“Ohho, you think so?” the medic questioned lightly, smiling.
She nodded her helm lightly, offering her own faint impression of a smile in return.
“Don’t worry about him,” Nighthawk whispered, “I’ll knock him some tranquilizers when he’s not expecting it and give him a more proper adjustment to that leg.”
“I heard that.”
“Pretend you didn’t.”
“I still have blackmail on you, boss bot.”
She giggled at their bickering, watching as Nighthawk’s expression turned absolutely viscous for a nanoklik at the reminder that there were images still in existence of him looking more like a pin-up femme than a mech.
“As for Blackout,” he continued on with some malice in his tone with irritation, “he didn’t get caught up in the majority of the fighting, so he’s quite well. He’s been taking heat from Lord Megatron who seems to correctly assume he was not patrolling when the incident occurred.”
“And Scorponok?” she pressed.
“He’s fine too; just running around a filthy mess,” the crimson seeker reported a bit more sobered now. “That’s more of Blackout’s problem, not mine.”
Venting, she slumped her shoulders with some relief. At least no one was too badly roughed up.
Turning on a thousand-watt smile, Nighthawk gave a warm laugh. “Not the least bit concerned about your own condition, are you?”
“Oh- well,” she shrugged vaguely. It didn’t seem to process that she was in the med-bay for her own sake, for whatever reason.
As his smile tapered off, the medic’s optics showed a slight cloud of concern. He had been teasing her, but she seemed legitimately disinterested in her own well-being.
Clearing his vocalizer, he looked down at his scanner as he reported in a more serious tone of voice, “I’m happy to report that you have no serious damage whatsoever. Your system crashed once the adrenaline was zapped out of you, but you’ll be just fine. Some light damage; I was able to find and replace or repair what was required. Thank your spark that Knock Out actually has supplies to fit your tiny dimensions.”
Speaking up across the room, Knock Out loudly added in, “This is the Decepticon warship under Lord Megatron’s command.”
“I’m sure they have the parts accounted for on behalf of Soundwave, and his sole surviving minicon,” Night whispered to her quietly.
Sole surviving? That was... horribly depressing to hear.
Turning her optics to the door, Novastrike twitched her ears forward to listen.
“He was outside,” Nighthawk said knowingly. “Since the room has cleared out, if you find it acceptable, I can allow him access inside.”
“And Scorponok?”
“And Scorponok.”
She turned her helm up and nodded towards Nighthawk quickly.
Offering her a charming smile, he headed over for the door, leaving her under the blinding light. She hissed up at it unpleasantly and went to shroud herself with her arms, grumbling.
The hum of metal moved as the sequence opened the doorway entry. Nighthawk’s calm voice spoke kindly but firmly to whom stood outside. Novastrike could just slightly pick out rumbled strand of short words used by her beloved mech as he spoke quietly.
Each stride Blackout took was large and fast as he moved through the room. Novastrike barely had a chance to take in his frame before he was at the edge of the berth; a tower of darkness in front of her. She gave the slightest squeak, leaning back as Scorponok’s pitter-patter pedes hurried after his master.
Before she could speak up, Blackout gave a slight growl, poking at the trail of thin wires dangling from her. He shot a deathly glare to Nighthawk as he casually joined them at the berth.
“You said she was fine,” he snarled. “What is all this?”
“Relax yourself mech, Primus, you’re going to have an aneurysm,” Nighthawk testily responded. “She is fine; those are just the monitors.”
“And what about this?” he pointed to the wound at her side.
Nova saw the look of guilt cross Nighthawk’s faceplate.
“Blackout, stop,” she whispered, reaching out in his direction with servos pawing at the air.
He gave a quiet growl as he slowly tore his optics away from the medic. Reaching out, he caged his servos around her and dragged her towards him. The majority of the cables snapped off of her and Nighthawk raised his digit before lowering it, venting with frustration.
