Hi applesauce anon!! I did Epel and Rook playing! Epel gives me lowkey pet regressor vibes, so I decided to write fluffy stuff about a common occurrence when Epel gets zoomies!

"Rook... Are you busy?" Epel began texting, pausing as he saw the three dots immediately, showing Rook had read his message.

"Non, not at the moment, why?"

"I'm feeling small. Zoomies."

"!!! I am on my way!"

Epel rolled over in bed, wiggling and ruffing into his pillow excitedly! He can't wait to play with Rook! Rook can be a little bossy, but Rook also lets him play tag and wrestle and playfight and all sorts of fun things! Playing is more fun with someone anyways!

Rook agreed to help Epel when he was small, and while that mainly meant keeping the little one out of trouble when he was small and feisty, making sure he went to bed on time, and making sure he ate, it also meant playing with the little boy when he got zoomies. Rook especially likes that Epel has so much energy when small, content to sprint around the front gates, empty sports field, and any unbusy place where they wouldn't get in trouble. It means that tag would never get old for the little one-- especially not when Rook introduces a keep away aspect with a ball or stick, the two chasing after each other like mad!

Whenever Epel got tired, they'd take a break and sit for a bit, Rook handing Epel a water bottle, a fruit-snack pouch, and some beef jerky to snack on while Rook asked the little boy what game he wants to play next, 'who's ball is that-- is it his? Is it Epel's ball? Hmm? Is it?' And riling up the little into yet another case of zoomies! These zoomies, however, are spent getting the little one corralled back into his room for some games that will calm him down.

Epel flops down on his sheets, panting as he squeezes his ball in his hands, before Rook tucks a stuffie under his arms instead, grabbing the ball before it pops and setting it aside. Rook sits down at Epels desk, working on homework while Epel catches his breath, and shifts into squeezing the stuffed animal, stretching, and enjoying his semi-nap before dinner time.

Rook boops the little boy's nose as he gently rises him an hour before dinner. If he wants, before they have to go, they have just enough time to play with some toy motorcycles or for the little one to colour something. Rook even offers the little boy to use some stickers to decorate whatever he'd like.

Epel sits criss-cross on the floor, on a small carpet, while Rook watches, praising Epel for his masterful use of colours and expressionism! Such an artisté!

Rook always makes sure to tell Epel he had fun taking care of and playing with him, and that if Epel wants to play again, he's always a text away!

Can you write about dio finding out his partner is a puppy regressor

Mhm! I tried to write it JUST like dio so there is a sliiightly scary moment where dio refers to his past, but its not graphic! And there IS a happy ending of course :3

"Dio..." You start, standing nervously in the doorway of his bedroom. The blonde vampire looks up in acknowledgement, one leg curled up against his chest so he can rest his arm on it as it holds his book, the other leg stretched out to take as much space as possible on his bed. It feels nerve-wracking, almost like you're intruding in his room... But you two have been living in the same manor for months now, grown much closer. Close enough that you trust the vampire, even if now you feel incredibly worried about how he might react.

"Dio, I wanted to tell you something that's really important to me. I... I age regress, which is a coping mechanism, and my mind turns back into a little kid. And I also pet regress, which is like thinking and acting like an animal-- in my case a dog-- to help alleviate more stress, because my brain turns into a primal state when I get overwhelmed. And I really wanted to ask if you wouldn't mind playing with me or taking care of me when I'm small?"

"I can't believe what I'm hearing..." Dio stares, dumbfounded, his book dropped unceremoniously onto the carpet.

You shift uncomfortably, but Dio continues before dread can pit itself in your stomach: "I'm not referring to your regression in general-- I don't mind it at all if it helps you, and I, Dio, will be more than sufficient a spoiling caregiver!" Dio dramatically lays his hand over his chest! He beckons you over to sit on his bed with him, continuing to monologue as his posture slouches slightly, a hand on his cheek.

"I have seen worse coping mechanisms, most of which devolve into some form is diseased rot that ruins oneself and those around them. Besides; Regressing mentally to the age of a child isn't a bizarre reaction to trauma-- you'd be surprised how many people from times long gone now acted just like babies when confronted with yours truly." He smiles fondly at some dark memory before his smile falters and he lets out a dramatic sigh: "But of all the things to regress to... Must you be a dog? You know how I feel about mutts."

You flinch at the sudden look of annoyance on Dio's face directed you way... You can't help your petre... Will Dio reject you not because you regress, but because you regress as a puppy?

"Don't look so forlorn, little one. I will still take care of you. I wouldn't spurn you after the courage it takes to confess that you need a caregiver. You're braver, and smarter than any mongrel anyways. You're my special pup." Dio gently places a pet guidebook on your lap.

"I'll buy whatever dog toys you think will help your regression-- as well as whatever grooming supplies, dog beds, or children's toys would make you feel better. I do want to take care of you," Dio pets your head affectionately. "My little puppy."

Hi! Thought it was a good time to do one of these! So, if you don't know, this is The Regression Library! Here, we reblog and boost lovely age and pet regression related works such as fiction, headcanons, moodboards, audio recordings- anything!

A lot of people are too afraid to post their fandom regression stuff in the main tags and if a work is completely from scratch then it often struggles to get traction! So what TRL does is reblog and tag works accordingly and add them to our big big list so it's easy for people to find what they can enjoy!

Why send out a promo post? Well, to encourage people to submit more! As much as we love to go out and collect pieces ourselves, we can only search through so many tags.
