(Celia makes her way through the hallway, stopping in front of a particular apartment and knocks cheerily on the door) Auntie ‘Phia! Are you ready?

(There’s silence for a few moments before the door swings open. A woman with long blonde hair and scars on her face stands in the entranceway) Hello, Celia. Just about, a few here still need feeding before we head out. Can I ask you to take care of them while I finish up? It’s just the two tanks.

(Celia gives a cheery nod and enters. The place looks almost like a normal apartment, if not for a terrarium tank on one table, several stacked containers on another, and a large aquarium full of jellyfish. She heads for the tank of jellyfish, grabbing a bottle of baby shrimp nearby and begins to pour them into the tank. She’s startled into looking up at the sound of thundering footsteps. From deeper in the apartment appears a man with brown hair and in a suit. He’s carrying a giggling Phil under one arm. Celia brightens up and gives them a wave) Uncle Troy! Phil!

Hey kid! (Lament waves back with his free hand, Phil just continuing to giggle)

(Light reappears giving a fond eye roll at the pair) Will you two be joining us today or are you off on your own today?

We’re off on our own today! We’ll see you later! (And Lament heads out the door, only enough time for Phil to give his own parting words)

Have fun with the bugs! (And then they’re gone)

(Celia giggles and finishes up with the jellyfish, hurriedly heading to the terrarium and feeding the frogs their mealworms as Light gets her lab coat on)

Right. Are we ready?

(Celia nods, replacing the lid on the tank carefully before facing her aunt)

Then let’s get moving. We have a lot to do today.

thanks to my dumbass who thought i’d stay with my ex forever, for one of our last anniversaries together, i stupidly got him a cologne that i was highly attracted to.

which means now i can’t get anyone else that cologne because my memories are attached to a neglectful piece of shit!

With a hand over her swollen belly, Rhaenyra scanned the crowd. It’d been so long since she properly enjoyed an event, especially with a celebration such as this; the betrothal of her son and the Stark girl. The planning of it with Alicent had been… more fun than she thought it’d be, and the two women quickly fell back into a rapport, akin to when they were girls together.

It felt right.

Her eyes eventually fell upon two familiar faces— Shera, her veil pulled back slightly by Rhaenyra’s half-brother, Aemond. His hand gripped her face softly, but with intensity as the two locked gazes, lips pursed, brows furrowed, clearly in a heated conversation. It took Rhaenyra all but five seconds to be teleported back to her own wedding to Laenor, all those years ago, where she and Daemon had been in the exact same position— where she had dared Daemon to cleave through her father’s men, steal her away to Dragonstone and make her his wife.

Fuck.
