She wasn’t in her première in London because she’s shooting in ATL and was there even before his shooting start for preproduction and not because of the yoga certification. Can’t believe you guys bought that. I can’t! LOL!
but she did took a yoga certificate who took her 3 months to complete 🤷🏻‍♀️ it is anon saying people were right when they say she only attended 2 lessons and expose her ass to be in ATL to have attention? Because the message sound like “you will see - LOL” but really it’s just feeding the pr narrative
i am perpetually confused 👀
Okay, there was one blog mod who got through to the yoga studio and found out that program ran Sept 17 - Nov 20 (basically, nine weeks). So, if y'all are trying to keep up with a timeline.
Also, interestingly, I went back through my archive and realized I received an anon on Sept 20th about how an IG story post she made that day had to be "ATL" time. And that was when I wasn't getting asks really. Probably just one of the stalkers, but still an interesting point.

On TLC, an anon who was at the show posted this:
So I was in the London crowd tonight and had a pretty good view of both Tessa and Janelle. What a night! Really didn’t expect this. Tessa seemed to stand on top of a step or something so she was pretty visible. Nate was maybe 4 meters away from her by the mixing booth. A couple of things I noticed:
Tessa did not look at the screen when the audience cheered for her video clip appearance during PYNK. She kept looking away during moments like this throughout the evening. A couple of people took selfies with her so she must have been aware of people watching. She laughed a lot during I Got the Juice, particularly when Janelle told the crowd: ‘If I point at you - you will come on stage and you will dance!’ …
Tessa seemed to giggle and repeated Janelle’s pointing motion followed by a simulated lasso into Janelle’s direction. She was on the phone throughout the rhythm dance intro in the beginning of Make me Feel… We all know what happened next - she must have gone live soon after
There were a couple of moments where she was flat out beaming.
Tessa was laughing really hard when Janelle did the microphone dildo pose…
Note how Janelle snuck in an 'I see you baby’ at the end… Not sure if she meant the crowd or someone particular there
Tessa was watching the whole thing with her bright, beaming smile - that was definitely one of those moments when you could see that they have a connection. It was a great thing to see the two across from each other.
I remember watching Tessa’s reaction to the 'If I’m gonna sin it’s with you line’ and she was definitely singing / speaking along with the lyrics… and then Janelle inserted 'London’."

The 10 dumbest mistakes from a humiliating NFL Week 8, ranked
Tumblr media
Christopher Hanewinckel-USA TODAY Sports
So many teams were their own worst enemy this week, but at least the refs saved the Titans from themselves.
There weren’t many surprises Sunday in the NFL. The best teams (Patriots, 49ers, Saints, Packers) kept winning. The worst teams (Bengals, Jets, Falcons) kept losing. With Washington dropping its Thursday night game and the Dolphins probably doing the same on Monday night, Week 8 stands to be our chalkiest one yet this season.
Despite the lack of drama on the scoreboard, there was plenty of it on the field — mostly of the humiliating variety. It started when the Jaguars and their fans spent most of the day mercilessly teasing Sam Darnold, the Job (biblical version) of the NFL.
It continued on, with the Titans and Bucs trading self-inflicting turnovers, the Chargers and Bears trying to gift-wrap a win for the other team, and the risk-averse Broncos getting called out by the expert in all things boring, Joe Flacco.
However, the biggest “STOP HITTING YOURSELF” lowlight of the day came from the most predictable source. The Browns dug themselves into an early hole against the Patriots with a three-turnover sequence, each increasingly more embarrassing than the one before.
And somehow, the mistakes this week didn’t end there.
10. The Falcons had little interest in trying to beat the Seahawks
You’d think in the middle of a 1-7 season, Falcons head coach Dan Quinn would be coaching for his job. But Quinn was oddly conservative down 3-0 early against the Seattle Seahawks. Facing a fourth-and-1, Quinn opted to try for a 51-yard field goal. The Falcons missed it, and Seattle countered with a touchdown drive to go up 10-0.
What’s worse might be how unprepared the Falcons’ defense was on the touchdown:
.@dkm14 was RIGHT THERE. Q2: SEA 10, ATL 0 pic.twitter.com/vs4b6DmFg2
— Seattle Seahawks (@Seahawks) October 27, 2019
On the other hand, Quinn might be doing exactly what he’s supposed to be doing — tanking so the Falcons can draft Ohio State DE Chase Young:
did y’all see chase young yesterday? dan quinn is doing a fine job
— Harry Lyles Jr. (@harrylylesjr) October 27, 2019
9. Melvin Gordon blocked the wrong guy, then had to make a touchdown-saving tackle
Gordon’s spent the past four weeks shaking off the rust accumulated in a contract holdout. It’s safe to say there’s still a little bit of corrosion left to work through. When quarterback Philip Rivers pointed out an oncoming Bears blitz deep in his own territory, Gordon stepped up to handle the onslaught — and picked up the wrong guy.
Rivers makes a pre-snap adjustment to counter the Bears' oncoming blitz. Melvin Gordon picks up a player who's already being blocked instead of the free man, and Rivers throws off his back foot for an easy pick at least Gordon got the touchdown saving tackle? pic.twitter.com/4J9gsoNnuL
— Christian D'Andrea (@TrainIsland) October 27, 2019
Seconds later, Chicago was rumbling toward the end zone after an interception.
At least Gordon’s make-up effort on the tackle was worthwhile. The Bears settled for a field goal four plays later, and the Chargers ended up with a one-point win.
8. Bruce Irvin gave the 49ers the underrated fuel they’ll use for months
It can get hard to keep playing the disrespected card when wins are piling up. The Patriots somehow managed to act like they were the Cinderella story of 2018 on their way to a sixth Super Bowl win in the 21st century. But that took a special amount of delusion to pull off.
The 49ers are 7-0 and just one of those wins was within a touchdown. A 51-13 destruction of the Panthers in Week 8 was their most impressive performance to date. At some point, it’ll be trickier for San Francisco to find bulletin board material if it keeps laying opponents to waste.
That is, unless there are more guys like Bruce Irvin on the docket. The Panthers linebacker refused to give the 49ers much credit immediately after he was handed a 38-point loss.
I asked Panthers end Bruce Irvin just how good this 49ers team is. “They’re OK. They’re OK. They’re not world-beaters,” he said. My guess is SF will use this as another log on the motivational fire.
— Jim Trotter (@JimTrotter_NFL) October 27, 2019
There’s a solid chance both the Panthers and 49ers will make the playoffs. If we get a January rematch, you better believe there will be plenty of talk about Irvin’s Week 8 comments. Even if there isn’t, the 49ers will probably cling to his “not world-beaters” description for the rest of the year.
7. The Broncos burned a timeout because the battery in Joe Flacco’s headset died
It was a bit confusing when Joe Flacco walked off the field as the play clock wound down late in the third quarter against the Colts. Instead of directing traffic for a first-and-20 play, he opted to burn a timeout after a fruitless huddle. It was a decision that didn’t make much sense on the surface, until the CBS broadcast team got the inside scoop. Flacco couldn’t hear any of the plays coming in from the sideline because the transmitter inside his helmet had died.
Flacco’s midgame maintenance meant the Broncos were forced to use a valuable timeout late in a tight game during a drive with limited prospects. And it wasn’t as though the veteran QB missed much once he finally got his headset fixed — the play he missed turned out to be a fairly predictable 6-yard screen to tailback Phillip Lindsay.
The Colts took a 15-13 lead late, giving the Broncos the ball back with 22 seconds — and no timeouts.
Speaking of Flacco ...
6. The Colts indulged Joe Flacco’s Lamar Jackson cosplay
Flacco has played in the NFL for roughly 12 years. He entered Week 8 with 822 career rushing yards — or 4.8 per game. He is not a mobile quarterback.
So when he does this to you, it’s time to reexamine your defensive philosophy.
i take back any nice thing i've ever said about the Colts defense pic.twitter.com/swMx1bxbIM
— Christian D'Andrea (@TrainIsland) October 27, 2019
That scramble helped set up a 29-yard field goal and bumped up Flacco’s career average to 4.9 rushing yards per game.
5. Three Bengals defenders could’ve had an easy pick and whiffed
Cincinnati dropped to 0-8 on Sunday, losing 24-10 to the Los Angeles Rams in London. Late in the fourth quarter, the Cincy defense nearly picked off a Jared Goff pass attempt to Cooper Kupp. But in classic Bengals fashion, even three defenders couldn’t make the play. No seriously, this ball bounced off three different guys’ hands before falling incomplete:
The Bengals, summed up. pic.twitter.com/T7PxpasyeY
— Will Brinson (@WillBrinson) October 27, 2019
Not sure what else there is to say about this other than, Go Bengals?
4. The Browns’ own offensive lineman forced a fumble with his foot
Yes, it appears as if the Browns are officially back to the same team we constantly make fun of. During their 27-13 loss to the Patriots, Cleveland literally forced its own fumble. In the first quarter down 3-0, Browns guard Joel Bitonio inadvertently kicked the ball out off Nick Chubb’s hands, and Dont’a Hightower recovered it and took it to the house for a touchdown:
Only the Cleveland Browns.... One the most reliable ball security RBs getting stripped by his own pulling guard's foot. Bitonio's foot literally slides down the ball & pulls Chubb's hand off the ball for a split second...all you need in driving rain. TD return, bc, of course. pic.twitter.com/UbMO8fGkLK
— Jake Burns (@jake_burns18) October 28, 2019
If it makes you feel better, Browns, at least the Patriots do this sort of thing to every team they face.
3. Breshad Perriman made one helluva tackle (on his own running back)
A draw up the middle out of shotgun on third-and-goal from the 4-yard line doesn’t leave much room for error. Especially if the play’s most dangerous tackler is already a couple yards behind the line of scrimmage and streaking toward the tailback:
If you own Breshad Perriman at WR in an IDP league, do you get a point for a tackle on this play? pic.twitter.com/Dt0ZApbT3U
— DK Nation (@DKNatn) October 27, 2019
That’s Breshad Perriman, signed away from the Browns to bolster the Buccaneers’ wideout position in 2019, coming down the line in motion with the horrific timing needed to completely derail a vital play before it could even begin. Dare Ogbunwale lost two yards after getting smoked by his own teammate.
Tampa was forced to settle for a 24-yard field goal seconds later, in a game it lost by four.
2. The Bears went into victory formation, then lost
The Bears know a thing or two about missed field goals. They were embroiled in one of the weirdest kicker battles this past offseason after Cody Parkey missed a field goal that ended the Bears’ season in the playoffs. They eventually settled for Eddy Pinero, who so far has been pretty dang effective this season.
Perhaps too effective. From the Chargers’ 21-yard line with 43 seconds left on the clock and a timeout in their pocket, the Bears elected to take a knee. There was plenty of time to run a couple of plays, even just simple runs to try and make it a bit of an easier kick.
Nope. Matt Nagy, showing what appears to be a significant lack of faith in his own offense, called the “victory formation” kneeldown. You can guess what happened next: Pinero’s field goal was no good, sailing wide left:
oh no, Bears pic.twitter.com/1EDNWxSxOV
— Christian D'Andrea (@TrainIsland) October 27, 2019
The Bears lost to the Chargers, as a result.
1. The referees cost the Bucs game-winning TD on a bad fake field goal by the Titans
Not only do we have a dumb mistake by a football team, we’ve got one for the referees, too. Leading by four points with less than four minutes remaining, the Titans were in field goal range, enough to put them up by a touchdown. Instead, they ran a fake field goal that went extremely poorly.
And the Titans kicker or holder got destroyed on the rush attempt! pic.twitter.com/z8B9K0tZvZ
— Geoff Schwartz (@geoffschwartz) October 27, 2019
They picked up no yards on the play and fumbled. It was recovered by the Buccaneers, who took it all the way back for a touchdown that would have given them the lead.
But the the referees blew an early whistle, which ultimately prevented the Buccaneers from advancing the football. Early whistles are among the most frustrating things in the NFL (and keep happening to NFC South teams).
Although the Buccaneers had another couple opportunities to win the game, it still feels like the referees cost them a win on Sunday. Meanwhile, the Titans are lucky that they were saved from their own terrible decisions — for the second week in a row.

