2 rodajas de piña

Cantidad necesaria de caramelo rubio

2 cerezas al marrosquino

55gr manteca pomada (blanda pero no derretida)

55gr azúcar glass

50gr huevo (1 huevo aprox.)

60gr harina 0000

1gr sal fina

3gr polvo de hornear

1cdita esencia de vainilla

1) Preparar 2 cinturas de 8cm de diámetro, enmantecar y enharinar, y forrar con pepel aluminio su base.

2) Preparar un caramelo rubio y disponer solo en la base del molde, sobre el papel aluminio.

3) Colocar sobre este una rodaja de piña y en el centro una cereza. Reservar.

4) Integrar a la harina el polvo de hornear y la sal.

5) Hacer un cremado con la manteca y el azúcar.

6) Cuando la mezcla tome un color más blanco adicionar el huevo y realizar  una emulsión.

7) Perfumar con la esencia de vainilla.

8) Agregar los secos con una espatula realizando movimientos envolventes.

9) Dividir la masa en cada molde.

10) Cocinar a 170º hasta que al introducir un palillo este salga limpio.

11) Desmoldar inmediatamente para evitar que el caramelo se pegue al papel aluminio.
