🌟FLAN PATISSIER CHOCOLAT🌟 . . BONJOUR LES GENS!! voilà une recette de flan pâtissier au chocolat, mais "sans pâte" !!! Pour les #glutenfreelife 😉 . Ingrédients 100 g de maïzena (ou sachet de poudre à flan de la marque Impérial) 80 cl de lait entier 20 cl de crème liquide entière 200 g de sucre blanc @daddy 1 sachet de sucre vanillé 1 oeuf 1 jaune d'oeuf 1 cac de vanille liquide (ou un bâton de vanille) 3 cas de chocolat noir en poudre (non sucré) Préparation Préchauffer le four à 180°C (th6) Mélanger la poudre impérial avec l'oeuf entier, le jaune, le sucre et la crème. bien fouetter, le mélange doit être lisse. Mettre le lait à bouillir avec la vanille en bâton ou en liquide. Verser le lait porté à ébullition sur la préparation précédente, ajouter le chocolat en poudre. Fouetter pour bien mélanger au fouet électrique, remettre dans la casserole sur feu très doux ! la préparation jusqu'à ce ce que votre crème ressemble. .Mettre au four,préalablement chauffé à 180°c , pendant 35 min, après cuisson laisser refroidir à température ambiante, puis mettre au frais,jusqu'à refroidissement total !! .