Poking her helm over the protective barrier, Novastrike gave a sweet smile towards Nighthawk. “Thank you,” she said quietly.
The medic gave a crisp nod. He moved around the berth, turning off the monitors now that they were effectively useless and quietly blaring a noise of warning.
“Hey, Nighthawk,” she spoke up louder, turning just enough to catch his optic as he looked to her once more. “It’s not your fault I jumped in and got in the way. I’m sorry I uh- ruined your fight.”
The old medic offered a tired smile and nodded to her gently. There was still a guilty light in his optics. If she didn’t know better, she’d say he almost wished he took the blow instead of her.
“If you need anything, just call,” he stated. “I’m going to go pounce on a dragon now.”
Infiltrator lifted his helm up and dropped a piece of scrap metal on the floor with a clatter.
She felt like she still had a thousand more words to speak to Nighthawk and get it through his helm that he wasn’t to blame her for her accident, but he was off in a hurry. Something banged behind her as she turned to look up at Blackout and there was squabbling in the background. At least she wasn’t holding him back from taking care of Infiltrator.
“You didn’t need to snap at him,” she scolded softly. “He’s not the one who hurt me.”
Rumbling, Blackout kept a servo around her as he raised his other one. Plucking off the remainder of the wires, he tossed them aside with a flick of his digit. The glaring light of his optics was almost blackened with a silent rage.
Tilting his helm up, he squinted at the light and tapped it as well, pushing it so that the light filtered out over the room instead of directly over her.
With a slight smile, she shook her helm as Blackout bent over, scooped up Scorponok with one servo while he flailed around, and dropped him on the berth. The bug gave an indecent chatter with some swears thrown in beneath his breath as he scuttled close, adding to the obstruction around her as Blackout curled his servos around the both of them loosely.
“Better?”
She laughed a little breathlessly. “I was fine before.”
“You didn’t look very comfortable,” he offered as his voice softened.
“I’m fine- although maybe I’d like to hear you apologize to Nighthawk later for being an aft about his work. He’s doing his best, you didn’t need to gripe.”
Giving a slight vent, he nodded his helm quickly with understanding. “Yes, yes fine alright, I’ll do that.”
“Good,” she purred, reaching out to brush her digits over his chassis. Blackout gave the slightest tremble before dragging his arms closer to his frame, and with it, pulling herself and a slightly alarming scorpion closer to him protectively.
“Nighthawk told me you were having a nightmare,” he commented gently. “Do you want to talk to me about it?”
Damn the medic.
“No, it was nothing,” she vented softly. “Just- you know, backwater from the fight.”
He made a sound in his throat like he didn’t believe her. To her relief though, he decided to respect her wish not to speak on it. Instead, moving one of his servos to hug her against his chassis gingerly.
“Soft mech,” she mouthed against his armor.
Blackout gave a quiet chuckle.
“Next time I see Arcee, I’m going to shake that femme like a ragdoll until I break her fragging neck.”
Optics flashing with alarm, Novastrike pulled her helm back to look up at him.
“Dear, you don’t need to-”
“She’ll be lucky if I make it that quick for her.”
“Blackout,” she hissed under her breath. “Love, that’s hardly necessary. I got a bit battered. Don’t we all?”
Nodding slowly, Blackout gave a quiet growl as he muttered, “Still going to beat the cocky slag out of her.”
“You are such a diva,” she teased with a slight smile. “Look, I’m fine. Nighthawk told me himself. I probably won’t be here in the med-bay very long. You don’t have to beat the snot out of every bot who makes me tumble and fall.”
“But I like to, and I’m good at it,” he argued quietly, pouting.
Rolling her optics, she pressed her faceplate into his armor as she mumbled, “You’re despicable, and I love you.”
“And I you,” he whispered quickly, glancing down at her with a warm smile. He placed his other servo upon Scorponok, the minicon chattering as he scratched under his chin.
