Got some Rattata pups in today. Dude claimed that his Glameow got a hold of the mother. Unfortunately, it seems one is missing a leg and a tail, though otherwise they seem alert. ... Extremely doubtful about that story though. If you look close at the one missing a limb you can see it slight shimmer affect, a shiny. I think I might've just gotten someone dropping off some unwanted products of shiny hunting :/ wonder if I can report him, but he didn't even give a name when he dropped them off.
Here's a picture of the littleuns, anyway. No way to tell them apart yet besides the shiny until they grow in their fur, I dunno what kinda colors and patterns we're gonna get!

I made them a little nest and they're currently warming up under a heat lamp.

Hello, I have a problem with taking in injured Pokemon, which I'm trying to stop and I've taken in far too many. I can't keep them all even if I wanted to. I need help can you please help me release a cetoddle in the wrong climate, 2 newborn salandit, a toedscool, a VERY stubborn corphish, a sewaddle that has evolved too early after eating my storage of rare candy treats, and a bidoof with only 3 legs, a miltank still mourning her stillborn calf and finally, a two-headed belibolt. Please help me I can't do this on my own.
Wow.
Well, let me start by saying I appreciate your big heart, but rescuing and rehabilitation of Pokémon takes some big brain power and resources as well.
If you truly want to help, you should work on becoming a licensed rehabilitation clinic first.
After that you should partner with your ranger base, and if you are in Sinnoh then that would be us, and work on becoming specialized in specific rehabilitation and become something of an extra facility or overflow for the main bases.
Out in Hoenn, we work with the rangers out there who have their main rescue facilities but there are a lot of extra rehabilitation clinics for a variety of Water types, but is actually really nice out there because of their very well established fire type rehabilitation center as well.
There are different centers that help places like crustaceans, invertebrates, avians, and many more.
While your heart is in the right place, I encourage you to pace yourself and work with the right people so you don't get overwhelmed, rather you can be a big help for the places getting overwhelmed.
As for your current pokemon situation.
We can help some of these pokemon, Cetoddle will be tricky, but we are still in winter, and our snow bases facilities should be fine while we get them relocated back to Paldea.
Corphish could actually be a problem, but let me judge how bad he is. Unfortunately, they are pretty invasive and can mess up an ecosystem. But maybe The Duke can keep him in check.
The Miltank would be very tricky, but I actually know a local farm around that has a lot of calves, and maybe they could help.
Unfortunately a 3-legged Bidoof probably can't be released back into the wild, so it will probably need to stay in a facility, but with enough training and work, it can still live a pretty nice life with a trainer. Bidoof are very helpful pokemon, even minus one leg, their bite strength is incredibly impressive as well as their bite speed. They have impressive strength for their size, and when they evolve, their tail can also be powerful, as they are pretty good carpenters.
If you continue this path of rehabilitation, you could use a partner, and sometimes, the best partners are the ones who receive help from you.
Maybe consider it?
We will be in touch.

Hey everyone!  We got some new Pokemon up for adoption!
Today we’re starting with a heroine!  This female Absol saved a group of kids from a house about to be crushed by a landslide, using her horn to keep an opening open while they escaped.  Though it broke her horn, she is BRAVE and willing to take on any danger you and your team can find.
This Brozong came to us with a large crack in his arm, but with Professor Vanad’s advice, we were able to get it fixed and now he’s using it like it never even happened.  And yes, he may look alittle different from normal Brozong, he a JOLLY Pokemon who will be great for home and travel.
And last, but certainly not least, we have a Fletchling that gotten to wear little snowshoes.  He would have had an updated picture, but after the photographer took this, he pecked her mercilessly.  She won’t go near him now.  BUT!  Besides the point, his feet are okay now!  He got a little infection under his feet scales and that’s what caused the knuckling, but now he’s good to go!  Refusing to return to the wild, this SASSY Fletchling will be a good addition to your team when you want to make the other guy flinch.

Hello Team, I've heard you have experience regarding abused pokemon? Recently I've received from my boss a teddiursa, I believe this little bear is quite small. I don't know too much about it but it used to be abused. I don't have much experience with teddiursa..As normally I train poison types. Ya'll have any tips to help Teddiursa feel at home and possibly get along with my poison types?
Professor Kryspyn: "its a process approaching abused Pokémon, I will be honest and say its not an easy process. Though really I know this is achievable, I do suggest keeping a support structure with your Teddiursa my friend, with my experience they can be very gentle Pokémon but quick on their feet. Without much detail in the trauma experience, you do have to tread lightly to not stress them out too much. Enrichment is a another common thing I do, to approach and study what they value close. And in this case one hundred percent use honey! And I don't mean only bringing some to your Teddiursa but monitor their habits, its common for them to lick their paws constantly their paws always sticky with their own honey! But its a good sign to see how they are health wise if they aren't that's a case for concern but as long as they are licking their paws we should be fine my friend, if you offer honey of your own…"
"Be mindful as they do tend to hide it in places for later but allow it, it will bring that home feel for them. For your Poison types my friend you have to simply have them interact but its best not to force it, have them in the same environment but slow introduce itself there are any signs of fear its best to back your team off and give your friend space but importantly keep your self calm. Your low energy will keep both sides some assurance keep the process slow as many Pokémon integrate slow, it known I like to let them get to interact with something between them often just."
"A Nursery door is best suggested, so they can hear each other and meet without provoking a battle. Oh! and if your Teddiursa does hide honey keep a clean up kit close by, Fanalia has never let me live down the clutch cushions being glued to the frame by honey stuck in between, its hard to get Honey out of fabric as it turns out."
Professor Fanalia: *Looks at Kryspyn with a raised eyebrow* "And I'll never let you forget it. Why do you think I ask every morning if you have your cleaning cleaning kit? Your lucky Grandma Rue now packs it regularly in case you forget num nuts."
*Turns to face the camera* "Hopefully this advice helps @graveyarddemon and have a little happy Teddiursa under your care."