The Best Things We Ate This Week (3)
London restaurants are back, baby. Well, kind of. Some of them are anyway. And the great thing about restaurants reopening is it means that with each day there are more and more things for you to eat. The bad thing about that is, after three months alone with your fridge, all those options can feel pretty overwhelming. That’s why we’re highlighting the best dishes we’ve had recently, to point you in the right direction. Not ready to eat out just yet? Don’t worry, we’ll be shouting out our favourite delivery and collection options too.
If you’ve eaten something great recently that you want to share with our team, send us an email at [email protected]. Now, onto the dishes.
Sorry—looks like you screwed up that email address

Tomato salad
“The phrase ‘too hot to eat’ isn’t one I really understand. Nobody is ever too hot to eat, you’re just too hot to eat certain things. Maybe it’s because of our climate. We know the cold months better than the hot. So when a 30-odd degree-er comes around, everyone panics. What do we eat? Chilled baked beans? An ice cube dipped in gravy? Sod it, let’s just drink instead. Or, alternatively, eat and drink. Outside. On Frith Street. At Quo Vadis. With a cold beer or a glass of something crispy. All you need then is a plate of sweet tomatoes bathing in oil, topped with finely chopped red onion, and a healthy turn of salt and pepper. It, with bread, is all I want this summer.”

Tempura courgette flower, ricotta, and blackberries
“What you have here is what I, a seasoned professional, like to call a shit tonne of textures. Am I this generation’s AA Gill? Definitely. But in all seriousness, this dish is summer on a plate. There’s plenty of crunch and creaminess, and the sharpness from the blackberries will remind you that, yes, you absolutely should have another glass of wine.”

Quetzacoalt Cocktail
We ran (walked) in from the rain (it wasn’t raining), desperately in search of sanctuary, safety and maybe, like, a cosmo or something. In a classic game of ‘guess where might still be open’ I came across Map Maison on the Kingsland Road and had a series of excellent cocktails. The gin-heavy Columbia Road cocktail is super fresh, but this tequila number was my favourite. Newsflash: fig liqueur is excellent with fresh lemon and pomegranate.”

Iced filter coffee
“I’m an aspiring coffee nerd. There. I’ve said it. And I really don’t care if you’re not okay with it. I’ve got all the gear: a grinder, scales, one of those gooseneck kettles, elaborate glassware that I spend half my life trying to keep clean… and I have all of this because last autumn I got hooked on the iced coffee at Walden Woods in Kyoto. It was an instant top five* and I’ve been trying to recreate it ever since. Sadly, even the life-changing ice-making technique of Infatuation NYC Senior Staff Writer and resident cocktail expert, Bryan Kim, plus the unusual abundance of time 2020 has offered up hasn’t helped me get it right. Monmouth’s iced filter coffee however nails it. It might just be the best tasting, most nuanced cup of coffee I’ve ever had in London, and I’m not just saying that because Thursday was my first coffee outing since early March.”
- Oliver Feldman, Senior Editor
*”in case you’re interested, the others include an iced almond-macadamia milk latte from Go Get ’Em Tiger in LA, a very hot petrol station coffee somewhere in Oregon on a very cold morning in October 2016, and, a little closer to home, the nitro at Climpson’s.”

Quesadillas
“The other day I was feeling a bit blue, and that tends to lead me to eating something beige. Walking home and maybe subconsciously, but probably not, my brain took me to Pollo Feliz in Netil Market. Having just eaten a bagel (note: beige), I wasn’t that hungry but also, I can always eat. Their quesadillas are just beans and cheese. Gooey and soft, packed between handmade wheat-flour, pork-fat tortillas. They’re simultaneously rich and light, and I’d eaten both before I crossed the road”.

Deep-fried Mars Bar Sundae
“I have a confession - I don’t know why Hot Priest never magically appears when I say this - I had never eaten a deep-fried Mars bar before my recent trip to Mac and Wild. There, I said it. But happily for me, but not my arteries, I am going to be eating a lot more if they all taste this good. I have a suspicion the sheer glory of this dessert was also down to the ice cream and whisky-infused toffee sauce. All in all, a sweet treat for the ages.”

Crab, Tuna, and Salmon Tacos
“London is home to a lot of things: double-decker buses, overly confident pigeons, and people who pretend they don’t watch Love Island. But decent tacos isn’t one of them, which is why I was so excited about the tacos at Peruvian spot Coya. I had the tuna, crab, and salmon. The crab tacos are the tell-you-I-love-you-on-the-first-date kind of good, but the tuna and salmon are also pretty great. Just get them all.”

Lox & Cream Cheese Bagel
“A few years ago, I tried to get takeaway from The Good Egg. They didn’t offer this, so I was rejected, but a stranger in the queue told me I smelled nice. Location aside, this story isn’t at all related to the lox and cream cheese Montreal bagel I had the other day. Less a slice of pastrami-smoked trout so much as a wedge hacked off, the bagel had some solid schmear going on, and a very welcome handful of capers. The sesame Montreal bagel, said to be denser, was the perfect vehicle.”

If I’ve learnt anything from the picnics of my youth it’s that grass stains suck and the only creature on planet Earth that has the same determination and inner strength as Beyoncé is the common ant. Well, rejoice my fellow picnic pessimists, because Ombra’s park picnic for two has made the whole thing pretty lovely. For 25 quid, you get focaccia, salami, burrata, and more - but the DIY sandwich situation is the real winner of the lot.”

“Hi my name is Rianne, and I’m an ice-cream addict. So much so that I decided the perfect time to try this Filipino spot, that I’d been wanting to visit for months, was on a rainy Sunday. I ordered a bilog (a milk bun filled with ice-cream) and went with the Milo flavour (yes, the chocolate powder). It was basically like eating a pancake filled with ice-cream, what’s not to like?”

Beef Biang Biang Noodles
“If I was playing a game of word association and someone said ‘soulmate’, my instant, brain-snap reaction would be shouting ‘liangpi noodles’. You see, we are very much an item, me and Xi’an’s traditional coldskin. But this week I went rogue and ordered the hand-pulled biang biang noodles instead. They travelled well, the noodles were just the right amount of chewy, and the beef smelt so good that my flatmate pulled the old meerkat air-sniff move when they arrived. Officially my mistress.”

