This Cloak is worn three times in Once upon a Time, First worn on Alexandra Metz as Princess Rapunzel in The Tower (2014) and is seen on Jennifer Morrison as Princess Emma Swan in Wish You Were Here (2016) and seen for last time on Emily Tennant as Isla in Flower Child (2018)

Plus: The Cloak was modified: The white fur trimming on Rapunzel’s cloak has been replaced with golden fabric and the golden clasp has been replaced with a similar but different clasp on too Isla cloak.

first day of classes post-exams and already got hit with two projects to do! not fun

what IS fun is that the school is holding a costume day on the 27th and 28th! first theme is saints and angels, to which i already have a plan on how im doing that 👀 and the second is united nations! not sure how to do that though

ill probably post updates on the angel costume im really liking how its starting out, hoping it'll look as good as im hoping it would be ✨

#hint: im incorporating some biblically accurate themes to it #im trying to make the costume as budget friendly as possible and recycle some old materials i already used for other crafts #like illustration boards cardboard boxes and accessories i have onhand #the only materials needed to buy are some paint and wooden barbecue skewers #im somewhat of a geek regarding angelology and demonology with some areas #so im excited to incorporate some of that geekiness to the costume #mis-csoi-llaneous

you ever be hanging out with your adult boyfriend who you live with and pay a mortgage with and y’all get so bored and so tired of asking each other “what do you wanna do” and not having the energy/time/money to do things constantly and video games and movies and shows and youtube videos are making y’all feel more distanced than ever like the only way to connect with another human sometimes is through a screen bc despite going on walks and hikes and sitting outside on the deck you built and playing with the dog and personal hobbies, it still feels like the primary default is making you tired and self-isolating, so you start wondering what other people do to hang out, what you did as teens to hang out, what do you did as kids to hang out, and are suddenly prompted to go to walmart and stand in the toys section for 30 mins only to agree $25 each is a good amount and come home with barbie’s and teck decks and bionicles??? go get whatever toys you wished they had when you were little. indulge in your inner child’s deepest desire. buy a barbie (and some accessories while your at it). do not feel ashamed. this shit is lit.

#i mostly like dressing them up #and just looking at them #they have soft hair #they’re pretty #i love things #i love useful things #and before you say barbie and her accessories are not useful let me inform you #i understand the uhhh moral repercussions of purchasing just these lil plastic things #but i did at least by the recycled plastic ones and only the things i can’t uhhh make by myself #im making a dream house for them rn #that will be the perfect size #and also massive #also barbie dictator is fun and stress relieving #and i still have an antique jfk GI Joe that i got when i was 16 and took out of the box immediately #and he’s coming in handy as far as my cuban middle crisis re-enactment #barbie #gi joe
