lesbianism does not require or insinuate/suggest/assume cis-ness. it does not mean clear cut binary womanhood of all involved. it isn't limiting or stifling or harmful or outdated. many of us have complicated genders ourselves and love our partners with complicated genders and identities.

yeah, some people's partners realize they are men and transition after they've been together. other people only realize they are lesbian after or while in a relationship with a man. other lesbians are sex workers and have men as clients. some lesbians might be questioning and experimenting, or may be pushing themselves through uncomfortable experiences with men. they may not be in touch with their own desires (and lack thereof as well). these things can be tough and complicated and my love goes out to all these people.

lesbians are real, we really do exist. we are not your boogeymen, we are not a hypothetical theoretical figure, or a platonic ideal or an academic concept or a figment or fiction to place your fears and anxieties upon. we are real people.

it is harmful to perpetuate either of these things i’ve described here. simply put: lesbians do get with genderweird folks AND still do not get with men. both are true.

Honey Production (Mod)

Hi guys! I'm very pleased to present to you the Honey Production Mod!

This mod gives you 3 brand new functional objects, around 60 new craftables, new custom skill, custom animation and shelves to keep your craftables on.

1. Wild Beehive

Can be found under 'Outdoor Activities' and it costs 55$, has 3 recolor options

This is a tree log that contains one hive. It has bees visual effect and one interaction - Collect Wild Honey.

This interaction is available every 12 hours, and has 50% chance of success, if your Sim collect succesfully honey, they will find in their inventory a basket filled with honey (tha can be sold on Plopsy), if the interaction fails, they will end up with uncomfortable buff and no honey.

After your Sim gather Wild Honey, they can use the Honey Press, to filter it - which will give 6 jars with wild honey. The jars can be consumed or sold to a Health Food Store for profit.

2. Honey Press

Can be found under Outdoor or Indoor Activities, it costs 340$ and has 5 recolor options

Once a Sim has collected a basket with wild honey from the beehive or honey form the Bee Box (Seasons EP), they can perform different interactions on the press.

The interactions come with custom animation. Filtering Wild Honey result in receiving 6 jars with wild honey that can be collected for the press.

To press raw honey requires 1 jar of honey collected from the bee box (Seasons EP required!). The interaction gives three jars with random type of honey.

Jars of Honey may be used to eat, cook, combat cold  or sold for profit.

2a. Honey Types

There are in total 25 different types of honey!

However, your Sim can produce only 5 out of them, depending where they live. With 3 types of honey being common for most regions, and 2 types being specific only to certain regions.

Multiflower Honey can be produced in all regions! Clover, Acacia and Sunflower are also common types of honey.

Based on regions:

Komoberi - Alfalfa, Acacia, Clover, Heather or Multiflower Honey

Henford-On-Bagley - Forest, Clover, Eucalyptus, Dandelion or Multiflower Honey

Newcrest - Sunflower, Manuka, Buckwheat, Multiflower or Macadamia Honey

Oasis Spring - Acacia, Multiflower, Chestnut, Macadamia or Avocado Honey

Sulani - Orange Blossom, Clover, Sage, Thyme or Multiflower Honey

Brindleton Bay - Rosemary, Acacia, Sunflower, Rapeseed or Multiflower Honey

Willow Creek - Blueberry, Multiflower, Lavender, Clover or Linden Honey

Windenburg - Pinetree, Multiflower, Tupelo, Wildflower or Clover Honey

All Other Worlds - Sunflower, Acacia, Clover, Multiflower or Clover Honey

You can find all honey in debug mode, when you search by their name.

Pinetree, Chestnut, Wildflower and Sunflower Honey have energizing effect when consumed. Which means they will increase slightly your Sim's energy.

Clover Honey contains more calories than other honey.

Multiflower, Orange Blossom, Dandelion, Lavender and Linden Honey do NOT help combating sickness. All other honey boost the immune system and helps overcoming sickness if your Sim is sick. The honey collected from the wild beehive has stronger effect for combating sickness.

All honey can be consumed or sold for profit to Health Food Store.

All honey is tagged as sugar, so it can be used in cooking recipes and is fully SCCO compatible!

3. Mead Brewer

Can be found under Outdoor Activities, it costs 350$ and has 11 recolors

Sims with the proper ingredients may use their  harvested honey to brew mead for consumption or profit. There are 36 mead types.

The Mead Brewer works off-the-grid and it doesn't break (or it's extremely rare, in my playtest it didin't break at all). To begin brewing first your Sim needs to light up the firewood. Then they will be able to see the interaction to make Mead.

Mead Brewing

Brewing requires Mead Brewing Skill, the higher the skill, the  more types of mead a sim can brew. When a brewing cycle  has completed the fire in the fireplace will stop automatically and a Large Barrel will be produced.  This Barrel can be broken down into 6  Mead Bottles, that can be sold (read below) or opened and consumed. Each bottle contains 6 cups with Mead.