The OSG Fantasy Report Week 6
Here we go!  It’s time for Week 6, and the OSG Report.  We are constantly tweaking and fine tuning to deliver to you the best roadmaps to be successful in your season long leagues and DFS.
We took some extra time to really fine tune our player pool to dig thru “fish” plays and get you the best at each position, value (low cost) plays, possible spots to avoid, and some strategy and game theory….The OSG Report!!!
Quarterback
Watson vs Mahomes
Up top we have two of the best facing off against one another.  I don’t think we appreciate how talented Deshaun Watson is. He’s just in the worst of the two organizations when comparing to Patrick Mahomes.  Houston/Kansas City features the highest total on the board. My favorite of the two is Watson, price considering. He’s slightly averaging more fantasy points per contest over Mahomes.  KC’s WR unit is banged up, and if Hill and/or Watkins is ruled out, then it really puts a crutch on Mahomes upside, not to mention his own ankle. We saw the last two weeks he is actually human and without his best targets, he scales back to the field slightly.  Watson on the other hand, has an offense finally beginning to tick. It’s a tough stadium to play, but for DFS, I’ll take more shots on Watson here stacked with Hopkins more as oppose to Fuller. Many will chase Fuller’s game log and will go there first. This is still Hopkin’s offense, and this may get more attention to Fuller which opens it up slightly to Hopkins.
Lamar Jackson
At this point we play Lamar week in and week out.  Yes week 1 vs Miami had something to do with it, but he is averaging the most fantasy points of any QB this season.  When he’s struggled with the pass, his fantasy output still has a high floor with his rushing ability. Cincy has allowed the leagues second most rushing yards to QBs and has a soft secondary.  He’s home and favored and is easily a plug and play in all formats Sunday, as is once again one of my favorite plays at QB this week.
Matt Ryan
All Ryan does is throw for 300 yards as he done so in 6 straight games.  Stacked with any WR or Austin Hooper makes for one of the highest upsides plays of the week against an Arizona defense whose TD to INT ration is 12:0 this season.  Matt Ryan is a no brainer here and is my 1A and 1B option with Jackson.
Russell Wilson
Barely behind Lamar Jackson for averaging the most fantasy points per game at QB but is rarely ever owned in tournaments.  He’s thrown 4TDs, 400 yards, and has rushed for 2 TDs in one game this season. But he does it quietly. I think Cleveland bounces back after their Monday Night football embarrassment, but I think the game may end up high scoring.  If Wilson is throwing from behind and late in the game, he will rack up yards and points across the board.
Jared Goff
Here are some risky plays.  If you saw the 49ers defense, why would we target Goff here?  He’s home and favored, and one of our favorite WRs is Cooper Kupp.  With multiple pass weapons at his disposal, Goff makes for an interesting late afternoon hammer.  No coach in his right mind will not make efforts to chip block or double team Nick Bosa after MNF, and McVay is a good coach.  With Gurley likely out, more attempts may be in Goff’s forecast. The divisional tight game aspect vs the 49ers defense makes the argument to fade, but this is one of the higher totals of the day.
Kirk Cousins
After showcasing he can still pass the ball, Cousins gets one of the best secondary matchups vs this Philly secondary.  Week after week they get torched. I love the idea of stacking Cousins with Thielen or Diggs, and takings shots at this secondary.  Even in games where Cousins’ attempts were low, his completion percentage is still high. Last week he was 22/27, 2 TDs 0 INTs and can be better vs this week.  Philly has a great run defense only allowing 2.81 yards per carry, which forces production to the pass game.
Case Keenum
Yes, Case Keenum.  Anybody vs Miami at this point is in play in tournaments.  He will definitely be in a run first offense with Bill Callahan taking over, but with Adrian Peterson as the lead back, 2nd and long is in the Redskins future and I love stacking him with rookie wideout Terry McLaurin.  He’s has plenty of talent at a low price to get the job done vs Miami.
Kyle Murray
I still haven’t landed on Murray, but you can’t ignore the matchup with Atlanta.  It’s a get right spot for every offense, and he should be in your player pool. Beyond Chase Edmonds or David Johnson at RB if he plays, I don’t think you need to stack Murray with any pass catcher.  He has rushing upside and that ability alone is enough to pass for 1 and run for 1. Thru Murray and an RB, I think we get exposure to all Arizona scores if the game shoots out.
Running Back
Malcom Brown vs Chase Edmonds
Let’s start the RB discussion with the value spots as we have 2.  Todd Gurley is doubtful which firmly places his backup Malcolm Brown into play.  The key here is IF YOU WERE INTERESTED IN GURLEY (or any player) once they go down, you MUST CONSIDER THEIR BACKUP AT A CHEAPER PRICE.  Yes, it’s a tough defense. But with the game total, being at home and favored you have to consider Brown. They’ve trusted him this season, even with a “healthy” Gurley.  He will get red zone carries and if he scores 1-2Tds, he crushes value.
-The second to consider is Chase Edmonds.  Before the Gurley news, all builds of mine started with Chase Edmonds.  David Johnson sounds more likely to “give it a shot” and be a true game time decision.  Both the Rams and Cardinals play late so you’ll have to be tuned into updates to see where to pivot.  Of the Rams and Cards, it’s the Cardinals who have the best matchup. For seasons under Dan Quinn, we have targeted the RB, and particularly pass catching backs vs ATL.  I was drooling at the shot to play DJ, but I’ll gladly take his backup. DJ is dealing with a back and could easily tighten up in the first quarter whether he’s ruled in or out.
Lev’eon Bell
Before either injury came into play, the best value and one of the best plays was Lev Bell.  Did we watch Aaron Jones and his 4 TDs vs this Cowboys front? While we can never predict that kind of production, we can safely say that Bell’s targets have remained thru Darnold’s absence and will now have more meaningful carries if the offense is moving.  Every offensive piece of any offense gets a boost with the starting QB returning form injury or sickness. Bell’s price has free fallen due to the Jets recent performance. This is a perfect buy low spot for Bell at home.
Favorite Studs:
Mark Ingram
He has too much TD upside vs this Cincy defense.  Yes, the TD dependency is boom or bust, but he is my favorite candidate to score multiple TDs.  He and Lamar Jackson could easily combine for 3-4 TDs Sunday and I love the matchup.
Nick Chubb
No matter the score, Chubb gets the ball.  It’s a bounce back spot for Cleveland vs a non-imposing front 7.  Before MNF, Vegas had Cleveland favored. So, on paper the matchup bodes well for Chubb and co. before you mix in the eyeball test.  100 yards, 1-2 TDs is firmly in play here.
Chris Carson
My builds keep skipping Carson and I could be in for disaster.  He’s on the road and shouldn’t be favored, but Seattle is determined to pound the ball.  The fumbles are a thing of the past, and he is all but a lock for 20-25 touches Sunday in Cleveland.
Ezekiel Elliott
He is as always one of my favorite plays of the week.  With C-Mac playing early morning in London, Zeek is the top priced RB on the main slate, which makes it hard to get to him.  But he is in a smash spot vs a defense whose secondary may be better than we think. The Cowboys are favored by over a touchdown, and if they can get up, it’s feeding time for Elliott.
Possible fades
As of now I’m fading Dalvin Cook in most lineups due to this terrible matchup.  He is being hyped for his pass game involvement, but I’d rather take a chance on the Minnesota WRs and other top price RBs.
Alvin Kamara vs Leonard Fournette.
Kamara popped up on the injury report with an ankle.  I was anxious to jam in Kamara at low ownership despite being a road dog.  McCaffrey’s 3TD game vs Jags had me very interested in Kamara. We will see his health as game time approaches.  If I feel he is active, but in any way limited or gimpy, I may take a hard stance. Right now, only optimized lineups of mine will feature Fournette.  He runs the ball 25 inefficient times a game and needs the volume and possible score. He is involved in the pass game heavily and has tournament appeal.  I do respect the Saints rush defense however and will prefer Bell over Fournette this week personally.
Wide Receiver
Julio vs Hopkins
On the high end you have Julio and Hopkins.  They need no introduction. If there is a reason to fade Julio, he has only a 20 percent market share and is right there with Hooper and Ridley when it comes to targets.  Good for real life football, terrible for fantasy prediction, Atlanta spreads the ball around to a very talented offensive core. Julio is better on the road and gets a juicy matchup to a secondary who has been torched by Tyler Boyd, Danny Amendola, Marquise Brown, Marvin Jones, and Kenny Golladay.  I’ll take Julio over those guys any day. It’s Hopkins time to blow up and it’s coming. Nobody in the KC secondary can stop him. Nobody.
O’Dell Beckham
It’s the perfect buy low spot for Beckham.  Nobody wants to touch any piece of the Browns and rightfully so.  We have seen John Ross, Cooper Kupp, Juju Smith-Schuster, Tyler Boyd, and Michael Thomas produce great lines vs Seattle.  O’Dell is top ten in targets and 11th in air yards.  Do not ignore the blow-up bounce back spot here.
Best Matchups
Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs are in the best matchups on the board.  But can we trust the Minnesota play calling.  They turned it around last week, and one if not both of these WRs will crush value.  They have tournament winning upside if given the opportunity. The matchup is just too good to ignore vs this Philly secondary.
Sanu and Ridley also fall into the juicy matchup with Julio vs this Arizona secondary.  My favorite to stack with Ryan is Ridley, though you can’t ignore Sanu’s targets.  I’ll be more on Hooper (whom we will get to) as oppose to these two, but they are certainly in play.
Volume and Target Share
Michael Thomas just keeps going and going and going.  Brees, Bridgewater, doesn’t matter. I’m a little more on Beckham vs Thomas and it scares me to death.  His floor is so much higher than Beckham. I’m really betting on the “big game” from Beckham, but you can’t ignore Thomas targets week in and week out.
Terry McLaurin is the teams #1 WR and for the price he is on of my favorite WR plays of the week.  Washington gets this vulnerable secondary and he will once again lead the team in targets.  He’s scored against the likes of the Bears, Dallas and of course Philly, and is the only WR for some time to post 50 yards on New England’s CB Gilmore.  Impressive for the rookie.
Jarvis Landry
It’s ugly but all he does is gets 7-9 targets no matter what.  You can’t ignore that in this matchup. He’ll go very low owned in tournaments.
Courtland Sutton
I repeat, it’s ugly but he does is gets 7-9 targets.  He’s home and is clearly Denver’s #1 WR. I respect the Titans defense immensely, but we can’t ignore the volume and targets at a very depressed price.  92 yards, 1 TD. 62 yards, 2 TDs. 87 yards. 120 yards. Crushing value is his game.
Stacks
Cooper Kupp is one of my favorite WRs of the week.  He’s clearly Goff’s favorite TD target and could easily be stacked with Goff or played on his own.  Brandin Cooks is now likely to play which takes the shine off of Kupp, but consider combos of stacking Goff with Kupp, Woods, and Cooks in some spots.  Kupp is my clear-cut favorite here.
Hopkins/Fuller and Watson
It’s the weeks highest total game with one of the most explosive passing games.  It’s really a no brainer here to have them sprinkled thru out your lineups.
Ugly Stacks
-Dak Prescott/Amari Cooper or Michael Gallup/Ezekiel Elliott.  “Run it back with Lev Bell, or maybe even Robby Anderson or Darnold’s favorite target in Jamison Crowder.
-Case Keenum/Terry McLaurin
Value plays of the week
I’m definitely all in on McLaurin here, but I have interest in KC’s Pringle.  If no Hill or Watkins which is increasingly likely as of Saturday, he’s bottom priced and is the cheapest exposure in the weeks highest total.  Many will chase the big plays of Hardman and Robinson, but their prices don’t have much value if they don’t hit the 80-yard score (which with Mahomes is highly possible), or multiple scores.
Tight End
Austin Hooper
Here it is.  My favorite play of the week.  Tight end is so important each week to nail and could make or break your lineup.  Week in and week out, Arizona just gets pounded by a talented TE they face. Hooper is seeing just as many targets in this high-octane offense as Julio and any other WR.  In face he has 42 to Julio’s 44, good for second best in Atlanta. And now you get a matchup vs AZ who is ALLOWING THE MOST FANTASY POINTS TO TIGHT ENDS THIS SEASON. Lock and load on Hooper.
Travis Kelce
With the WR situation shaky in KC, Kelce is the perfect pivot.  Houston’s “numbers” vs TE looks good on paper. But in this sense, they haven’t faced any TE I would every consider rostering.  It’s a smash spot for Kelce, and if you can afford him, you lock him in. Others will pool around Ertz, Kittle, and Hooper. Paying up for Kelce will make your lineup a little different.
Zach Ertz.
The Minnesota defense is for real.  They have a good running game, and a secondary that you don’t want to target.  It’s games like this that turn into an Ertz game very quickly. No running, WRs getting shut down….could easily lead to the 10-12 targets at the TE spot and if the game gets back and forth, Ertz will be highly involved.
Will Dissly
Just as much as I’m targeting talented TEs vs Arizona, we have always done so vs Cleveland.  Ever the old school coach, Carroll and co. design plays for Dissly and I can see him seeing multiple looks over multiple possessions in the red zone.  He’s a boom or bust TE play that will go largely ignored in favor of the other TEs above.
My two least favorites are Kittle and Andrews.  The industry is high on Kittle, but I have legitimate concerns about Kittle being used in pass protection with the loss of their talented full back.  Any dip in targets brings him below Ertz and Hooper who are in great spots. Mark Andrews is clearly Jackson’s #2 WR behind Hollywood Brown. First, he had a foot, and now a shoulder.  He’s played banged up all season and hasn’t really seen much of a dip in snaps or routes ran. I just like the other TEs so much more. It will be a very dangerous fade, but one I’m going to take.
Defense
Tennessee Titans.
Week in and week out, they shut down opponents and quietly accumulate fantasy points.  They haven’t had a blow-up spot, they still are averaging 10 fantasy points a game, and have held 4 of 5 opponents (including Atlanta to 10) under 20 points.  The other opponent only had 20. Yes, they’re on the road in altitude vs Denver, but I’ll bank on Flacco to lay one bad pass out there that is pick 6 eligible.
Washington/Miami
The two worst defenses vs the two worst offenses.  They’re going to be some sloppy plays and sacks to go around.  My favorite is Washington as Miami has been a team to target all season. Yes, it’s no longer Fitzpatrick at the helm, but Rosen isn’t much better.  He’s less turnover prone than Fitzpatrick (Only Winston is apparently), but far from a top QB. I’ll take my shots at Washington under a new regime to play with some intensity Sunday.
New Orleans Saints
A road underdog?  I think the Minshew hype comes crashing down vs this defensive line to come in and pressure the rookie.  Shutdown corner Marshawn Lattimore has had his ups and downs but look for the bounce back spot to contain the rising DJ Chark this week.  If I’m wrong, load up on Fournette, Minshew and maybe Westbrook over Chark this week.
Baltimore Ravens
They have not been the Ravens defense of old, but a matchup vs an AFC North team will cure that remedy.  I don’t trust Andy Dalton on the road here and is a pick 6 candidate with a low team total here.
49ers/Rams
The game has the second highest total but is a highly anticipated NFC West divisional game.  Division games seem to move slower, scoreless, and wait for defenses to make big plays to change field position and open things up.  I favor the home favorite Rams defense as I have yet to see Jimmy G unload this season. The Rams have a good run defense, and the 49ers are a run first team which will force Jimmy G to throw more than usual, and I think the Rams secondary is better than the 49ers WR core.  And of course, with no Gurley, the 49ers can prepare ahead for a heavy dose of passing. More passing from either team, produces more chances for sacks, sack fumbles, INTs and defensive touchdowns.

