- Decided to do one of these lives again because it went so well yesterday

- The weather in London is grey

- “I’m the new Bob Ross apparently”

- He really wants to go and perform to a lot of different places that he hasn’t been to before

- “Big in India these days” and he wants to visit the country

- He likes his disco ball that changes colors

- “Don’t do psychology wizerdness on me” when a fan mentioned that she is studying psychology

- “Thank you for your kind words” when a fan mentioned that it was important to her that he was happy

- He thinks he partied a little too hard on South Africa to visit the country

- New things coming soon on his newsletter and trying to do new things for the next shows

- Biggest inspiration on music is Robbie Williams from the UK because it was one of the first artists he sang in karaoke and Justin Timberlake for his high notes

- He says he doesn’t understand techonology because it’s always changing so fast

- He thinks it might be a good idea to sing “Alive”, but he says that it might be hard because the chorus is super high and he doesn’t know if he can do it alone

- 1D songs are very hard to sing and breathe through it because they were meant for more people

- Said “hi” to a fan’s dad

- “Lisa’s mom she got to going on” (a new version from Stacy’s Mom from Fountains of Wayne)

- “What is there to do on a Wednesday, but to wait for Saturday?”

- He would like to be in Spain right now

- Said that there isn’t really a skin care routine and wants to create a crazy one to see if people would do it

- Randomly sang Diana and changed lyrics because his connection got lost

- Sang “I Want to Write You a Song” and “Na Na Na” randomly

- He always is super careful with fans names and try to say it correctly

- He didn’t remember that he hasn’t sang “Remember” on The LP Shows

- Mentioned a few things they visited in Brazil

- He has been recording new songs a bit different from what he has released lately. Hopefully he will do it soon

- He will try to do things in different timezones for fans

About the discord thing. I have never used discord so i dont know anything about it but i really think the goal was for him to be able to do fan interactions while also being able to moderate what is going on. And that is impossible on twitter, that toxic waste dump and its harries, and probably not the same as doing a video with fan questions? Tbh i know a lot of people are critical about the fan service aspects of the yt videos but at the same time it seems like it worked a little? I think there is a following on tiktok that came with the yt videos and i mean his streaming numbers were good january to marvh even tho he was not online? But yeah the discord thing will probably not work out 😅

Not denying the goal of interacting with fans... but again I don't think they realize how huge his following is. I mean they are dumb if they haven't done that math yet but who knows with them 😅

But now imagine: Liam comes online. Result: the app will crash (like it did yesterday), millions of messages in seconds without him being able to see a thing, moderators will have a hard time keeping up, nothing will get really told there because it's crazy. Like a zombie apocalypse !

I think his fan service has been unbelievable since 2010!!! He is very good at that and people don't appreciate it enough. He literally saved us all during last year with all his projects and the YouTube videos. Even some of his lives!! Although it got to a point where we got lives almost daily and he didn't have a new thing to say. Believe me when I tell you his numbers improved a lot with this... people felt like they could count on Liam to be there.

The thing is I don't think Discord is the thing for fan interaction. We have seen the lives (IG and TikTok) failing a little when there isn't much control. Same with Twitter. I think the Zoom calls and QJAM facetimes were interesting, but also tiring for him and complicated since a lot of undeserving people got access.

They have been trying a lot of different apps/services, but nowadays it's really hard to control these things. And yes, Discord is going to be a messy thing 😅

Liam’s QJAM Live - Summary

Lasted around 20 minutes and he talked with 20 fans. 

- He usually says that he would collab with Zayn from the 1D boys because his music is similar, but today he chose Niall

- Mentioned his wi-fi is the worst

- He and Jeremy made a short version of the tik tok video with Mood Swings, but he doesn’t think he will release it fully because the lyrics are very explicit and he was in trouble before with that

- “It’s nice to be nice” somebody said that Liam is nice so he answered that

- “I’m nervous too” when a fan said that she was nervous

- He hasn’t been writing a lot of new music lately, but he can’t split his team between creative things (he has been doing a lot of art – that hopefully he will share more soon)

- He asked a fan what she did for work and she said “PR and Marketing”. He answered that “Maybe i need someone like you on my team”

- He wants to share more of his art with us, even though some might be too controversial but he will definitely share more with us

- He would like to be in Orlando in a rollercoaster

- One of his fave songs to perform and making were the Big Payno remixes

- A fan asked him to do a concert in India and he said he wants to to do it because a lot of people have been asking about it

- Big party after seeing a fan with his mask said that he recognized the lettering

- Said “Damn Daniel” (king of memes strike again)

- “Hurting Me” (he doesn’t even know it’s not on the album and he said that he will try to put it on the show)

- In quarantine he has been doing a lot of dance music

- Said it was a good idea for him to perform Once In a Lifetime on the LP Show next time

- He thinks the show works well because fans are helping creating it and he just “sings” the songs

- He doesn’t know if there is a tour arranged but he will try to add some backstage passes on his future tour

- Randomly singing “Don’t You Wish” by Pussycat Dolls

liam's art it's just- mindblowing and i'm so thankful he's feeling comfortable enough to share it with us i do little artist stuff and when it comes to share it makes me so anxious but he's sharing with the whole world (even when no one knew about this side of him) it makes me so happy and proud and i believe this is one of the truest things of him and his carrer this days, i love him so much🥰🥰

Oh god anon I feel you so much! 

Like I'm just so happy he is feeling more and more comfortable to share his art with us. His drawings and paintings are amazing! You can clearly see that he is working a lot on his technique and every time he shares something new my jaw literally drops. I’ll just take credit for actually saying how cool and good his art was on our qjam live.

I did arts in school for three years and even thought about pursuing it in uni, but my anxiety and bullying about it got the better of me. I wish I had his commitment to improve myself on it. Hell, just seeing him share his things is making me want to start drawing again. I really miss it and it used to be something that made me happy and relaxed. 

All this to say I totally agree with you! This side of him is just so real and raw and I love it very much. Please do share your art with us, we won’t judge and it’s always good to just let it out of our drawing books <3
