Have you had our Sipping Chocolate? Well, it’s our best selling drink even when we try to under sell it every single time. Why do we under sell? It’s thick, it’s rich, it’s a tiny 4 oz. Drink, it’s not your typical hot chocolate drink, and it’s not very sweet. Yes, it’s a 70% which to us it’s pretty sweet, but to someone that’s not accustomed to dark chocolate it can come off as “bitter”. We don’t like to use the term bitter because craft chocolate is more complex than that, however because it’s chocolate with minimal ingredients it can come off as strong for a first-timer. Especially, if you are used to industrial, or store-bought chocolate. We put a lot of care, love and thought into creating every one our chocolates and you can taste it in the chocolate.