PLEASE. DO. NOT. SPOOK. WILD. POKÉMON
They do NOT understand Halloween or appreciate a "Halloween prank" they are WILD ANIMALS. If you get hurt then the Ranger Service WILL make fun of you. And then they'll tell us, and WE'LL make fun of you.
STOP IT.

can sapient pokemon register to vote? This question has been on my mind since I've had a telepathic convo about how fresh soda restores health with a Gardevoir
likely not, since the laws voted for apply for humans and not pokémon and laws broken by pokémon are the responsibility of the trainer

So, according to what few books we have on Shadow Pokemon at the academy library, it doesn’t seem like we only need the Relic Stone in Orre to purify them.  Which I think I prefer not to.  Orre sounds fucking awful.
Of course, it’s the fast way, but you can also just slowly rehabilitate them over time.  It just takes a few months instead of a few days.  But I’m not going to encourage Jacob’s poor spending habits just to fly us to visit an onion fairy’s rock.

on one hand, i don't want a sequel to disco elysium because then it would mean there has to be a "canon" version of harry
on the other hand, i want to see kim kitsuragi in more Situations
my proposal is that the disco elysium sequel should let us play a new Amnesiac Fuck-Up Cop and kim is assigned to them, but this time he knows the drill

Hi there Rai
I’m currently employed through Interpol as a field agent and while stationed in Alto Mare I seem to have found a latias here suffering through what our psychologists have deduced to be chronic depression and PTSD from certain events that happened a year or so ago based off reports we were able to get off two convicted felons that had ties to those events. While I know you don’t have much in the way of experience with Hoenn legendaries given you’re stationed in Sinnoh, and that I don’t really have a place in doing as such, would it be okay to ask what I can do to help her? From what I got out of two people that claim to be her caretakers they’ve tried everything under the Sun to help her yet they’ve made very little progress.
Well thats a difficult topic regardless of Legendary or a simple Rattata.
A pokemon with PTSD doesn't always have a high chance of surviving in the wild if their trauma impedes their natural instincts.
The pokemon will need to be cared for until it can be helped.
Consistency is important, however so is understanding what the past issues were.
Latias is a psychic type, and they are known to be very good at communication even non psychic connections.
If you have previous data on what might have caused their trauma, you can start there in small doses, but you need to ease into it, try with food first or maybe bring Pokémon of a similar type to help comfort it.
You can't and shouldn't force things out of a pokemon like this, especially a strong Psychic legendary.
Compassion and patience will most likely be the key here, especially since Psychic types experience emotions very strongly as opposed to other pokemon.
Try just talking and helping them feel safe, that will do a lot.
You should ultimately have a professional pokemon therapist look at it and see what they can so, because I'm sure it will be a lot more efficient than what I can do.
I help rehabilitate pokemon from injuries to help them get back into the wild, but PTSD is a pretty specific situation that is best left to a specialist.
For the time being, conversation, repetition and safety will be your best tools, along with patience.

Liking a slightly-less bad/more liked pokemon character doesn't mean you get to be rude to people who like bad/less-liked pokemon characters
#this isn't directed at anyone btw cuz i know people in that fandom space talk about it#but like bro don't be those guys#thing is those same people like characters like n or volo or silver#'but n was-' n stalked a child/lured them into a secluded area and lied to get them in a small space/was cool with destroying life as known#'but volo didn't-' volo lied to a child because they were useful to his plan and became a trusting figure because of that#he literally tried to rob and kill a child in the most desolate part of hisui after confessing he and giratina opened the rift#also he bothers ingo instantly about his memory loss on first meeting him like bro ask him about his outfit or smthin#'but silver's-' yes silver is a child but also before he grew he was a*usive towards his pokemon and robbed the professor#you can make the same argument for just about every liked character that they did something wrong in the games/manga/show etc#some are mistakes and some are a*usive things but they still get more likeness#literally nobody is washing characters like ghetsis of their background#yes he's shitty and a*usive nobody is saying he's not#same for lusamine or giovanni or whoever#nobody is saying 'they're just my little uwu' and being serious about it#people find charm and even comfort in those characters for different reasons#when someone does that but washes the problems away/uwu-fies them is when it's like ok it's time to stop#but otherwise no it's fine#and also people understand that in prison-arcs or ideas the original point of jail is to rehabilitate#characters like ghetsis receiving therapy is actually good and what a imprisonment system should be doing#punishment and rehab go hand in hand that's the point#and yeah they're not ever gonna be let back into society for the majority but like they're still needing that treatment#'why should they get therapy' so they don't do those shitty things again to the extent they did before#like if the only option is to let a shitty person live then why not give them therapy so they at least say 'damn fine i'll behave a little'#like don't go at people who like complex and shitty characters and just say 'well you have problems'#first of all we know lmao#second of all that's pretty shitty to assume certain things of a stranger because of media critically consumed#like idk maybe they just like this dumb shithead who got roundhouse kicked by a 10 year old#i like ghetsis and i would still pay to see nintendo make a canon animation of him getting bitchslapped#like i'm just saying#rosebud posting 💐

I drew an entire fucking page dedicated to a character that has about 5 minutes of in-game relevance in Pokemon D/P/Pt/BD/SP and the only regret I have is that I haven't been posting as much content about him as I should.
Also, digital sucky right now. My pen went wonky wunk and isn't??? Properly??? Coordinated??? Idk what it's called but so far unless I want to experience a frustration akin to trying to fit a hand in between the mattress and wall to try and grab your phone only to realize you'd need to move the entire bed to be able to reach it yall are gonna have to settle for tradition until I find a better alternative :(
