Yesterday was another blessed day in Miami! I had brunch with my artist friend @markhensonart , then spent all afternoon spray painting the @abracadabratrip School Bus (Ny burners) at a graffiti park on Wynwood, then jumped right into a panel discussion at @mokshaartscollective with legendary visionary artist friends, which then turned into a beautiful party with so many beautiful souls cruising through my exhibition! So crazy that my @galakticgangnft community is almost a year old! And to celebrate we will be throwing a super fun “Galaktic Gathering” during Miami Art Basel! This will be going down on Thursday December 1st at @mokshaartscollective , who is celebrating 20 years themselves! For this event I will be exhibiting some of my newest and most classic original paintings, but we will also have a Group Show with art by fellow Galaktic Gang members @amandasageart @killeracid @spero_art @dome_moon_art @cornskateboards @max.paularena and many more!! A couple of days ago I went to Red Rocks for my 2nd time ever, to check the concert of @ziggymarley @stephenmarley and @benharper (doing a homage to @bobmarley ). I’ve been the biggest Marley fan since I was 12 years old (as you can see in the 2nd pick, with my DIY Peruvian Rasta kit, haha). A year later (1994) Ziggy Marley played in Lima, Peru (along @king.yellowman ) and it was something I always held dear in my heart. Later in 2018 I was stoked to get asked to make a painting for Bob’s brother @richiebookerofficial (3rd pic). That dream-come-true gig (thanks @mokshaartscollective n @intunearts ) also flew me out to Jamaica, to paint a mural at @9milereggaeland which is Bob’s place of birth and Mausoleum (Pic 4, with Bob’s cousin Keto RIP). That was probably the coolest thing I’ve ever done in my life! So anyways, going to Sunday’s concert Stoked the shit out of me! I love to surround myself with happy shinny people and enjoy songs of Love and Unity!
