(Late) Poké At Home Day 14: Freedom Themed Fakemon I already explained in my last post why this is late, but the short version is I got carried away and was liberal with my time. Anyways when making Tentsubo from my last post I wanted the Pokémon to finally break free from its confines, but I also wanted there to be a piece of the jar left over to convey the message and so that is more or less the story of how I came up with this one, other than the fact that I decided to make said piece resemble a crown to give the Pokémon a "ruler" feel. A bit ironic given the theme but I rolled with it. Anyways here's Keizocto (Keizer(Dutch word for "emperor") + Octopus) the Imperial Pokémon and a Water/Fairy type. Keizocto evolves from Tentsubo by having at least 75% HP in a battle and not fainting while also having high attack stats.* Keizocto also has a Gigantamax form, because I wanted it to. Once it is free from its predecessor's confines Keizocto is free to use all of its limbs freely. It will often use its strength in various battles and tasks partially to show off its new strength. (Late)Poké At Home Day 13: "What if" Pokémon/Fakemon My apologies that this is late, I stopped at midnight last night so that I could watch some anime along with the final episodes of Steven Universe Future, Saturdays are a sort of "Me night" so to speak. Anyways I had two "what if" scenarios in mind, but I felt this one filled in the prompt better. @tubz_az 's Mohavan Sudowoodo initially inspired me sometime ago, I started to question what Sudowoodo would look like with an Alolan variant. Originally I wanted to do a palm tree but decided on the plants of different tropical fruits, a pineapple plant and banana tree respectively. I also decided to include Bonsly because it only made sense. I honestly might do something with these later on, should I choose to do so. For some strange reason after being introduced to Alola both Bonsly and Sudowoodo went from rock types to fairy types that were able to grow their own berries as though they were trees. While these Pokémon will willing give others their berries they will also use them to distract predators while they make an escape. They have grown strange pads on their feet to protect against hot terrains and seem to enjoy life in the Alola region. (Late) Poké At Home Day 7: Fossil Fakemon Sorry this is late but I was dealing with some indecisions. Originally I was planning on doing a dimetrodon Pokémon/Fakemon that evolved into a Spinosaurus one, but I noticed that someone else did a Spinosaurus Pokémon/Fakemon that was similar to mine in the sense that it was going to be an adversary for the T-Rex like Pokémon Tyrantrum. And after checking some of the Fakemon creates that I follow I saw that @tubz_az had done a dimetrodon Pokémon already. Normally stuff like this wouldn't discourage others, but I'm the type to "dance to the beat of my own drum" so to speak; in other words I like creating things that no one else has yet done, feels less like I'm unintentionally copying them or it feels more personal to me. I do still want to finish the overall design because I'm proud of how it all is coming out but I might finish on my own time. I might also make a replacement Fakemon for this prompt as it was one of the prompts I had been looking forward to. I'm actually a bit confident in some of my ideas for fossil Fakemon going forward. I was also really busy yesterday cleaning my room and looking for some old drawings I remembered doing of some fossil Fakemon, but I was only able to find one I did back in elementary school. I plan on revising it too, but making some tweaks. I ultimately thought it might be too similar to Lileep and it's family and thought that maybe the fossil wouldn't come across well. Anyways I should talk about this Fakemon at least since I put in the effort. This is Predapex (Predator + Apex) the Predatory Pokémon and a Dark/Rock type. Predapex are skilled predators that relentlessly chase their prey on land and in the sea. The spines on its back are even more serrated than their teeth and can cut through solid stone with ease. Be careful as they are not the easiest Pokémon to train, they will bite the hand that feeds them. (Late) Poké At Home Day 5: Pokémon Evolution I know I'm late again, sorry again it's kind of like the past couple of days minus the falling asleep and then waking up late of the past two days. Anyways I'm not sure if I got the prompt right but I decided to take this opportunity to update another Fakemon from my adolescence, one named Minotauros. Minotauros, then the Minotaur Pokémon now the Aggressor Pokémon, is a Normal/Fighting Type Pokémon that evolves from a Tauros when it hits three critical hits in one battle and has high attack or special attack stats, previously evolving with just a Moon Stone. I had decided to update the main look of it as the original version I made had a lot of unnecessary decorations all over. I tried focusing more it's basic body rather than visual substance. Minotauros are tough Pokémon to train, more often than not it may disobey its trainer after evolving if it deems the unworthy. In ancient times these Pokémon were often feared as they would sometimes go on rampages and decimate towns as soon as the evolved. It was extremely rare then to find a tamed Minotauros. (Late)Poké At Home Day 14: Freedom Themed Fakemon