One rough ass week man
rant rant rant . . . vent vent vent . . . for my personal benefit and mindset
Parentals kicked me out of the house last Saturday night (aka I would have been driving 7 hours all night and probably would have crashed)...needless to say, they didn’t care. That night was rough - I stopped at the store; bought some bad habits; and sat in a parking lot at wadeview park trying to calm down. No one to talk to - except my amazing baby sister...bff is in Fiji, the other bff is in Rome, the other bff was on a cruise,  the person I normally talk well we don’t talk anymore, and everyone else was busy.
Yes, I understand you can’t call your dad a dumbass but getting kicked out was a bit much.  Luckily megs only lives 4 hours away from Orlando so I drove there and literally was asleep the whole last hour - idk how I made it tbh.
Bad habits/thoughts ran through my mind unlike they have in almost a year. That night is the toughest night I’ve had to get through in a while.
None of my friends were in town while I was there (I was supposed to be there for another week) so I’m upset that I couldn’t see them
_______________________________________________________________________
I’ve been in atl doing nothing this week and it's boring but I’ve at least been pretty ambitious and got a few things done:
   -worked on my London puzzle
   -took up chess
   -cleaned
-hit the mall and did some personal shopping and boi did I need that
-wish I could’ve had school to get done early AND no I’m not ready to start          summer classes in 2 days
-CRIMINAL MINDS BINGEEEEEE <333 (may or may not have gotten through      2 seasons in 1 week oops #sorrynotsorry)
   -laid out by the pool
   -got prepared for classes
-kinda wanna start making my own pins on Pinterest/make a website with           any and all nursing-ish study tools/pictures because I know I’m always                looking for things and I wish it was all in one place.
-added some more to my bullet journal AND let me say being OCD af is really      fucking difficult because you cant ripe pages out without ruining the binding
-decided I’m taking chess and magic back up
-kinda sorta maybe might apply to the FBI because 1) that's cool af, 2) I              wanna be a badass like JJ, and 3) they hire nurses !!
-I’m looking into getting a personal trainer and learning some combat                  fighting/mma style workout. I don't wanna be with other people but rather          have it set up for me because I don't work out soooo I need some attention
So many wants but the likelihood of any of them getting accomplished .... slim to none with my school schedule. Feelin really lonely lately and wish people were here but I also don’t want to be around anyone either so I'm gonna enjoy these last 2 days alone. Not to mention insomnia ~ havent slept the past 2 nights which is rare for me especially with my meds because they help calm me down. So mnay thing running through my mind last night it was living in my own personal hell.

