MUPRH is coming tomorrow!! But this year will be different!! -better or worse...? I think better. 💪🏾💪🏾 This year most of us will be doing Murph a little differently. Which means that for the majority of CrossFitters it will be your first time do 2020 Murph. 😍😍 No matter how it’s done, #murph2020 is a beast and a beast for a good reason. -don’t be intimated...be inspired. -get rid of your constant “I can’t” and change it to “do my best” -this is the beginning of something new and I am excited to see who decides to start fresh!!! 1 mile run 100 pull-ups 200 push ups 300 air squats 1 mile run 9am, 11am, and 1pm heats outside of Shatter.