For a nanoklik he glanced over to where Knock Out was suspiciously, but the medic seemed deep in staring at his reflection in some of the equipment Infiltrator had cleaned. He deadpanned before turning a smile back down to the little femme.
A groan captured Novastrike’s attention and she went to look back as Nighthawk helped Infiltrator climb on a berth. The drake slumped over the edge and wagged his only back leg hanging off the edge in the air. Opening his maw, he stretched his jaw in a yawn as he plopped his helm down. A dart was dangling from near his aft.
Novastrike let out a muted laugh, covering her mouth and hiding her faceplate against Blackout’s armor once more.
His armor vibrated lightly in response, a lovely hum moving through him from the depths of his chassis and throat.
“Nighthawk’s going to be searching for schematics on the tunnel later,” Blackout muttered, barely opening his mouth as he spoke in a whisper. “We’re going to need to figure out the most probable locations of the guards from the layout.”
“When are we doing to strike once we have the layout?”
Blackout looked up, looking over to Nighthawk as he pushed the remainder of Infiltrator’s rump on the berth. The poor old mech gave a heavy grunt, wiping at his brow in a gesture of exhaustion.
“As soon as every bot is good and healed,” he noted with a nod to the medic. “And we get Nighthawk the proper armor enhancement for his chassis so he’s not jeopardized by just having some scrap metal welded on.”
Breathing in slowly, Novastrike raised her helm up and down, her forehead brushing Blackout’s chassis. His digits curled around her, hugging her to his frame as he rumbled lightly.
It wouldn’t be much longer now, and they’d be seeing Cybertron, their homeworld, again. And although she knew this was the best choice at the time, she couldn’t help feeling shame and remorse, knowing that the Rising Star was out there and there was no way of knowing if any of the bots were still online.

Transformers Prime: Zombie world:Shattered Glass
(Shattered Glass is an alternate universe where the Cons are the Good guys and The Autobots are the bad guys.)
word of warning this is probably going to be my goriest chapter yet! Hilary is basically a female Negan.
0-0--00--0-0-0-
"Whoa... is that?" Temperance said stopping her caravan in middle of the road. her three friends stopped too, as they got out to examined what she was looking at "what is it?" Olivia smith asked as they approached a large metal structure
"It's a friend of mine's ship..." the blond said as the brick trowel she replaced her left hand with curiously tapped at the outside of making little *tink, *tink, noise. When suddenly the ship hummed to live causing the humans to back up as giant metal door opened and giant white robot step rubbing his head.
"Urg...that must have some crash...is everyone all right?"
"Still Online and Kicking big M!"
"That's good to hear Soundwave check on the others and give me a damage report."
"Will do boss Man!
Temperance smiled hearing Megatron's voice while Olivia gasped and backed up at the sight of the giant robots, then looked at the ash blond fearfully as she began walking towards them! "Temperance! are you out of you mind they're-"Decepticons." The gray eyed woman said getting Megatron's attention"Miss Monroe? what are..."
he froze noting her haggard appearance and bloodied clothes, he picked her up gently as he could as she tucked her left hand into her hoodie pocket "What happened to you? are you injured?" she sighed a nodded the rebel leader wasn't buying it.
"But, there's blood-"
"Not mine E-type remember? I bleed energon."
"If it isn't yours then whose blood is it?"
"look, a lot has happened since you decided to go hermit on us..."
Megatron's blue optics narrowed and went to comm Knock-out only for, spark stopping scream the pierce the silence causing Temperance and the con to jump he put her down and before he could even order her to stay put. The blond girl had already took off like a bullet where the screams were coming from.