Dominic Breazeale insists he’s unfazed by Deontay Wilder’s power ahead of world title showdown
Don't worry. about me, & # 39; says Dominic Breazeale bracing himself to meet WBC world heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder in New York on Saturday night.
That self-assurance is the answer to a reminder of how Wilder flattened Tyson Fury so violently that the half-conscious gypsy king staggered on his feet was compared to raising Lazarus from the dead.
Deontay Wilder and Dominic Breazeale
<img id = "i-2822eb52d003a6dc" src = "https://dailym.ai/2Q9tN9i 7028875-image-a-1_1557859736542.jpg "height =" 423 "width =" 634 "alt =" <img id = "i-2822eb52d003a6dc" src = "https://dailym.ai/2OTvk2r /05/14/19/13495958-7028875-image-a-1_1557859736542.jpg "height =" 423 "width =" 634 "alt =" <img id = "i-2822eb52d003a6dc" src = "https: // i. dailymail.co.uk/1s/2019/05/14/19/13495958-7028875-image-a-1_1557859736542.jpg "height =" 423 "width =" 634 "alt =" Deontay Wilder and Dominic Breazeale clash Saturday in New York for the WBC World Title "
Deontay Wilder and Dominic Breazeale collide Saturday in New York for the WBC World Title
& # 39; I am ready for the power of Deontay & # 39 ;, says the 6ft 7in Californian. & # 39; I will feel it and smile immediately. & # 39; And if the man who takes pride in eliminating everyone, he will think … "Oh, s ***". & # 39; That acts in the Fury and Anthony Joshua narration that unless Wilder lands one of his destructive right-handed people he misses the ring craft to impose his will and authority on their unholy trinity
. The lack of that reasoning is that Breazeale was eliminated when he came to London to give a big blow to Joshua, who, although he certainly hits, does not have Wilder's single-blow detonation.
But Breazeale has no option but to believe that he is now matured to the point where he can out-box the Bomber.
<img id = "i-f701d63f4a4b4bd0" src = "https://dailym.ai/2vWcqzn image-a-2_1557859763693.jpg "height =" 423 "width =" 634 "alt =" <img id = "i-f701d63f4a4b4bd0" src = "https://dailym.ai/2J2OwKp /14/19/13496014-7028875-image-a-2_1557859763693.jpg "height =" 423 "width =" 634 "alt =" <img id = "i-f701d63f4a4b4bd0" src = "https: //i.dailymail. co.uk/1s/2019/05/14/19/13496014-7028875-image-a-2_1557859763693.jpg "height =" 423 "width =" 634 "alt =" Breazeale insists he Wilder & # 39; s power and can believe that he can skip his countryman "
So says he about the night three years ago when Joshua inflicted his only defeat: & The difference between me now and the Breazeale that fought against Joshua is day and night. I am so much more complete and well-rounded.
& # 39; I would not say that I had challenged AJ urgently, but I went to my first world title fight when my mental skills were not there. Physically it went fine. Not strategic. But that loss has turned out to be a motivation for me to grow, to not only knock people out of the ring in some cases. & # 39;
This boiled over to a steamy southern night in Birmingham, Alabama when Breazeale went to see how Wilder defended his WBC world heavyweight title and called him
A shout followed at the hotel where they were staying and Breazeale took exception to Wilder who screamed threats and threats for my wife and children. & # 39;
<img id = "i-9ea4cd8aa795da56" src = "https://dailym.ai/2QcZheN -4_1557860343060.jpg "height =" 470 "width =" 634 "alt =" Wilder floored Tyson Fury in the last round of their dramatic and controversial draw last year] Wilder floored Tyson Fury in the last round of their dramatic and controversial draw
Wilder floored Tyson Fury in the final round of their dramatic and controversial draw last year
Now, on the eve of them with hammer blows at the Brooklyn Center instead of insults in the lobby, he says: & # 39; That was out of order, so I want to teach Deontay a lesson, to take out the puncher, to close his mouth once and for all, to retire him let go, and also impress yourself with heavy boxing in the world. & # 39;
That outburst seems to be out of balance with this freeze original giant who started his sporting life in the three major American college sports.
Those activities plus his ambition to become an American Olympian – where we take our first glimpse of him as a qualifying round loser for a Russian at the 2012 London Games – made him a late starter as professional.
Breazeale remembers: & # 39; When my career in university transportation ended, I was told that I would be picked up by one of several interested NFL teams in the third round of the draw. At the same time I was approached to try boxing. I thought it was a strange idea, but I went to the gym to try it out and a trainer told me I could become a heavyweight world champion. & # 39;
So even he is not of the same height as Wilder but also of the same 33 years, Saturday night in the Big Apple only brings its 22nd paid fight.
But while Fury is the only one of them.
But while Fury is the only one of
Fury recovered from two knockdowns – those almost decapitated in the 12th round – to become the only Wilder man the distance or to deny him the victory Many, among them Breazeale, support his claim that I deserve better than the draw.
& # 39; I thought Tyson won & # 39 ;, says Breazeale. & # 39; But that was because he had a stunning atl eat is for a man of 6ft 9 in his size.
& # 39; But with my background in football and basketball, I am an even more complete athlete than Tyson and would not have the same problems Wilder had when catching up with him and landing my punches. & # 39;
<img id = "i-778c428af52eb4be" src = "https://dailym.ai/2vWcrDr -3_1557860149067.jpg "height =" 423 "width =" 634 "alt ="
According to the American, he has since matured as a hunter and has Wilder in New York from <img id = "i-778c428af52eb4be" src = "https://dailym.ai/2Q9tNGk" height = "423" width = "634" alt = "<img id =" i-778c428af52eb4be "src =" https://dailym.ai/2vWctLz image-a-3_1557860149067.jpg "height =" 423 "width =" 634 "alt =" <img id = "i-778c428af52eb4be" src = "https://dailym.ai/2J2OwKp /14/19/13496010-7028875-image-a-3_1557860149067.jpg "height =" 423 "width =" 634 "alt =" The American believes he has since matured as a hunter and uper Wilder in New York. can make Wilder angry in New York
Breazeale is fully convinced that he will defeat Joshua the second round around the strange man outside the big three to become the next undisputed heavyweight champion.
He says: & # 39; I am driven by two desires. One to take revenge on Wilder for the bad way I behaved for my family. Secondly to get rebuttal against Joshua for my only loss. & # 39; The bets are tough against him to start this process this weekend.
Although with the hat trick of seemingly routine heavyweight title fights ahead, he seems to have a better chance of an unlikely upset against Wilder than Andy Ruiz Jr against Joshua or Tom Schwarz against Fury.
Undaunted, Breazeale says: & # 39; We quarters behind us are grown accustomed to lying around by big hard men … and they hit. & # 39;

