This is Desdemona. She hates you, she hates this picture, she hates this game, she even hates that I'm writing about her right now! She hates everyone! Every person, place, and thing.

Born in 1614 and growing up an orphan in Salem, she's always hated everything. But her real mean streak didn't happen until 1632 when some of the townsfolk caught her sacrificing a young boy in a bit to satisfy her one true love, Lucifer.

Unfortunately, the boy survived, and she was sentenced to be burned at the stake for witchcraft! God, can't a girl do anything these days?! Well, the day of her execution, she was able to overpower her guard and spill a little blood for her spell to talk to her boyfriend. He made her a deal, your soul for your life.

So she thought to herself, "What the hell do I need that rusty old thing for?" And took the deal.

Lucifer worked his magic, and the town ended up being burned to ash instead of Desdemona. He also turned her into a vampire so she would live forever. Once he had her soul, he had gotten everything he wanted from her and left her to navigate her new life (or death) on her own.

Centuries without her soul corroded and turned her into something darker, something much worse than a vampire.

Now it's been 300+ years, and since old Luci boy ain't picking up the phone no more, and she's gotten about all the money she could possibly need from decades of being a black widow, she's decided to venture out and give love a real shot this time.

But how does love work when you have no soul?

Hopefully, this one won't end as blood as he last hundreds romances.

i literally can’t pick a favorite child fjksjds i think anyone who reads my story would be able to guess which characters i personally connect to the most, but that doesn’t always mean i love them more (actually sometimes it means love them way less lol). but the character i’ve had the longest is definitely rosie!! before simblr, i played a longgggg legacy family and rosie was the first child from like the 9th generation. i created a simblr just to share pics of the camellia family, but then i got attached and we all know what happened after that. but yeah, definitely rosie (and isa by proxy) 🥺

awww cute!!! it’s always good to see a deer successfully cross the road lmao. we have so many deer in the area and i live on a busy, blind corner, so it’s always terrifying when i see them cross

since 2018!! i’ve been writing original stories since i was literally 5, but in high school i mostly just wrote fanfiction, so it was really nice to be able to get back into my own universes and characters through simblr. i’m most proud of how much better i’ve gotten at writing fleshed out characters! and i’ve learned soooooo many new skills for this story. i learned photoshop, blender (poses and 3d modeling), general film-making / cinematography tips, etc. i actually made a post here where i shared some of my favorite things i’ve ever custom-made for my story!

This is Trick (his full name is Demetrick, but he asked me to inform you that if you call him such, he has threatened to zipzap himself)

Trick comes from a very long line of powerful witches. In fact, he's the first boy to be born on his mother's side in the last century. As a kid, he was exceptionally great at magic and mastered each of the branches before he was eighteen.

And that was the last time anything went well!

His father didn't want him to rely on his magic, so he pushed him to go to college. He immediately dropped out when he was asked to join a band... Which he was later kicked out of BUT THAT DOESN'T MATTER OKAY????

He's a complete disaster of a person, and the only thing he has going for him is his ability to not give a FUCK. His last three employment ventures ended in tears so he decided to turn to what he's good at, WITCHCRAFT and SLUTTING and kind of his art? so naturally here we are!

He's also a thrill seeker but is tremendously lazy. He's incredibly educated, but he's an idiot. He's insanely charismatic, but awkward as fuck. He's a perfect, beautiful, tragic little oxymoron.