When the rebel leader and the rest of his crew rushed after her the only thing they could describe the sight before them as carnage, as what appeared to be sick and mutated humans attacking a convoy,
Temperance  over a teenage girl who was struggling to get an infected man off her, the blonde grabbed him by his hair  and stabbed in the back of his head with her trowel as one snuck up on her only for Olivia to slice head off they watched as the man head flew off his body stopped at their peds.
they watched in morbid amazement as it kept moving and growling at them "what the hell...?" Sideswipe said as he and Knock-out leaned in to get a closer look at it. only for the girl Temperance saved to shoot it in the eye with her crossbow, "God damn fucking stiffs..."
she growled as the cons finally snapped out of their stupor and helped the humans, Megatron was confused and actually tried to reason with a few of the infected he even went as far as to knock them off their feet till.
Knock-Out spoke "Megatron I just scanned them there's no pulse! They're already dead!"
"Wha- preposterous! then why are they?"
"We just saw a severed head move around, that one child you trying to hold back has been offline for 6 days..."
"...*It's mercy*...Forgive me."
With a heavy spark Megatron shot into the hoard of the undead leaving piles of seared flesh and ash as Temperance and her convoy sat down to catch their breaths, "Crap I hope She won't take points off for running late." the teen said as the ash blond sighed then looked around "where's that guy she sent to watch us?" The teen looked around fearfully ,when an odd noise caused Olivia to look under the truck, "Oh no...Temperance?"
Temperance looked under the truck and froze when she saw a zombified man with the mark of the Outcasts tattooed to his arm, he turned hearing them gasp to showing the his ripped out throat; as he gorged himself on what looked like a squirrel,
The gray eyed woman cussed under her breath as Starscream. lifted the truck from the ground to allow Temperance to stab the guy through his ear putting him down for good. she frowned as the SiC Put the truck back down "Fuck...damn it!"
Temperance punched the side truck causing Olivia to put her hands up "It's Okay maybe..maybe she'll understand when we tell her we were attacked." the black haired woman said and the distraught blond let out an hollow laugh, as the decepticons watched "Oh yeah she'll fucking understand..." She turned her anger onto the black haired woman.
"Just like how she Understood, that we had nothing to do with Kendra running away and joining our group," she pointed her good hand into Olivia chest who backed up a bit "and look what happened! she had Gates and Ratchet blind your daughter and cut off my fucking HAND!"
Temperance face suddenly felt sore as she looked in front of her and saw Olivia with her hand up as she glared at the ash blond "Look, I understand! alright we are in a very dire situation, But, don't you ever mention Piper in this again!" the shorter woman hissed as a familiar voice broke the tension
"What do you mean blinded? What did those Autobots do to my Femmeling!?" Olivia froze she knew that voice she looked around "Shawn?" she heard her daughter's birth fathers voice. but ,couldn't see the blond haired hippie anywhere, before a large green and blue visor invaded her space "Answer me squishy! where's my daughter?!" Soundwave growled,
"Soundwave Stand down!" Megatron pulled him away from the human. he was upset too, that was his niece they were talking about but, he'd seen enough death for today as his eyes stayed glued to Temperance who tucked her bloodied trowel hand back into her hoodie, as Olivia gawked up at the Green bandanna wearing mech.
"S-Shawn? is that....how?"
"My real name in Soundwave, sorry I never told you now where's my daughter?"
"But, she can't be your- Piper is human!"
"No, she's a type of Cybertronian called pretender, that scan and assume the form of that planets dominate life form; then integrate into that species society for recon purposes."
Olivia was stupefied all these years her baby girl was one of these metal beings? possibly millions of years older then her? but, if that was true and if this whole zombie thing didn't happen? what then were they planning on leaving? and taking Piper with them and what of Piper's true form? was she as big as these giants? she didn't want to believe it.
a snapping noise brought Olivia out of her thoughts. she was met with her reflection staring back at her as Sh-Soundwave played a fingers snap sound as he stared at her "Well? Are you going to tell me where Pinknoise is?" the black haired woman looked at him confused "Piper, her real name is Pinknoise." he said not missing the cringe and hurt in the tiny femme's eyes as she swallowed her emotions "She's at our camp."