Nottingham Bound
I’ve been successfully living in Nottingham, England for about 2 weeks and really starting to get the hang of UK life! But first let’s rewind to my departure date on Tuesday, September 19th…my lovely parents and I woke up bright and early and departed to Tampa airport around 9am for my first flight TPA to ATL where we hurriedly hugged goodbye for as long as we could in the drop off area. My mom helped me wheel in my absurd amount of luggage to check my bags then I was on my own! I breezed through security and hung out at the gate anxiously watching the screen for a seat to be assigned to me (those of you who have never flown standby don’t know the torment of wondering “Will I make it on this flight?!”. Prior to boarding I was assigned a seat (a middle seat but luckily, it’s a short flight) and started in on my current read, “What Happened” by Hillary Clinton, for a majority of the flight.
Upon arrival in ATL I knew I had time to kill prior to my connection to Heathrow so I made my way toward Gate E and F where international flights leave. After a successful flight I figured I deserved a drink so I sat down at the Piano Bar in the food court area and ordered an overpriced glass of Sauvignon Blanc. While sipping my wine a girl who I presumed was a few years younger than me sat down a seat away from me and asked if the seat was taken. I replied no, go ahead and sit down and we got to talking. Turns out she was heading to Madrid, Spain! My home-away-from-home, what a nice little coincidence. She said she would be flying in and out of Madrid and traveling all over Spain for a span of about a month. I couldn’t wait to give her some tips of what to see and she asked for restaurant recommendations so I recommended La Rollerie which is a cute café where I ate almost every day during my first week located right in Puerta del Sol right in the heart of Madrid! I also told her about how some museums do discounted entry on Thursday evenings. Then I finished my wine, wished her luck and headed to grab a bite to eat and go to my gate.
When I got to Gate F5 there was no one in sight because I was so early so I plopped my stuff down, snacked on my veg subway sandwich and anxiously waited for my departure. Last time I left the country I talked to my sister Shelyah who calmed my nerves by saying how proud she was of me and that she believed I would be very successful and this time I talked to my sister Maddie. We talked about our days, reminisced a little, and talked about her coming to visit me in England. By this time people had gathered at the gate and the gate agents called my name to come up to the desk. When I went up to the desk I found out I was upgraded to first class! (One of my flight attendant friends told me first class seats cost $8k… holy crap). I was flying overseas in style! As I boarded I sat down and was immediately offered champagne which I humbly accepted 😉 The rest of the flight was pretty relaxing. We departed the east coast around 6pm and were set to arrive in London at 7am local time. During the flight I watched movies, listened to music, tried to sleep (which is difficult to do even in the fully reclining seats in first class), and of course ate and drank lots of yummy food and alcoholic bevvies. Landing in London was smooth and we were served breakfast but I was exhausted because  I had slept about 2 hours during the flight.
Customs was an absolutely ridiculous experience because they herded all the students like cattle into a blob of a line which took probably just short of 2 hours to wait in but I met a nice undergrad student who was from Malaysia. He told me when he went to New York and was unfortunately one of the detainees at the airport after Trump’s inauguration. He said they held him for 9 hours, took his phone, and didn’t really tell him what was going on. He said he was relieved to be released and able to call his family and even in spite of that he enjoyed his time in the states. I apologized on behalf of all Americans who didn’t vote for Trump (and the ones who did) and explained I was glad to leave the country for a year to escape the divided country America had become in recent years. After finally making it through customs and grabbing a cart to collect all my bags I decided to head toward the underground. It felt like I walked about 2 miles through the Heathrow airport with my stupid and heavy luggage cart until I realized riding the underground would be nearly impossible with all my luggage and being tired and cranky I decided to bite the bullet and see how much a taxi would be to get me to the St. Pancras train station where I had booked a train ticket to take me to Nottingham. Since I didn’t have a signal on my phone to call an uber - I didn’t have many other options. The taxi driver said it would cost me 80 pounds ($110) and be an hour and 15 min ride. I agreed and just put it on my credit card...ouch. I fought sleep the entire ride to the train station and then awkwardly struggled to drag all my luggage inside. I got directions from a nice policeman to the correct platform and there was wifi in the waiting area so I texted my landlord Sarah that I was in London. She said she would pick me up at the train station in Notts and bring me to my flat. All of this went as planned and when I finally got on the train I passed out dead asleep only to be awakened 15 minutes later by the ticket checker poking me…*Ticket please*… Oh here you go I said and then went back to sleep. Nottingham was the last stop on the train and when I unloaded everything I only had to wait a few minutes before Sarah arrived. The drive was quick to my flat which is in a small gated community of brick flats which mainly house students. Since I was the first one to arrive she let me have my pick of the girls’ rooms and I chose the biggest one 😊
The next day I decided to walk to campus for international student induction and random errands I needed to run. My first day was a HOT. MESS. I literally walked 10 miles trying to find my way from home to both campuses. Even using Google Maps and a campus map was confusing because some buildings have the same names. After getting good and sweaty, asking for directions umpteen times, and finally getting cash out so I was able to take the bus home later I actually made some progress on the errands I needed to accomplish which was picking up my Student ID card, BRP card (local English ID confirming visa status), and a schedule of events on campus.
A few days later my roommates started moving in (3 guys and 2 other girls). Mattia was the first to move in, he is Italian. Then Fran (English girl), Tom (English guy), and Max (German guy). And finally, Lauren (English girl). All of us get along very well so far and even ran some errands together to get some things for our bedrooms to feel more at home. I got “fairy lights” (which are just fancier named Christmas lights), a small purple lamp, and paper lantern to cover the naked lightbulb hanging from my ceiling. My room is pretty cozy now and even better that we have heat! All of us roomies get along very well and just had a successful “movie” night where I invited my course mates over and my flatmates joined us for pizza, wine, and snacks in our lounge. It was loads of fun and we all got along well with each other!
P.s. I booked my first adventure to Berlin, Germany on Nov 3-6 and some of my friends are planning to come too! Very excited to have a few getaways during my year abroad!

#DJFOCUS INTERVIEW DJ FAB ROC & DJ MISS MILAN
I recently caught up with two of the most in demand female DJ’s on the New York music scene right now and a chat to find out how they first got started!
Hey ladies, first of all I wanted to start by getting to know some more about your background, are you both originally born and raised in New York? If so where specifically?
Fab: I'm from NY, was born in Manhattan and lived in Queens for a few years before moving to Rockland County.
Milan: Yes I am from New York, born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens.
How has where you grew up influenced your musical tastes?
F: I'm Haitian, so a lot of my growing up music was Caribbean as well as classic R&B, Jazz, I was also a z100 kid - I didn't get into Hip Hop until middle school years, therefore I have a lot of rock/soft rock and pop influence in my taste of music.
M: I come from a Caribbean / Bajan background, so growing up I was always listening to all types of music from Reggae and Soca to Hip Hop and Jazz, everything was played in my house.
Have you always wanted to become a DJ or did you have plans to fulfil other career paths in music / other fields?
M: Growing up I created a girl group and thought we were going to be the next Destiny's Child lol, but singing and dancing is something that I’ve always been apart of musically, it wasn’t until I got older and wanted to do something different but still in the music lane is when I wanted to become a DJ.
F: Nope! I grew up watching my cousin make a living from being a DJ but he was based in Miami. My Dad was in the music and entertainment industry and a career through that path was never really encouraged by my parents. Less than 2-years ago is when I decided to look into it, then I started taking classes and next thing you know I was full swing into DJing. It was one of those things I wish I started so much earlier but truly believe it's meant for me.
Are you lucky enough to be able to DJ full time or are you also currently juggling a day grind if so how hard do you find it balancing the two?
F: Not yet - hopefully soon. My day-grind thankfully is aligned with the industry so it's not too bad. I plan events and market a downtown venue in NYC, where I get to do the programming and book events for the venue.
M: I wouldn't say lucky, more so blessed, really having the determination, discipline & working smart towards my dreams caused me to be able to live the life that I do. Not to say having a 9-5 to help with your goals and dreams isn't an option, I just know myself and what I'm capable of doing to fit my standard of success.
What was your first DJ booking experience like?
F: I was terrified. A friend let me open for his birthday and I remember wanting to throw up before I started. Those jitters went away quick.
M: My very first booking was a baby shower and I had to play for 6 hours. I remember being excited because I was taking lessons and really practicing so to get a booking for that long was dope to me. The next day I got booked to DJ at Starlets which at the time was growing into Queens most popular strip club and I was more nervous to play there for an hour but ended up doing pretty good my first time.
With so many talented DJ's on the New York music scene how do you set yourself apart from the rest to continue to guarantee being booked for events regularly? Is it a difficult scene to be on?
M: I just really focus on me and what it is that I bring to the turntables, I genuinely enjoy what I do so its never forced or faked and I do believe that it shows each time I perform. My style isn't just dropping records, I'm here to really perform and give you all a show.
F: Yes and no. I pride myself on talent, song selection, and my personality. I strive to give people a musical journey. I'm not pressed on what time I play - it's all important to me. I try to select music that triggers past memories, emotions, and shit that you haven't heard in a minute and forgot about. I try to give that "wow" factor with my selections.
Milan you have regular residency every Sunday at Arlo Hotels in the city for their Champagne Sunday's, tell us a bit about that, how did that come about?
My manager Chanel actually got me that booking. Each Sunday during the summer I'll be spinning at Arlo Hotel Rooftop located in Soho, brunch is served from 1-4 along with some dope vibes provided by me. I'm able to play any and everything because the crowd is so diverse and just want to have a great time.
Fab you recently got to spend your birthday in Bermuda and to top it off DJ there, how was that experience for you?
It was amazing. Being able to travel to a new country and also play for a new group of people was really a blessing and the best way to spend my birthday. I don't consider it work since I love it. I also got to connect with locals and see what music they're listening to, new artists coming up, etc.
Milan you featured as a special guest DJ on Charlamagne's MTV2 show 'Uncommon Sense' how did that opportunity come about and did it open up a lot of doors in terms of demand in bookings after?
Thanks to a good friend and mentor Taxstone, he was able to put in a good word for me and thought as well that it would be a dope look. I mean it definitely put me in a good spotlight but being asked to come back again for a second time meant I knew that I was doing something right when the crowd and producers really enjoyed my energy and set.
Fab you have a podcast called 'Last Call' can you tell us about that, are there any episodes coming up soon we should look out for?
A friend actually started this podcast and asked me to be a voice on it. We've been recording just short of a year now so it's been a great tool for me to get used to speaking with and to people on a platform. Some past episodes that are my favourite are the ones with Tracy G, Chris Goins, and Jonathan form Blavity.
Both of you get booked fairly often to DJ at events on the same line up together in particular at Kim Chanel and Junae Brown's events, what would you say has been one of your favourite events you have DJ'd at together?
F: I think my favourite event we've both been on was the Loud Speaker Network Holiday party. I opened for Milan and the room was activated. She went on and took it into a Southern direction and killed it. It was also a chill vibe where people were kicking it.
M: The energy of Kim & Junae’s events are always on 100% and I enjoy listening to Fab play when I do catch her spinning.
What would you consider your biggest moment of DJ career so far?
F: I was fortunate enough to be featured in Essence Magazine twice. One of them the Obama's were on the cover. That moment I still don't think I've fully processed.
M: My biggest moment of my DJ career so far would be being on T.V and being able to say I did a tour so far with the 4 Lovers Only Tour I recently was just on.
Have either of you had your own show on a radio station before? Is being a DJ on air something that would be of interest to you?
F: Honestly I wouldn't mind -- radio has so much politics though as far as what you can/cannot play. I think satellite is the way to go like Beats One. Having a show like Soulection would be TIGHT.
M: Not on a actual FM station but as far as internet radio yes, a good friend of mine DJ Ernz & myself once hosted a weekly music segment. In my DJ career I wouldn't mind doing it to say I did it but it isn't something that is always a must.
If you could DJ for any artist and go on tour as their official DJ, one being a major international artist and the other being an independent artist who would they be?
F: Rihanna. Sza... as far as independent, Mike Classic.
M: Of course Beyonce, Rihanna or Sza because I'm all of them in one form lol, I dig their music, message and boss ass chick mentality so for sure my top three. Independent artist, my girl Connie Diiamond is a artist that needs to be watched because her music, style and creativity is gonna blow people away. I'm already her DJ so thats one out of two lol.
Where has been your favourite city or country to DJ so far and where is on your list to go? Hopefully we can see you in London some time soon!
M: That would have to be LA & ATL so far, they really gave me so much love and energy. Yes international bookings are up next, the only one I've done so far was Bermuda but definitely need to come to UK and make it happen!
F: I would love to go to London - just say the word!! haha I DJ'ed Austin and that was fun... I still have a lot more work to do but I'd love to do North Cali, Miami, Haiti, Paris, and Spain would be fun!
Finally tell us what you have coming up, any events that people should check you out at etc!
F: Follow me on bandsintown.com/FabRoc or my website fabrocpresents.com and all my gigs are posted there... outside of NYC I'll be in Tallahassee for FAMU Homecoming on Oct 13th. For NYC - Camp Ryan pool party on July 23 Sound & Vibes with DJ Enuff on August 12 and a few other gigs in between :)