Mead Brewing Skill

This is a brand new 10-level skill, which allows you to turn your Sim into professional Mead Brewer gifting them with this rare skill set.

Mead Brewing skill is required to unlock different Mead types and selling interactions!

To obtain the skill, your Sim can either use the Mead Brewer, or buy skill books from the bookshelf or computer.

At level 1 your Sim can craft only the Classic Mead and as the skill grows more recipes are unlocked.

At level 6 of the Mead Brewing skill, your Sim can sell their mead at Farmer's Market - the profit is multiplied by 2.

At level 10 your Sim can sell their mead to a Liquor Store, the profit is slightly less, but if you have Get Famous, they will gain fame points.

Mead

Each cycle of brewing gives you a barrel with mead.

Each barrel contains 6 bottles of the said Mead, that can be sold or open and drank. 

Depending of  the type mead, there are a few possible buffs your Sim might get. Also, if your Sim keep drinking after the 'Relaxing Remedy buff' wears off, there is a chance your Sim might get a dizzy buff from the alcohol.

4. Extra

I also created 3 different shelf designs where you can store your produce, or build your own Mead cellar.

The powerful Williams family wants to pipe as much as 25 million gallons a day away from its property at the edge of the Chihuahuan Desert and sell it to oil companies, cities and anyone else with deep pockets and an unquenchable thirst.

The plan is pitting neighbor against neighbor and rekindling a debate over who should control fresh water in a bone-dry region. Many of the region’s farmers and ranchers depend on income from selling their water to oil producers. Desert towns like Fort Stockton, near the Williams farm, fear their water sources will dry up.

“I don’t know why the hell you would want to pipe water out of the desert,” said Kirby Warnock, 67, whose family has owned a ranch near the Williams farm for nearly a century. “It’s like space shuttle astronauts selling their oxygen. It boggles my mind.”

For the Williamses, the issue is straightforward: Under Texas law, they can pump water from under their land and use it for whatever commercial purpose they choose, with few limits. Their farm’s main product is alfalfa, used to make hay, which is sold to customers as far away as China.

Humans have fought over water for much of recorded history, especially in the American West, where it is scarce in many places and control of it can yield fortunes. The fight here comes as competition is heating up for water around the world, in dry regions and wet ones. Surging populations, rising demand for industrial-scale farming and manufacturing, and hotter temperatures are putting new stress on the constrained resource.

There has never been a better time to sell West Texas water, thanks to the fracking boom. Shale companies use large volumes in hydraulic fracturing, blasting underground rock with water, sand and chemicals to unlock oil and gas.

Fixed problems with the following mods: TSX_Enhanced Vehicle Autodrive Seasons (There was straw pellets instead of straw in the animal overview) Improvements: If you put a full pallet on top of one that is no longer full, the upper pallet will no longer jump down after loading Fixed a warning when exiting the game (Warning: Deleting object ‘palletTrigger’ before all triggers are removed.)

If you cannot sow a fruit on your map, then this palette is not in the shop either. If you fill a front tank or seeder with one of these seed pallets, then you can only sow the fruit for which the pallet was intended. Switching through the fruits then no longer works. But if you fill in the standard seeds, you can switch between the fruits as usual. If you empty the standard seeds, the BigBag no longer comes, but the Pioneer range. You can now also empty every seed drill and every front tank.

Post vom @ifkonator Hallo an alle! Die letzten Tage hab ich mich intensiv mit meinem 'RealisticSeeder' beschäftigt. Was wurde geändert? Man kann nun 2 angefangene Paletten 'zusammen füllen'. Einfach ein Palette über die anderen halten. (Müssen beide natürlich das selbe Saatgut haben) Unterstützung für die Zusatztanks der Sämaschinen hinzugefügt. Sollte man eine Sämaschine haben, die man füllen kann, dann sollte im Zusatztank und der Sämaschine das selbe Saatgut drin sein. Es wird immer erst der Zusatztank entleert, danach die Sämaschine. Füllt man die beiden nun unterschiedlich, wird die Frucht gewechselt, wenn der Zusatztank leer ist! Es wurden auch Paletten für neue Früchte hinzugefügt. Diese wären: Roggen (rye) Klee (clover) Hirse (millet) Dinkel (spelt) Luzerne (alfalfa, ja das ist die korrekte Übersetzung, einfach mal googeln) Die Namen in der Klammer, sind die englischen Bezeichnungen. Ist die Frucht mit denen Registriert, dann ist die Palette im Shop, sonst nicht. Heißt, auf der Standardmap wird man von den neuen Paletten keine finden, und z.B. auf der Hof Bergmann werden nur die Roggen-, und Kleepalette zusätzlich hinzugefügt. Denke das war alles... Nur damit ihr wieder Up to date seit. Aktuell wird der Mod getestet. Und nein, ich kann noch immer kein Datum sagen, da ich nicht weiß auf welche Probleme ich noch stoße. Das mit den Zusatztanks hat mich z.B. extremst Herausgefordert, hätte das beinahe nicht hinbekommen.