Olivia said Soundwave stared at her for a few moments guilt and pity started gnawing at him "Sorry you had to find out this way." he said before standing up and silently helping Breakdown, Knock-out and Sideswipe depose of the bodies in the road, As Olivia silently go into the truck and rested her head against the dash and cried while Temperance watched over her.
Meanwhile at Quarry 47...
Hilary was enjoying her little tour with Optimus he was in his holo-form as the both wondered around Kendra's house with Billie who was pointing a gun at her younger Twin's head as the deranged couple looked through the hostage girl's comic book collection and cds.
"Read it, heard it, this one’s crap, oh cards I might call the neighbors up, for game of poker, what do you think darling?~" she purred at Optimus who smirked while holding a copy of the secret garden, when a jingling sound caught the three intruders off guard "What was that?" the Brown haired woman demanded as Kendra swallowed
"the house settl-..!" Optimus suddenly slammed her head into the kitchen counter and pinned her "Tsk tsk I don't like liars little Girl~" he hissed as he, Hilary and Billie dragged her up stairs, they looked around and found a black door with those crappy glow-in the dark stars stuck to it, "House settling my aft open it." Optimus ordered Billie as her sister protested.
"Billie do-"
"Uh-ah I don't think my Oppy gave you permission to talk~"
*punches her in the stomach*
"urg" *cough cough*
"Do it."
Billie opened the door and stood stunned for a moment before moving aside to let her leaders see, both Hilary and Optimus smirked at each other "aw well look at this handsome little sweetheart~" Hilary cooed before walking into the room which turned to be a nursery,
handing Billie her mace Hilary picked up a baby boy who stared at three strangers curiously, while Optimus kept Kendra in a firm grip watching the woman's reaction along with his femme and hey weren't disappointed "Now, I wonder where this little guy could've come from." the psycho said looking between the twins, while Hilary happily tossed the kid around and played with him
Billie seemed angry while glaring at her sister, While Kendra just kept silent "oh, Think I know, he looks somebody i killed a while back what was his name?" He pressed as Kendra tried her hardest not to attack them as the mech yanked her straight up to face him "I said what was his name?"
Optimus glared as Kendra winced in his grip "m-My bro-brother, s-Sam." was all she said as Hilary happily cheered "yay! was that so hard?~" the browned haired woman looked at the baby "Your aunt's a slow one isn't she?~ I should just kill her now and take you with me? hm~" she said booping the baby on his nose he giggled oblivious to what was happening.
before someone knocked on the front door, the couple and their guard frowned and Hilary put the baby back in his crib as Optimus dropped the younger twin who coughed holding her neck as sister silently walked passed not even sparring a glance at her.
as Hilary opened the door to find a man, if she recalled his name was Gavin, she and Optimus walked "What? I was busy in there." she huffed pointing back at Kendra's house,
the man fidgeted earning some attention from the outcast leader. "You wan't something from from me, don't you?" she purred making the guy blush at her tone "well it can't be me, I belong to someone else." she smirked at Optimus who smirk and blew her a little kiss, then gave the guy a predatory look, Gavin swallowed hard as he found his voice.
"I want Temperance gone."
"Come again? I don't think i heard you right?"
"I said I want Temperance gone we don't need her here, she's too outta line."
"Hm she's outta line, huh?"