Aqib Talib snatched Michael Crabtree’s chain again, plus 6 more things we loved about Week 12 in the NFL
Julio Jones took ankles, internet browser requests to fire John Fox, and the Eagles have too much sauce.
We all slept on it, and we shouldn’t have.
The first matchup between Michael Crabtree and Aqib Talib since Talib snatched his chain off his neck, like T.I. did to Lauren London in ATL, has been on the NFL schedules for months, and none of us made note of it. Shame on us, as “NFL fans” for not acknowledging this predictably momentous day ahead of time.
In the first quarter of the game, Crabtree was blocking Talib, who saw the perfect opportunity to once again steal his neck piece. It let to both of the players spilling over into the Broncos’ sideline, locked with more strength than the links on Crab’s chain:
Here’s the entire exchange for your viewing pleasure, with punches thrown by both Talib and Crabtree at the end:
Crabtree, Talib, and Raiders guard Gabe Jackson were all ejected in the brawl. After Talib’s ejection, he was escorted through the Raiders’ sideline by Marshawn Lynch.
But there was a twist that emerged after the game. Chris Harris Jr. pointed out that Crabtree had given him an uppercut to the stomach the play before:
“I have never seen that in the NFL,” Harris said. “Today, he just came out wanting to fight. He didn’t want to play football. It was the second play of the game. It was a run play, I was playing man, and I wasn’t even doing anything. He just came in there, was like BAM, hit me right in the middle of the stomach and I just lost my breath.”
Broncos safety Justin Simmons backed that up, saying, “He said that Crabtree had hit him, uppercut him on the stomach on his way out. So Aqib took that personal.”
But let’s take a step back here a second. The first time Talib took Crabtree’s chain off his neck took some guts. You don’t do that unless you 1. know that person isn’t retaliating, or 2. you are really about it, and know you can back up such a disrespectful thing.
And there wasn’t bad blood there previously. Talib just didn’t vibe with Crabtree’s look.
“He’s just been wearing that chain all year and it just been growing on me,” Talib said last season. “I said if he wears that chain in front of me I’m going to snatch it off. So he wore it in front of me so I had to snatch it off.”
My personal equivalent to that would be taking these Wahl clippers straight through Mark Davis’ hair so he can start over, but that’s neither here nor there.
Even in a second matchup, you have to be an entirely different savage to do it again. Crabtree knew that — while he played it cool last time — he had to swing on Talib. You can’t let another man do that to you twice with no retaliation. At that point, his teammates are going to lose respect for him if he doesn’t, and maybe some family members too.
Clearly Crabtree was feeling some type of way going into the game — but he directed his anger at the wrong person, and Talib still took his chain.
Honestly, if the NFL put this one on Pay-Per-View, I’m shelling out the dough and having a party at my place. The NFL is lacking any kind of a rivalry that we can look forward to. Even if this one was bound to end in the first round, I’m never going to say no to watching one make snatch the chain off of another and enjoying whatever comes next.
Also while we’re here, I photoshopped this, but some people on the internet thought my skills were so sharp that it was real:
wow that stat http://pic.twitter.com/C6lZQIwgN5
— Harry Lyles Jr. (@harrylylesjr) November 26, 2017
Anyway, there were other revenge games this week like Blaine Gabbert vs. the Jaguars, and Alshon Jeffery vs. the Bears, but this is the only one that actually mattered.
If Talib does this again next year, we’re going to have to start calling him Debo.
Here’s what else was great about Week 12.
Quintorris Lopez Jones of the House Atlanta, The First of His Name, Receiver of Footballs, Father of Defensive Backs, and Taker of Ankles
JULIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHMYGOD!
Julio Jones had himself A Game on Sunday afternoon against the Buccaneers. And before you can be a troll and tell me it came against the Bucs, let me tell you from my most sincere spot in my heart — I don’t care.
To go along with his 12 receptions, 253 yards and two touchdowns, he also had a pair of ankles:
That is Ryan Smith, who basically left one of those tape outlines you see at a crime scene at the eight-yard line.
Julio absolutely cooked him like the Thanksgiving turkey he had on Thursday. He then finished it with a delicious dive to the end zone, like some sweet potato casserole (shout out to my mom, who cooks better than yours, though I hope you had a good Thanksgiving anyway).
There isn’t a catch Antonio Brown can’t complete
The Steelers had 17 seconds to get into field goal range from their own 30 while tied at 28 after forcing the Packers into a three-and-out. It was all they needed.
Antonio Brown came down with one of the best fundamental catches of the season. He was full extension, eyes on the ball, left foot planted flat in bounds, while narrowly dragging his right to secure this catch:
It led to Chris Boswell tying the longest field goal in Heinz Field history with a 53-yarder to win the game.
My takeaway from this: I am convinced the only person in human history with better footwork than Antonio Brown might be Michael Jackson.
THAT’S NOW HOW THAT WORKS, CHRIS
Delanie Walker scored a touchdown to bring the Titans within two points of the Colts in Indianapolis. He celebrated his touchdown by giving the ball CPR.
Somehow, that’s not how FOX broadcaster Chris Myers interpreted it:
How does Chris Myers think burping a baby works? http://pic.twitter.com/lwYCec5jxg
— Mike Tunison (@xmasape) November 26, 2017
I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt — somehow — and say that he just had a brain fart. Otherwise, I’d be very concerned about his children’s upbringing.
Clearly Chris Myers isn’t a fan of The Office and one of its greatest scenes.
We don’t deserve the Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles are the best team in the NFL right now, and it’s really hard for me to hate them.
Week in and week out, they’re bringing great celebrations. It can be a baseball game, a group spike, or an impression of Backpack Kid.
This week, they gave us two gems. The first, was a perfectly-executed bowling celebration:
It wasn’t quite the phenomenal 7-10 split from Alley Cats Strike, but I suppose it’s better to just get a strike and have everybody involved.
The better of the two celebrations was the group of Eagles on the field just doing the Electric Slide. My goodness, what a sight:
I am aggressively rooting for this to start a wave of team dancing on the field in the NFL. The Titans did their best impression of the Temptations earlier this month. Let the Jets hit a collective Milly Rock, and the Falcons can do Shawty Lo’s dance in the “Dey Know” video. Give this game some flavor.
“Internet browser hates Bears coach”
You have to admire the determination and creativity by this Bears fan. Assuming they traveled to Philadelphia (who knows), they advocated for John Fox’s firing with a subtle message:
Rofl this Bears fan has a creative way of saying he was wants coach Jon Fox fired http://pic.twitter.com/lm5BSJ3WLZ
— Eric Fawcett (@Efawcett7) November 26, 2017
For the uninitiated, that’s the logo of the internet browser Firefox. Imagine all of the confused fans in Philly looking at this Bears fan with a picture of a fox. They probably imagined that was some kind of cub.
But we here at SB Nation appreciate your efforts, Bears Fan.
Back to the Eagles real quick
Yeah, I’m double dipping on the Eagles.
Here is Corey Clement, Jay Ajayi, and LeGarrette Blount getting pumped before the game to Cardi B’s “Bodak Yellow”:
#Eagles RBs hyped @LG_Blount @JayAjayi @CoreyClement_6 @KBDeuce4 http://pic.twitter.com/ctnFwx07Qv
— John Clark (@JClarkNBCS) November 26, 2017
The game was over before it even started.
OTHER THINGS FROM WEEK 12
Bears and Eagles practice re-gifting by turning the ball over to each other on the same play.
Bill Belichick waited 13 years to run another fake punt.
2 Chiefs players tried to catch the same screen pass.
Don’t interrupt Superman!
Browns turned to emergency punter Zane Gonzalez, who shanked his first try.
Alshon Jeffery made $250,000 with a touchdown against his old team.
You can’t throw punches, you’ll get ejected for them.
Delanie Walker performed CPR on a football, and the announcer thought he was burping a baby.
Alex Smith’s game-sealing interception bailed out referees after a bad call.
The Jets were very Jets-y on Sunday.
Marshawn Lynch escorted Aqib Talib through the Raiders sideline after his ejection.
The Raiders finally got an interception!
Not sure if Rams WR Josh Reynolds, or Rafiki from The Lion King.
Alvin Kamara hurdled a man.
JIMMY G DEBUT (short but good!).
Blaine Gabbert got “revenge” on the Jaguars.
The Saints’ terrible decision to kick a field goal in the 4th quarter cost them dearly.
STUCK FACEMASKS!
Sunday scores
Patriots 35, Dolphins 17
Titans 20, Colts 16
Seahawks 24, 49ers 13
Falcons 34, Buccaneers 20
Bengals 30, Browns 16
Bills 16, Chiefs 10

