2022—Sunday, December 25.

my takeaways on this year's Christmas.

kamusta naman yung parang hindi ako nakatulog ng mahimbing. slept at 4am, woke up around 9am. non-stop nga pala videoke dito samin pag ganitong okasyon. hehe. (hello pala kay ate Cel na naka tiger costume haha)

anyway, i realized, ang bittersweet pala na ganitong eksena tuwing pasko at new year yung iiwan ko; una yung mga childhood friends ko na bihira ko nalang din makasama talaga, pangalawa syempre yung lugar na nakasanayan at kinalakihan ko, panghuli yung love-hate relationship ko with my neighbors haha. mabait lang ako sakanila tuwing December e. charot. (linggo linggo nga kasi mga inuman dito, nagsama sama talaga sa block namin yung mga lasinggero haha tas ang iingay pa, reasonable lang sakin pag may okasyon e) nakikisama lang talaga ako dito, and for sure pinakikisamahan lang din nila ako, pero ayaw nila sakin—no big deal.

sana ito na yung last Christmas na magcecelebrate ako ng puro reminisce ng memories at malulungkot. parang gusto ko nalang makicelebrate pasko sa mga friends ko next year haha. maiba lang din environment. kung hindi sa Bicol, atleast hindi dito. i heard something kasi last night, akala siguro nila di ko sila naririnig (mga kainuman ni papa yun) ayaw ko nalang banggitin. pero okay lang, bigay ko na sakanila 'to ngayon. last naman na nila 'to.

and by that, narealize ko rin na mukhang wala na talagang chance 'tong pamilyang 'to. or baka ganon na talaga. watak watak at kanya kanya na talaga. last last year kasama ko pa mga pinsang buo ko na nag celebrate ng pasko at new year e. ngayon wala maski batian man lang. tsaka feeling ko rin pag nagsalo salo kami, puno lang ng hypocrisy. lalo na sa part ko dahil ang dami na nilang binatong di magagandang salita sakin. kahapon nga tumawag na naman yung tita ko from New Zealand, syempre di niya na ako kinausap kahit alam niyang nandito ako. haha. kakausapin lang ako nun pag sesermonan at ijujudge lol. kaya sa iba nalang talaga ako humahanap ng pamilya e. hehe.

anyway, ang cute ng mga pamangkin kong mag beshie na inaanak ko. mukhang nagustuhan nga nila yung regalo ko, ginamit na agad ni Bella. haha. sila lang talaga yung mga inaanak ko na kinikilala akong ninang. tuwing makikita nila ko, lagi nila akong binabati, kahit wala sila pamasko minsan nagbibless parin sila. yung dalawang lalaki, lalo na yung isa na pamangkin ko sa pinsan kong buo, halos ayaw pa mag bless haha. ayaw ko ng batang ganon. parang hindi natuturuan ng maigi ng tamang manners. sana lumaki sila Bella at Lilay na kilala parin ako bilang kanilang tita ninang, kahit hindi laging nakakapagbigay ng pamasko. hehe.

parang ordinary day nalang sakin 'to. pero ang mahalaga nag papasalamat parin sa Panginoon.
