A collection of theropods.

Lesser spotted owlcat, a small, semiarboreal nocturnal predator. Like other owlcats, they hunt by ambush, targeting primarily birds and other flighted small prey.

Bell runner, a goose-sized dromaeosaur which favors small prey and insects. Although they do not hunt in packs, they are social and groups of bell runners can often be seen hunting together in grazed fields.

Bedejou, a large allosaurid native to the open, dry woodland straddling the Zaroub and the Great Lakes basin. The white rings around their eyes grant them a stare that legends describe as petrifying.

Antiole, a species of sapient theropods, the only sapient species of this setting. Antioles are true omnivores and highly social, forming complex societies with a wide variety of languages, social norms, and cultural practices.

Wrath of the Righteous features a roster of splendidly written and enjoyable companions, but the majority of their interactions are, sadly, easily missable on individual playthroughs. A collection of camping banter made by the amazing @neverwintrians remedies this issue to some extent by making some of the dialogues easily accessible for all the players. Since the characters’ input goes much further, a good while ago, I started a project to record all their comments and interjections. The idea was to copy-paste them from the localization file into a convenient spreadsheet. Since a new wave of players pick Pathfinder games after playing Baldur’s Gate 3, and we have more DLCs on the way to reignite the interest of the old fans, I figured it’s about time for me to share the results so far. Whether you want to use it for all sorts of analyses, as an inspiration or a reference for fan content, are simply curious, or want to get a few laughs: here you go.

Now, a few notes to keep in mind.

The data is still incomplete. My current playthrough goes very leisurely, and I only finished Act 3 recently. Almost everything past this point, save for some crucial parts of the story I revisited, comes from the run during which I wasn’t yet using Toy Box. I intend to continue slowly patching the holes as I go on, but please take what you see in the later chapters with a grain of salt for now (and don't expect to see Ulbrig's lines there).

Having that said, the branching, especially in later acts, gets crazy, so naturally, I wasn’t and won’t be able to find every last bit of dialogue on my own. What you see is based on my Angel playthrough, in which I haven’t even activated most of the romances. I managed to cheat my way into some interactions that normally would be unavailable to me, but the results were mostly confusing. Cells highlighted in yellow contain dialogues that I found via game files but either have some of the information missing, or I simply wasn’t able to trigger them while playing. There are also red cells that include lines that, to my knowledge, might not have been implemented since I found them in localization files, but the blueprints folder doesn’t confirm their presence in the game.

So here’s where I have a request for you all. If anyone can help me fill in the already existing blanks or spots a dialogue is missing and can provide a screenshot or a transcript of it, please contact me. I will add it to the document and credit you. All I need to know is when and where the conversation occurs, what/who the companions are reacting to, and if there are any specific requirements to see it.

The areas of special interest are:

mythic path exclusive interactions,

romance exclusive lines (especially in Acts 4 and 5),

Greybor’s, Arueshalae’s, and Lich companions’ lines during the celebration in Heaven’s Edge

late game dialogues for corrupted Arueshalae

I also want to thank GardathWhiterock from Pathfinder reddit, who advised me to look into the blueprints folder. Once I figured out how to work with it, filling up the majority of the blanks became super easy.

I will most likely edit this post in the future to note some important updates and milestones. For now, I just hope you guys will find anything of interest in what I have gathered.

*Sketchbook Week - Day 5 Familiar/Childhood*

I had a month to prepare for Sketchbook Week and I blew it off until now ^^’

Anyways, I wasn’t sure if “familiar” meant the literal definition or the one related to witches, but I couldn’t wait for an excuse to draw Freya again! Adding “childhood” to that, I wondered what if Johanna was with Kaisa when she first met her owl-cat? Also the reason Johanna’s a bit scuffed up is she might have been the one to rescue the little thing from a tree.

Apparently if you try to combine a kitten and a owlet, you get a fuzzy potato XD

As a fan of women and Rpgs I find it kind of funny how diametrically different my romance choices in crpgs are. To contrast my 2 favorite companies, let's look at Larian and Owlcat girls.

Larian

Fairly conventionally attractive, not really even near the bizzare tier. If I'm honest these characters got a lot from their voice. All of these girls are because character, but these are like basic attractive traits. Lohse stands out by being like the only cheerful teammate in her game. And I swear to God it's really hard not to like Shadowheart after her development in Act 2

In contrast Owlcat has also has conventially attractive characters. But looks at these girls

While I'm not approaching monsterfucker tier by any means. It's weird that, especially with the existence of Karlach i prefer the split personality tiefling over her. And Cassia's extra eyes, gills, and clawed fingers have this strange beauty to them. The Arushale is just the excellent contradiction of a wholesome Succubus. (I have tried and failed multiple times to romance someone else in WOTR)

Imagine that I've written a fully fleshed out essay about when video games make dickish, tangibly rewarding choices as easy as clicking a button, meaning that:

On the one hand, doing the right* thing - i.e. not torpedoing the trading outpost and willingly depriving yourself of the adamantine reward - only pays off in terms of moral satisfaction, which may very well be entirely undeserved since the trading post's inhabitants exist only in your imagination, not even alluded to in the flavour text

On the other hand, the game makes a point that it is often much easier to be a dick, and being a moral person will require genuine effort of you. You'll have to be motivated by something beyond material rewards or social status, since everyone in this setting 404s if you so much as consider talking to "the rabble", and it's more likely that your kindness will be seen a weakness

Maybe I'm just too committed to the RP.

*Which isn't to imply that not committing to an iconoclastic RP and/or just focusing on optimising your playthrough means that you, the player, are a Bad Person in real life
