Penting banget yaallah tapi da cuma ini yg bisa aing banggakan di penghujung tahun ini, even in this whole year maybe? 🥹
Berawal dari akun ig wangsajelita (sekarang jadi wellbeingjourney if you want to check it out) yg akhir november kemaren akan ngadain 14 hari menulis jurnal dengan judul "preparing 2024, reviewing 2023" kind of theme. Trigger banget sebenernya karna tahun-tahun ke belakang gw merasa perlu me-review, merefleksi, dan menata kembali hidup gw yg berantakan-banget-hw-HIH ini.
Kendala gw pengen ikut begituan tu di fee-nya, terlebih untuk sesuatu yg sebenernya gw bisa aja bikin sendiri dgn kreativitas mentok yg gw punya. Trus sempet nanya2 @sendingfailed soal program menulis tsb since I know she had been there (tau tentang akun wangsajelita dulu juga dari baca2 postingan beliau wk). After considering for some days, akhirnya mutusin untuk dah lah buat jurnal sendiri aja, dengan prompts2 yg gue comot dari berbagai sumber di internet, dan wangnya bisa gw pake buat beli notes baru atau stiker2 lutju.
There I went to DIY and Paper Clip for hunting those stuffs I needed, Rubby assisted. For the book, I chose to use the old one I have yg masih banyak kosongnya dan itu buku udah gw tulisin berbagai macam progress atau productive record mulai dari to-do-list, grateful list of the day, weekly planner, dan semua gak ada yg long lasting 🥹 So ya, I continued the paper with this Dec Journal.
Truuuuus gw keinget sama binder jadul gw yg belum diapa-apain. Akhirnya gw potong2 dah tu karakter yg mayan bagus dan kyut buat ditempel-tempelin biar agak berwarna gitu jurnalnya. And about the prompts, setelah gw kumpulin dan filter, gw salin di potongan2 kertas binder lalu gw nomorin. Karena pengen mengusung konsep "picking random prompts for the day", gw install lah aplikasi spin wheel agar supaya.
Sedikit rekam jejak saat bikin perintilan di awal bulan kemaren. I divide the prompts into two, satu buat fokus ke masalah self-awareness, satu lagi prompts yg tergolong ringan utk dijawab. So each day, I'm spinning two times. Agak terniat kalo dipikir-pikir, tapi da hamba seneng ngelakuinnya gimana dong? 🥹
Alhamdulillaaaah sampe tanggal semalem jurnalnya udah ditulis, nomor2 di spin wheel juga tinggal sikit lagi, syeneengg. Di awal agak berat jujurly, tapi makin lama makin ngalir aja gerak buat nulisnya. Challenge terbesar gw saat ngejurnal bulan ini adalah ponakan yg dititipin di rumah SELAMA BULAN DESEMBER INI KEK PAS BANGET UJIANNYA???? Pernah coba ngejurnal di depan si bocah dan 🙂 not anymore. Hebring, sasak gw auto naik.

I stumbled upon this one after watching Mimi Ikkon's youtube video on her morning routine. She seems very happy with her life and I liked her energy and pisitivity. I ran into this book at Urban Outfitters and it was expensive, so I bought it on amazon.If you follow the instructions on this journal (don't skip the preface) you will start to change your way of thinking. Along with changing my eating habits and trying to appreciate the little things my life has been less stressful and I see myself being more positive. My resolution/goal this year was to cut out toxic people and toxic things and be more positive. This journal is one of the tools helping me achieve that. Thank you!

It truly takes 5 minutes to fill out the section and it is difficult to find an excuse NOT to do it each day.After giving up for years, I was prompted by the book "The Miracle Morning" by Hal Elrod (a great book!) to take up journaling/scribing and found this wonderful journal.A few things I love about this journal:1) The through explanation of the science behind the carefully chosen daily prompts2) The excellent quotes at the top of each day- they are carefully selected and truly motivational3) The way it is clearly divided into a morning and an evening section4) The beautiful cover- it feels like linen/cloth and it looks high quality and expensiveThe best thing about this journal is that if you follow it the way it is intended- filling it out upon waking and before going to bed everyday- it will re-center you and provide balance and positivity to your life.________________________________*The morning prompts are:I am grateful for:1) 2) 3)What would make today great:1) 2) 3)Daily affirmations. It truly takes 5 minutes to fill out the section and it is difficult to find an excuse NOT to do it each day.After giving up for years, I was prompted by the book "The Miracle Morning" by Hal Elrod (a great book!) to take up journaling/scribing and found this wonderful journal.A few things I love about this journal:1) The through explanation of the science behind the carefully chosen daily prompts2) The excellent quotes at the top of each day- they are carefully selected and truly motivational3) The way it is clearly divided into a morning and an evening section4) The beautiful cover- it feels like linen/cloth and it looks high quality and expensiveThe best thing about this journal is that if you follow it the way it is intended- filling it out upon waking and before going to bed everyday- it will re-center you and provide balance and positivity to your life.________________________________*The morning prompts are:I am grateful for:1) 2) 3)What would make today great:1) 2) 3)Daily affirmations. I ran into this book at Urban Outfitters and it was expensive, so I bought it on amazon.If you follow the instructions on this journal (don't skip the preface) you will start to change your way of thinking. Along with changing my eating habits and trying to appreciate the little things my life has been less stressful and I see myself being more positive. My resolution/goal this year was to cut out toxic people and toxic things and be more positive. This journal is one of the tools helping me achieve that. Thank you!
★★★★★ I am guilty of having collected dozens of journals and notebooks throughout my life, with the same results every time: excitedly writing in them for a few days (or a few weeks if I'm lucky) and then slowly forgetting about them- mostly due to the amount of time and energy it takes to keep one up.If you're like me- this is the perfect answer! This is a journal I really see myself completing for the entire year, for the first time in my life. This is great for people like me who have difficulties sticking to something, who would like a stepping stone to a more traditional journal, or who just want to focus on the positives in life and are looking for a tool to assist in becoming an all-around more emotionally balanced individual.
