A Trunk Full Of Dead Bodies is an almost entirely forgotten early 2000s philly posthardcore band ... nothing entirely groundbreaking but it's really solid stuff, I recommend checking their stuff out. They put out a record in 2003 that credits Anthony Green (Saosin, Circa Survive, The Sound Of Animals Fighting, etc) as having done guest vocals on a couple tracks, which is a pretty crazy connection.

Anyway, the above image is a shirt of theirs that depicts the Thursday dove being beheaded. I just think that's really funny. I found this picture because their Lastfm page has a comment on it from 2011 that mentions it, and i noticed that the account was still active... so I messaged the guy about it and got a response with this picture attached 3 months later. Dude recalls he got it at Warped 2004 or 05 but as far as I can tell they were never billed for Warped.

Shoutout j9l737, real cool of him to get back. I'm continuing to pursue other old commenters to piece together more of a clear picture about what bands that sounded like this were playing shows together without ever reaching much success in the late 90s and early 2000s. The internet isn't great for archiving but I do think scraping old Tumblr blogs and Lastfm pages for mentions of old bands has afforded me fantastic perspective.
