Greenbriar Burns!
By Perrin Underbough, Teen Reporter
Last night, a lad from Greenbriar, to the north of Inishmoor, rushed into local Inismoor establishment, The Surly Mermaid begging for help: his town was ablaze! He enlisted the help of alleged Inishmoor local, Penelope Greenbough, Halfling of the North Woods, and mysterious Human stRanger Nes. An intrepid teen reporter followed to aid with the investigation.
Arriving on the scene in Greenbriar approximately one hour later, the fire was consuming all four town buildings when SUDDENLY it began to rain in a convenient cube-shaped radius, quenching all fires, as if by...MAGIC? (see previous articles on elemental magic from The Reel News, Issues 1, 7, 8, and 23). All villagers survived, but their homes were burned to skeletal crips.
WHO COULD HAVE DONE SUCH A THING?
A Greenbriar local was quoted describing another attack on a nearby town at a similar time of night. Witnesses to the start of the fire also described a mysterious man fleeing the scene. But was he a human at all?

Op Ed: Zero Stars on Fantasy Yelp
By Perrin Underbough, Teen Reporter
Editor’s note: Even though this is just my opinion, you should still read it. Also, I only wrote this because I promised Brigit I would if she helped me with something really important so, Mr. & Mrs. Drink you’re not allowed to be mad at me.
As one of the best and most influential journalists in Inishmoor, it is my duty to bring you not just the facts but also the truth. That’s why I’m here to tell you: The Quiet Drink is bad and this is why. First of all, their name is a lie. They say it’s quiet, but everyone knows it is super loud. Obviously my readers do not want to be LIED to. You care about the truth.
Second of all, it is not very popular with my friends. For example, I don’t think any one of my best friends Ness, Thorin, or Penelope have ever even been there, and they are all very cool. One of my new friends, foreign dignitary Mr. Arranis Leadon of Cythicus, said, “This town is a disgrace” and I can say with 100% certainty that he only said that because of The Quiet Drink.
In conclusion, the Quiet Drink isn’t my favorite place. Even though whenever I go to The Surley Mermaid Ashakali tries to chase me with a broom, I still think it is the most best place to get a fish sandwich and a good story.