My apologies that this is SO late I started late and was having trouble thinking of an idea, plus although I made it a requirement to start before midnight I also got both carried away and was pretty liberal with my time. Anyways it took me a long while to settle on an idea, I contemplated multiple ideas for a freedom themed Fakemon but nothing really came. I then came to a conclusion, if one wishes for freedom then they must be trapped or confined initially. On that note this is Tentsubo(Tentacles + Takotsubo (Jars)), the Trapped Pokémon and a Water/Rock type (some of this info. may change later on).* The eggs of these Pokémon are often placed in small, portable confined objects, like a old jar at bottom of the sea. After hatching they grow large rather quickly and are then stuck within their jar. From there their goal becomes getting strong enough to break free from their confines completely on their own, this is a trial for Tentsubo to show how truly strong they are as individuals. Tentsubo actually have an ability that reduces any and all damage it takes,and while this ability may be good in general it actually makes evolving it more of a challenge.

Poké At Home Day 12: Pokémon Fusion Hey sorry for not posting anything for yesterday's prompt I had an assignment for school due today at noon and I was trying to get that done as fast and as best as I could. Things like family, friends, school, work, etc. should come first after all. I'll see about doing one later for the prompt if I have the time. PokéAtHome Day 10: Legendary Fakemon

Like some of my previous Fakemon this one is also based off of a drawing from my adolescence. I had made multiple legendaries, but this one is the only one I felt good with doing as most of the others are either dated due to a Pokémon having been released well after I made them or because I based them off of Pokémon that had already existed at the time. I had originally made two Regis, but with the Crown Tundra DLC it’s rendered the other Regi I made obsolete, as it was a dragon type and one of the new Regis is obviously going to be a dragon type. Anyways this is Regighast, originally Regispirit, the apparition Pokémon and a pure ghost type. Regighast was a destructive Regi, creating terror and devastating as it so pleased. It was the “odd one out” of the other Regi titans. In an attempt to keep it from causing anymore destruction Regighast was sealed away deep within its own temple, forgotten by time.

