This is a scene I had wanted to draw since I first listened to it back in...what, 2018? During my first listen of RQG. I've started a relisten of it and now that I'm no longer commuting long hours to and from work I can actually sit down and draw when I'm inspired to do so. So here we have a scene from Episode 44: Rock Bottom
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The torch light sweeps across the cliff face…and for one horrifying moment, it is outlined in front of you. You are about a foot away from it. It is the most hideous amalgamation of limbs. There are tentacles with eyes, there are legs on the end of tentacles, there are barbs everywhere. There is no part of its misshapen torso that doesn't have a limb coming out of it, apart from a circular mouth, and that mouth and teeth within teeth within teeth. And it is…it has a long snaking tongue that is basically powering out towards you. It gives that raw roar.

[ID: a digital drawing of Bertie from RQG. He's wearing golden full-plate armor with a falcon on his helmet. He's hovering in mid-air, swinging back his sword, he is wearing boots of levitation which shows as little feathers at his boots. Text above him reads "Silent Knight" and text beneath him reads "Holy Knight". /end ID]

Since there was a TMA poll going on already,
I'm not including Oscar Wilde or Howard Carter because they're too plot relevant and I'm not including Karl Marx because he is only namedropped. Yeah these are canonically NPCs in the world of rqg. Please reblog for a bigger sample size.

My piece for FTH this year for @bluejayblueskies ! this was so fun to do :)
ID: a digital drawing of sasha and zolf from rusty quill gaming stood back to back in combat. zolf is front and to the left facing the viewer, standing defensively with his left arm out in front of sasha as he casts a spell. sasha is behind and to the right with her back slightly to the audience, her head over her shoulder looking towards the viewer as she guards her front with her daggers. zolf has eye length curtains and his beard is planted in two plaits, he wears a jumper and plain trousers with a knee length overcoat. he has his trident and dolphin necklace, and his wooden leg leg from season 1, he looks irritated but unshaken as energy comes out of his raised and open hand. sasha is in her long black leather coat, tight trousers and mid calf boots with a thigh sheath for a knife on her left leg. she has eye length short black hair and a certain degree of nervousness to her expression. they are on a plain blue-grey background with a dark blue denoting the ground that they stand on, sasha and zolf themselves are a shade of light blue with more saturated blue shadows. end ID
