||HOLY SHIT ACHERON TRAILER DROP WTF

Man. That was a beautiful trailer. I-ll need to rewatch it again later to process it all and formulate thoughts. It is!! A pleasant surprise to see Sparkles apprarance and conjure up illusions of the Stellaron Hunters to fight Acheron!

I suppose the main point I can take from this is Acheron journey of finding "herself" if anything remains of it (as she is a Self-Annihilator and symptoms of such are memory loss). It is like navigating through a dense fog trying to remember the memories she lost but the question is: Will it be worth the journey considering how much she suffered losing her homeland after fighting for so long?

I wonder id the hint "find me" and "apply your color", which is mainly red refers to her dialogue where she said when she draws her blade (turns red), her memories are the clearest they have been. And we see in her trailer everything except the illusion is muted with the ad screen being red...dullness, idle, and suddenly drop of color...

Also I am curious! About Sparkles role in the trailer. Is she testing Acheron for her reaction before deciding her next move? Is she planning to invite her to join her? And the implication that she, and Acheron, have met the Stellaron Hunters before.

So many questions...

(Also love the part where past? Acheron applied makeup it was so smooth and beautiful wtf)

pretty sure the line in the trailer “Of all the men to cheat you decided to pick John Kramer?” is hoffman. besides sounding like c*stas’s weird chainsmoker new york accent i feel like it would make narrative sense too. so im p sure steve brand’s character (image below) is gonna be the main detective in the story, investigating the game (like Tapp saw 2004) n in my guess he’s gonna be like. hoffman’s partner or working w him. cause by now Hoffman is still a cop focusing on the jigsaw case while also being an apprentice. p. sure this guy’s gonna die after/just before finding out hoffman is jigsaw. + in general the line makes sense for hoffman to say because he Knows the typa shit john is on. anyways. i think it’d also be good shock value, like idk how popular steven brand is [im. sort of a cinephile?? and ive barely heard of him, never watched anything with him either. that i remember. maybe i just suck!!I DIGRESS.] but i think most [normal] people would hear the lines quoted as “[detective]” in the trailer and just be like ok it’s him bc he’s the detective and we don’t know his name. BUT I THINK it’s being withheld because a big Twist(?)/surprise for when u turn up and watch is it’s going to be hoffman!! Thinking back and looking through my old art, I started selfshipping at age 7 or so? My biggest hyperfixation back then was the Powerpuff girls, so u know I was in love with the rowdyruff boys 🤣

It's just very Nice and Comforting to know this is something I've always kind of done... I didn't learn about the terms or community until about 2020.

Just a small rant, don’t mind me!!

Now, i know we as creators have different platforms and ect to post our creations and stuff on, but how is it that platforms are so geared to set you up for failure,

For example, i posted the mangle drawing i did on twitter ( which before you say, i’m completely aware that the algorithm is demanding, yadda yadda ya—) but it’s actually ridiculous, at this point, that an algorithm, or PLATFORM NONETHELESS, that’s built to share content can only provide 3 views, all of which are just… not interacting. I really find it hard to beleive that out of the MILLIONS OF PEOPLE on your platform, a post can’t circulate around to reach that many people.

Like.. platforms like TikTok, while still fairly bad, do at least a DECENT job of showing posts around to a wide audience of unique viewers with every interaction. I have roughly 100 followers on that platform, and my videos make around 200 views if they’re unpopular. It’s still infuriating nonetheless.

I feel the brunt of this especially since i’ve been on social media for so long, despite having been on different accounts overtime, but here. I’ve been improving my art to a point that I would be happy with it and i don’t even want to sound greedy but.. i get this dreadful feeling of “is this it?” A goal i’ve been looking forward to yet nothing happens, and nothing changed. I’m just another nobody.

it’s always a brisk reminder that we’re the product for these big companies, and i wish they would give people the platform to make the connections they needed.

Especially for me for example because at the age i’m at now, i need money to provide for things my parents won’t bother to spend on, but due to circumstances i can’t get employed or i put my parents job at risk , so advertising for commissions becomes 10 times harder when your socials FAIL to help you make the connections you need…. which just kinda sucks

idk how to really finish this off but JESUS, content based platforms really need to step it up 🙄
