That sounded more aggressive than I meant it to sorry. I am a bit nervous about saying this online because I have seen how people often react, but I think I am willing to take that risk.

I deal with a lot of paranoia, and although some of this has been amusing, I am finding the plot line as a whole quite stressful.

I find stuff where people oppose Galaxy fun, and obviously council members can quit whenever, but I find the whole “trying to turn the council against Galaxy” bit actually quite distressing. I would greatly appreciate it if you could attack the council in a different manner.

(@merakilichfromspace this does not apply to you. you stated your intentions to eventually betray the council perfectly clearly in your application and I accepted your application with that knowledge. I think your particular plot is fun because of the way you are going about it)

World Maintenance

I know it's silly, but with how Yoshi P has referred to FFXIV as a Final Fantasy theme park whenever maintenance happens I always imagine, like, rather than just people doing coding or whatever, if we could log in we'd see NPCs moving around, checking the stonework in Ul'Dah, replastering the walls in Limsa Lominsa, that sort of thing. As if the whole thing IS a theme park!

I imagine staff members logging in to test the dungeons (which are clearly the rides in this analogy), them going though IDK, Totorak or something and the monsters are all like "RAAAWRROh its you guys, hey. Sorry. Carry on. Actually, while you're here, the entrance to the first boss fight has been slippery for a while, and there's a couple of rocks sticking out too that one of the WoLs could have a really nasty fall over, could you give em a look?" and the staff are just. going around with clipboards and toolkits, polishing things up and making sure it's all good to go. Gotta make sure the spooks and scares and challenges are what they intended rather than something bad for us.

I know it's daft, but it reminds me that this is a place built for us and built with so much love and care. Anyway, can't wait to see the new stuff!!