The Best Things We Ate This Week (1)

- Jake Missing, Staff Writer
 Mac And Wild £ £ £ £ British  in  City ££££ 9A Devonshire Square
Deep-fried Mars Bar Sundae
“I have a confession - I don’t know why Hot Priest never magically appears when I say this - I had never eaten a deep-fried Mars bar before my recent trip to Mac and Wild. There, I said it. But happily for me, but not my arteries, I am going to be eating a lot more if they all taste this good. I have a suspicion the sheer glory of this dessert was also down to the ice cream and whisky-infused toffee sauce. All in all, a sweet treat for the ages.”
- Heidi Lauth Beasley, Staff Writer
 Coya London ££££ 118 Piccadilly
Crab, Tuna, and Salmon Tacos
“London is home to a lot of things: double-decker buses, overly confident pigeons, and people who pretend they don’t watch Love Island. But decent tacos isn’t one of them, which is why I was so excited about the tacos at Peruvian spot Coya. I had the tuna, crab, and salmon. The crab tacos are the tell-you-I-love-you-on-the-first-date kind of good, but the tuna and salmon are also pretty great. Just get them all.”
- Rianne Shlebak, Editorial Assistant
Jake Missing The Good Egg £ £ £ £ Middle Eastern  in  Stoke Newington ££££ 93 Church St
- Jake Missing, Staff Writer
 OMBRA ££££ 1 Vyner St
The Park Picnic For Two
“Look, I rarely picnic.
- Heidi Lauth Beasley, Staff Writer
 Mamasons ££££ 32 Newport Court
The Bilog
“Hi my name is Rianne, and I’m an ice-cream addict. So much so that I decided the perfect time to try this Filipino spot, that I’d been wanting to visit for months, was on a rainy Sunday. I ordered a bilog (a milk bun filled with ice-cream) and went with the Milo flavour (yes, the chocolate powder). It was basically like eating a pancake filled with ice-cream, what’s not to like?”
-Rianne Shlebak, Editorial Assistant
 Xi'an Impression £ £ £ £ Chinese  in  Highbury ££££ 117 Benwell Rd
Beef Biang Biang Noodles
“If I was playing a game of word association and someone said ‘soulmate’, my instant, brain-snap reaction would be shouting ‘liangpi noodles’. You see, we are very much an item, me and Xi’an’s traditional coldskin. But this week I went rogue and ordered the hand-pulled biang biang noodles instead. They travelled well, the noodles were just the right amount of chewy, and the beef smelt so good that my flatmate pulled the old meerkat air-sniff move when they arrived. Officially my mistress.”

Where To Order Dessert From When That Chocolate Rice Cake Just Isn’t Going To Cut It (1) added to Google Docs
Where To Order Dessert From When That Chocolate Rice Cake Just Isn’t Going To Cut It (1)
Enter stage right: you, wearing trackies and inexplicably, a t-shirt advertising Marmite. You do not remember where it came from or which day you put it on. It is either 4pm or 4am. Who knows. You open your cupboard and say out-loud, manically, alone: TIME FOR A SWEET TREAT BABY.
But wait, where are the Oreos? The brownies? You know the cheesecake is long gone, but the flapjack, surely you didn’t already eat the flapjack? Slick with regret and panic, the memory folds in, you at 3am crushing flapjack into your strawberry ice cream and calling it a sundae. Bless your heart.
The only thing left in the back of the cupboard is those chocolate rice cakes you bought at the beginning of all this, when you thought that you were going to get into meditation and something called ‘self-care’. Poor naive early-lockdown you, how could they have known you were going to average 42g of sugar a day? It’s a moment of desperation, you might even have thoughts like ‘could I put honey on the rice cake, would that help’?
No, it won’t. Order in from one of these places instead.
Featured In The Ultimate London Delivery & Takeaway Guide See all our guides delivering across london  Gelupo £ £ £ £ Ice Cream ,  Italian  in  Soho ££££ 7 Archer St Not
Rated
Yet
Gelupo’s gelato delivery person is the adult equivalent of the tooth fairy. Minus the breaking and entering, and the exchanging of money for teeth. OK, so they don’t have all that much in common. But the point is that their gelato is excellent, and they’re delivering it to all London postcodes. See? magical. Place your order here.
Bread Ahead £ £ £ £ Cafe/Bakery  in  London Bridge ££££ Borough Market Not

Hey, remember croissants? They’re these things you ate before you started inhaling leftover fridge-temperature carbonara for breakfast. Go back to the golden era of pain au chocolat with a big order from Bread Ahead. You can find their jam doughnuts, chocolate brownies, banana cake, and even a baker’s kit at their online shop, as well as virtual cooking courses. They’re delivering to a range of postcodes across London that you can check out here.
L'ETO Caffè ££££ 155 Wardour St
There’s cake, and then there’s L’Eto Café’s cakes. We’re talking honey cake as thick as a brick, chocolate sponge cake with additional chocolate glazing and rose buds, and a raspberry meringue cake we’d want to frame and eat at the same time. This seriously good Soho spot is delivering direct from their online shop, just be aware that you might need to give them a few days notice.
Crosstown Doughnuts & Coffee ££££ 4 Broadwick St
We could go for a chocolate truffle doughnut right about now. Or ten. Crosstown are delivering their big-deal doughnuts across London. Hit them up on their website for their classic selection, working from home box, or their vegan favourites. If you happen to live near Shoreditch or Battersea, they’re doing express delivery, and then weekend drop-offs for the rest of the city.
Flour And Flowers ££££ 8 Hackney Road
Question: What do you call a person who is eating a white chocolate choux in their pyjamas? Answer: A fucking winner, that’s what. Flour And Flowers is a cute little neighbourhood coffee shop that is now delivering things like a pear and double chocolate turnover and vegan banana loaf direct to your home. If you happen to live within 10 miles of their Hackney Road café then delivery is just £2, and £3.50 for further afield. Just be sure to give them 24-hours notice.
The Great British Cheesecake Company ££££ Unit 1b Windermere Ave
No, you’re not going to mush up some quark and a Freddo and call it a cheesecake. Have some respect. Order one in from The Great British Cheesecake Company instead. They started as a food market regular, but now they deliver across London from a whole bunch of places from E14 over to NW3. To all our big kids out there, they also do a Kinder Bueno number.
Doughnut Time £ £ £ £ Cafe/Bakery  in  Soho ££££ 96 Shaftesbury Ave
Doughnut Time - or as we like to call it, right now - are doing DIY kits. Their packs come with freshly made doughnuts and all of the decorative supplies you’ll need to get your Bob Ross on with some icing. The kits start at twenty quid and if you’re feeling a little bit extra, they’re selling aprons and stickers too.
Dragon Cat Cafe ££££
There’s definitely something addictive in bubble tea. Is it nicotine? Crack? Jaffa Cakes? Or maybe it’s just a lot of sugar, who knows. And this little café in Hammersmith is delivering kits so you can make their delicious bubble tea at home. You can choose between Oreo milk tea and rose green tea kits at their online shop.
Lily Vanilli Bakery ££££ 6 The Courtyard
A wedding cake for one? Honestly, why the hell not, the snack rule book is abandoned. Lily Vanilli creates the kind of sweet treats that would make the average Bake Off contestant weep in a corner, and although their seriously impressive cakes start around the £50 mark, it’s worth it for a particularly glam isolation birthday. They also have more affordable, casual brownies and cupcakes available for delivery too.
SAID dal 1923 Antica Fabbrica del Cioccolato Roma ££££ 41 Broadwick St
We have a new hobby. It involves falling asleep with a box of chocolates and seeing how many haven’t melted by the time we wake up. Good times. Anyway, Said 23 are delivering their assorted pralines throughout London, including a large box set that even we’d struggle to finish. Specialising in all things ciococcolato, you can also order chocolate spread, their signature hot chocolate powder, and something very sexy called a magnum bar.
Sorry—looks like you screwed up that email address

We’re big fans of Uncle John’s bread. But this isn’t about bread, this is about sugar, and this great, little Ghanaian bakery in Seven Sisters is also delivering their carrot cake, sweet rolls, coconut chin chin, and cake with custard. Look out for sweet bad, a coconut doughnut situation that is only a pound and seriously moerish.

east Beigel Bake £ £ £ £ Deli  in  Shoreditch ££££ 159 Brick Ln 8.1 /10
24-hour Brick Lane bakery, Beigel Bake, is arguably as quintessentially London as Sherlock Holmes and traffic. And now, they’ve only gone and made their own delivery app. You can obviously order classics like the salt beef beigel, but there’s cheesecake, doughnuts, chocolate fudge brownies, and an apple strudel to get involved with too. Our personal favourite will forever be the caramel shortbread though.