PokéAtHome Day 9: A Brand New Pokémon Type Okay I finally got one on time, but I'm going to make this quick. Also I mainly got it in on time because of a little decent time management and again stupidly simple design, the hardest part was the name. Like most of the Fakemon I've done so far this one too is based off of one I did in adolescence, one by the name Darkeo, don't ask I don't know why I named it that. I can't remember what inspired me to make it, perhaps Kingdom Hearts's Heartless? This is Ominessence, a Distortion Being known as the Dark Residue Pokémon and a dark/evil type. "Evil" is the new type and is currently only teetered to the Distortion Beings. It's currently super effective against psychic and normal type Pokémon and is weak against fairy and fighting types, but also isn't effected by dark, poison, and ghost types and is not effective to dark and steel types. Also a Distortion Being is something new I came up with, like the adolescent base design I did in the past for Ominessence it is a group of beings/Pokémon that formed mysteriously in the Distortion World from Gen. IV and are seeping into the Pokémon world. Ominessence (Ominous + Essence) is essential darkness manifested into a strange residue with a dark aura. Although it may look similar to a Muk it is capable of forming multiple appendages simultaneously and reproducing through obligate parthenogenesis. (Late) Poké At Home Day 8: Alternate Form My apologies again for being late, honestly though this is completely my fault alone. I may have been busy earlier but I ultimately started late by choice and the base of this design was stupidly easy, I literally finished the base design in maybe a little more than 15 minutes and I finished the entire thing in under an hour. Like some of my other pieces this one too is based off of a Fakemon I did in my adolescence, this time a weather form for the Pokémon Castform for the move/weather condition Sandstorm. Even though it like my Minotauros may be a cliche sort of idea I did still want to revise the overall design. This is Castform in its sandy form, as previously stated it is a form that is accessible through the move/weather condition Sandstorm. In this form Castform becomes covered in a tough, thick, clumped on layer of sand, similar to Gaara's sand armor from the Naruto series. Tornado like winds suddenly form around Castform in this form causing it to attract various sediment. (Late) Poké At Home Day 6: Eeveelution Sorry this is extremely late, I did finish it before midnight yesterday I just didn't post because Saturday nights are my anime nights, and I didn't post it today because I was doing a little cleaning in my room. Anyways this design was a bit tough for me. Unlike most of the other Pokémon I did for this challenge I had no prior idea or drawing from adolescence to refer to or use as a base for the design. I had thought about it all throughout yesterday(Saturday) and set myself on doing a steel type, then a ghost type, but as I was doing the Eeveelution I thought it might be better as a ground type. Honestly the hardest part about this one was figuring out how it would evolve. Also I didn't make this for an Egypt based region, I'm only saying this because after finishing I thought it looked like it had some Egyptian aesthetics, but I can assure you this is all purely coincidental. This is Mantleon the ground type Striation Pokémon. It evolves from Eevee by its trainer spinning counter clockwise for 10 seconds or more. Although I might add something to the evolution method later if I convert it to digital I did just want to point out that the "counter clockwise" thing is a reference to how the Earth rotates counter clockwise on its axis which I thought seemed fitting since part of the etymology of this Pokémon is a layer of the Earth, the Mantle, and since its category is a geology term, striation, not to mention its type. Mantleon's eyes shine like polished black stones. Its ears and tail are actually extremely heavy and durable, however this does not bother it as it is used to their extreme weight with similar affects as to having to wear weighted gear for a very long time. (Late) Poké At Home Day 4: Pokémon/Fakemon Mega Evolution My apologies for this being late and being drawn a day late I fell asleep before I could start drawing it on the respective date. I also had changed my initial idea for the design, originally the mega evolution was going to have a more athletic humanoid body similar to Greninja, but the more I tried to make it the more unsettling the design came for me so I changed it entirely. This is Mega Politoed, the Mega Evolution of Politoad, after Mega Evolution it's type changes from just water to it being a Water/Fairy Type. The design change I mentioned before was this, originally I wanted Mega Politoed to have a sporty frame and be based off of poisonous tree frogs. But after two hours of drawing, noticing that mega evolved Pokémon retain some semblance of their previous form, and finding out that the Pokémon Croagunk is based off of poisonous dart frogs I had decided to start over with a new design. I tried making Mega Politoed look more like a stereotypical prince to make reference to the story "The Frog Prince", this is also why I added the fairy typing, heart mark, curled hair alteration, and lipstick-like pattern. (Super Late) Poké At Home Day 3: Pokémon/Fakemon Gigantamax Form My deepest apologies that this is SO LATE, yesterday when I was about to start drawing this I feel asleep and didn't wake up until 11:20PM, so obviously I wasn't getting it in before midnight. I then immediately started drawing until 2:00 AM because I had work first thing in the morning. And then I finished it all up right when I got back, around 1 or 2 PM but i also had to come to school first to check out some things due to the current pandemic of COVID-19. Anyways this is an idea I've had for a while since I first saw fan art for fan made Gigantamax Pokémon. Girafarig isn't necessarily one of my favorite Pokémon of all time, but I chose it specifically because I thought that since it was a giraffe it would only make sense. It also came to mind initially because in my adolescence I made a more giraffe-like evolution for Girafarig and felt like although I wanted to scrap the idea I could probably still use it for inspiration and reference for Gigantamax Girafarig. Long story short I tried, it did not work for accuracy reasons. Anyways about Gigantamax Girafarig, I had initially thought of it being sort of a meme Pokémon, or Gigantamax, in the same sense as Alolan Exeggutor, it is ridiculously tall hence why I put the three clouds low on it's neck. I also wanted to incorporate the tail head for combat and made the head larger and the tail/neck ridiculously longer. I drew inspiration for the tail from the Super Mario Chain Chomp enemies and feel it may attack similar to the Chain Chomps, but not exactly like them. Given the ridiculously longer neck I wanted Gigantamax Girafarig to be the tallest, if not one of the tallest, Gigantamax forms among them all. I also want it's attack animation to be similar to how a giraffe does battle, by swinging its big, heavy neck brutally at its opponents. (Late) Poké At Home Day 2: Regional Variant (Including Pre-evolution and/or Evolution)

**Pre-evolution in last post**

I already explained in my last post but I’m mostly late because I was working on this evolution. I was originally going to do a Jhotoen Boltund, but since the type change was from electric to fire I felt it wouldn’t make any sense to have “Bolt” in the name and have it not be an electric type in any capacity. That said I had decided to do what Pokémon Sword & Shield did and have some regional variants evolve into a new Pokémon entirely. I could’ve had the Jhotoen Yampers not evolve, but I wanted make an evolution to expand on some of the visual aesthetics from the Yamper I did. This Pokémon is Igninu (Ignition + Inu(Japanese for dog)) the loyal pokémon, it’s based on the akita inu and I wanted the design to expand a bit more on the kabuki face paint I used on the Yamper. Igninu evolve from Jhotoen Yamper at level 25, same as Boltund with regular Yamper, but Igninu also requires high friendship with its trainer to evolve. Igninu are fiercely loyal to their trainers and will be by their sides through any challenge. They enjoy entertaining others and are often used in traditional theater acts. The fire on their tails burn to show their physical and/or emotional strength. Igninu are often mistaken to be angered with others, but it is just the naturally formed facial patterns.
