okay feel free to ignore but if you are so inclined. could you explain the pete/ryan/brendon History? i'm a casual emo music enjoyer and am fascinated by the Posts as of late lmao

okay so this is like very high level because tbh i was always most into mcr and least into panic i just think panic is an absolutely fascinating. whatever the hell it is. but basically the connection is panic originally got discovered via demos sent to pete and got signed to pete and patrick’s vanity label and stayed on that label through vlv and so like panic has always been Very tied up in fob and vice versa. so like panic is pete’s baby in some ways as far as like. not management but pull and influence and whatnot. so that’s the overall connection to pete. and it was going well for a while until ryan was kicked out of the band and basically the context more or less for that from what i understand was there was a pete wentz/ryan ross sleepover that we have no other context for except after it ryan and pete didn’t get along (this is honestly the part of the story i know the least about so if people do have info please feel free to share and yes i recognize how it sounds it sounds like they had a bad one night stand which PROBABLY did not happen. to be clear. edit: sources have informed me they may have had a threesome with pete’s then-wife ashlee simpson but don’t quote me on this). so that’s like. the pete part of the equation. ryan and brendon were both in panic obviously but the context for that is like. well i don’t really have Much of a source for this other than knowing that ryan ross and brendon urie Do Not Talk To Each Other from what i’ve heard but needless to say it appears that relationship has soured as well. the end.
