Dana's wraith had no deeper meaning to it other than It Felt Like Her, Wyatt's chocolate is because he would be hot chocolate if he were a drink, and Ordell's woodland because if he could live in a tree house, he would.

He was watered a bunch as a kid and found it hysterical. Someone joked that he is watered so he grows big and strong like plants or a tree, and he fully believed that and requested frequent waterings. He did grow up into a huge huge boy and man (see below) so nothing really ever made him not believe in it. xD

Best friend: Wyatt, Fran

Relationship status: platonically married to Fran, dad to several children

Ideal mate: wants kids and is good with kids, adventurous, energetic, excitable but with some common sense.

Turn-ons: in just vibes, good music, good company, good food, a good sunny day to do some backflips across the town.

Favourite music: rock & metal

Biggest fear: permanently injuring himself and not being able to do what he loves as well or at all anymore, like Wyatt did with his knee.

Biggest fantasy: to live a mobile life with his family, coming and going. It's not realistic but they DO go on van life road trips, which is the next best thing

Bad habits: conflict avoidance, not speaking up for himself much when he's alone, or for many others unless they are his immediate circle, will just listen. Knows this is a problem and struggles with it, but he's trying to do better. Social butterfly to the point of not really showing a lot of people what he actually thinks orr who he is underneath. Forgets the time.

Biggest regret: Related to above, some cases of not speaking up where somebody's gotten hurt or bullied

Best kept secrets: Anything his mom tells him not to tell anyone, or one of his close friends tells him not to tell. You cannot pry those things out of him. Also that time he and Dana had a cousins' night out. Nobody will ever know what happened.

Last thoughts: (this still weirds me out, AM I UNDERSTANDING IT WRONG????) Ummmm just like. A jumbled instinct screaming at him to get other people out of the way. (I keep thinking that a drunk driver hits him but he shoves someone else out of the way. :(((()

Worst romantic experience: the ONE time he tried dating in high school because he thought he was supposed to and didn't quite understand what it was supposed to feel like.

Biggest insecurity: Ordell is color blind and self conscious about getting colors wrong - he's not super smart and learns slow and with hard work and that doesn't bother him, but it DOES bother him when he gets colors wrong.

Weapon of choice: hands and feet and really any part of the body that can be used.

Role model: much like Wyatt, Ordell sees his moms as his biggest role models. They've both been through a lot and persevered.

Relationship status: uuuh at what point? xD I guess "currently" as an adult, happily in a committed relationship; not married.

Ideal mate: someone who's patient with him and his traumas, and his need to take stuff slow. Someone who doesn't want kids. Someone who's willing to try even when it's hard, someone who he can rely on and who can also rely on him. Someone who he can relax and have fun with.

Turn-ons: whispering in his ear, caring, praise (but don't... talk to him like he's a dog)

Favourite food: creamy salmon soup, chocolate mousse, various stir-fries

Crushes: several throughout his life. 😂

Favourite music: a lot of the classical music he used to dance to in ballet school, particularly that in Nutcracker, and Romeo and Juliet. Otherwise a fan of like light and airy stuff, (despite being in a rock band for a good while lmao - he enjoys it, but in his free time opts usually for calmer stuff).

Biggest fear: never healing from trauma, and never being able to form meaningful long-lasting relationships out of being scared. He proves this fear wrong, eventually. Moreover, being afraid that something similar might happen again one day.

Biggest fantasy: to live by a lake with his love and not have to worry about money or health, have a little garden.

Bad habits: kind of an addictive personality, so it's easy for him to fall for his vices and become addicted to unhealthy habits, so he tries to steer clear of them. Helpful to the point of stepping on toes or being annoying, or getting grumpy if he can't help. Short tempered when tired and/or drained from too much socializing.

Biggest regret: going to the house party where he was assaulted. He couldn't have known but still regrets it - it ruined his life for a good while.

Best kept secrets:

Last thoughts: like, what his last ever thought is before he dies??? EVER??? THAT'S SAD. Um. "Have to remember to buy coffee tomorrow."

Worst romantic experience: Getting back into dating after his SA in general. He was not a very good boyfriend at the time, and some people were horrible matches for him.

Biggest insecurity: outside of SA trauma-related insecurities, Wyatt used to be pretty insecure about his body during his ballet years, to a point of flirting with disordered eating (which his family did their best to address and help him avoid). He was and is just built differently from most of his peers in ballet, where the ideals are... unhealthy pretty often. Those ideals would have been impossible for Wyatt to meet even if he tried because he's just built sturdy, strong, and wide.

Weapon of choice: n/a

Role Model: his mom, who is one of the strongest kindest and most like... determined and loving people he knows, and who sticks to what she thinks is right with passion.

The moms who had an uneasy start to motherhood, and the sons who might not have been - and also grew up without their biodads (and are Quite happy for it, thank you very much).

What I'm saying is that Norma and Ellen and Wyatt and Ordell have a lot in common, but their stories and experiences are still very different. But they're great friends, both moms and sons.

(Also Ordell is a year or so younger than Wyatt but also grows up fast and doesn't stop for a looong time. xD)