Hilary suddenly wrapped an arm around his neck and lead down the road Optimus followed as he awkwardly, explained how his brother was the original leader of Q47 and how he was better then Temperance, "and you think you can do a better job?" she said with mock interest the blond man shook his head "no, I know who is in charge now...but, I know one day she'll snap and everything my brother built will fall apart"
Gav said looking at the short woman who seemed to think it "And what are you proposing I do about it?' she asked pulling away from the guy as the other Outcasts and Autobots watched from their posts curiously, "I am just like my brother I can lead like him, That's what we need, that's what you need." Hilary and Optimus both looked at each other
"So she should put you in charge hm?~" Optimus mused Gavin jumped as the holoform snuck up behind him, putting a hand on the lesser males shoulder who stuttered "S-she'll be much better off." he insisted the autobot leader gave him a toothy grin as The Outcast leader though over what Gavin was selling and she wasn't buying;
"Y'know Gabbie I've been thinkin' about how Temperance promised to kill me and she clearly despises me.~" Gavin looked at her with an arrogant smirk as Optimus grin got wider as his femme got that look in her eye the one that gets his energon flowing as she looked at the wimpy male before her, "But, here's the thing doll~, she's swallowing that anger and pride to gather MY supplies so my group and Oppy's boys don't slaughter the lot of you. she out there getting shit done, now that takes balls, and then there's you."
Gavin's brows furrowed as Hilary started to advance on him "The coward who waited for Tempy to leave so you could sneak over here a try to convince me to take her out like a conniving little bitch, and just take over?" the her brown eyes locked on to his blue ones as he tried to avert. but, Optimus grabbed his chin and forced him to look at her "N-no I didn't,..!" she silenced him as she leaned in to his face wrapped her arms around his neck
"Y'know what I think? I think you can't kill Temperance because you don't have the balls!" Gavin screamed fell forwards as sharp pain shot through his groin he looked down saw blood falling down his legs as Hilary's knee dug into him a few more times, before pulling away to revealing the blade protruding from the knee cap before retracting back into her metal leg.
She pulled away as he fell to the ground clutching what was left of his mutilated crotch, as the Outcast leader used her boot to tilt him chin to look up at her "Or maybe you did, guess we'll never know.~" she teased as Optimus's holometer brought her mace down on the male's back breaking it "no backbone neither." the autobot leader joked before the sound of an engine caught everyone attention "ah, speak of the devil, they're here.~" Hilary squealed as a truck came through the gates, but, something was missing her brown eyes narrowed as Temperance climbed out of the truck.
"where the hell is Issac?"
"Dead."
"Excuse me? what do you mean he's dead?"
"We ran into a roadblock, a rotten one."
Hilary tsk'd as Temperance noticed two dead bodies, laying in front of her "we had a deal you said you wouldn't hurt anyone!" the blond hissed as Hilary sneered at her "Oh, yeah we sure did, but. You see while you were gone that bitch" She pointed at a gate guard "took out two of my people. and this ball-less loser tried get me to kill you." Temperance gaze turned cold as she locked onto Gavin's body as Hilary came up to her wrap an arm around her.
"But with Isaac gone I think some retribution, is in order...kill that old bat." before any of the Quarry residents could Register what the Outcast leader said Billie already had her gun out and "No!" Temperance shouted as Kendra's older twin fired on an old woman hitting her right between the eyes dropped scaring everyone gathered in the courtyard,
"What's the big deal? she was old I was doing her a favor.~" the brunette reasoned, when suddenly Sunstreaker came drive towards them opening his door for Billie as Prowl yelled "The Avenger is heading this way! sir!" Optimus looked at his SIC "what how did they get that ship back in the air?!"
the prime growled before turning to Hilary "Let's go Sweetspark!" he growled his holometer disappeared as he attached the trailer from Temperance's truck and drove off with his bots and the Outcasts "See ya around Tempy!~" Hilary screamed from the window as Optimus honk at them.
As Temperance stood there in stunned silence as the Avenger slowly docked over the quarry landing on one of the limestone cliffs over looking the settlement as Megatron came down from the ship "Temperance? why were the autobots here?" she couldn't hear him it was all just static to her,
he watched her silently stand up and walk over to Gavin's corpse as it began to reanimate in front them "you hated me, you always did...but, your brother knew that you wouldn't survive in this world, you were too weak Gav, so he made me leader...and you hated me for it and look where it got you." she said before stabbing Gavin in the head putting him down "look where it got me." Megatron stayed silent activated he Holo-meter and hugged her from behind.
