#forever daze #radwimps #music #音楽 #gif #my gifs #quick note: this is my first time using the beta editor so 🤞 the images load #but besides that! #ahhhh forever daze my most beloved & anticipated album of 2021 <3 #all the singles prior to the album release had me absolutely euphoric #especially that period later in the year where it was back to back to back #every day i woke up invigorated ready to fight life with my bare hands #and when they announced the track list !! #with snippets of all the songs #and i realized the version of grand escape was the very same as the one teased during shinsekai 😤 #ohhhhh what a time to be alive !!!!!! #yojiro talks about this in one of his interviews (with awich i believe) but this album also has such an interesting mix of genres #radwimps has always kinda pushed the boundaries in terms of genre but it feels much more apparent in this body of work #you've got orchestration & hip hop & edm & rock & so much more yet it flows very naturally #best of all tho it leaves me feeling inspired & hopeful after each listen #i find it admirable that at the height of covid during times of such darkness #they tended towards the light
